The Visit was Excellent. All the staff were very friendly. Our designated staff member was Hassan Didi, who was excellent and always available when needed. There are a couple of points to be improved: 1) The pool needs to be cleaned everyday during the room service 2)The internet(Wifi) was out/very slow for almost 2 days. An alternative in the case of such problems should be available. 3) The prices of the drinks and the snacks were way too high. I ate a very small ( bite size)cheese cake for almost 20 $. These prices or the portions need to be revised.

If we could give this resort 10 stars, the rating would fit the stay. We can't think of one aspect which was disappointing during our stay. We stayed in a Deluxe Overwater Villa with a pool and the accomodations were beautiful. The air-conditioning worked great, the bed was very comfortable, the water in the shower and sink was very hot, and the lounge chairs on the deck were wonderful to sit, relax, and enjoy the ocean view. Every meal we had in the restaurants was excellent. We were able to order our food the way we like it and they served it the way we wanted it. One evening the pizza I ordered from Villa restaurant came to the table incorrectly. The chef personally came to the table and asked how I would like it, and he re-made the pizza to perfection. My wife and I had spa treatments on two different days. Both times, the receptionist and therapists were all willing to do whatever it took to make sure we had a great experience at their spa. The best part of the resort, and our stay, were the people. Everyone from the General Manager, Thomas Hoeborn (who we were lucky enough to meet) , to the Guest Relations Manager, Olga, to one of the wait staff at the restaurant, Ali....were so very friendly and helpful. We must say Olga, in particular, was one of the warmest, genuine, and dedicated person you could meet anywhere in the world. Whatever we needed and asked for during our stay at the Conrad Rangali, she did whatever she could to make sure we were happy. If you're considering a vacation in the Maldives, stay at the Conrad Rangali. You could not ask for a better place. Simply cannot say enough about it.

It's been our 4th time on beautiful Mirihi as it has everything that we are looking for for a relaxing vacation. You can leave your shoes at home as this is a barefoot island with powdery sand everywhere. Every employee is so friendly and kind, it feels like coming home every time! We stayed at a water villa (No. 29), which is probably the furthest away from reception, restaurant etc. That means, you have a beautiful view over the ocean (sunrise) and only see a couple of snorkelers during the day who swim past your villa. You can also get into the turqouise, warm water straight from your villa and enjoy the beautiful house reef. The villa itself could be slightly bigger and has aged a little but it has everything you need including complimentary water and cookies. Housekeeping does a superb job, everything is very clean and tidy. It's important to mention that the team most of the time cleaned our room when we were having breakfast or dinner. That way we were never disturbed when we were in our villa! The food - oh gosh, what can I say! It's off the charts! Felix and his team do an amazing job. Every dish is special and cooked/prepared with so much attention to detail it's simply amazing! Be prepared to put yourself on a diet after you return home! The buffet is beautifully decorated with the ingredients of the dishes on display, which adds a very nice touch! Our favourite was the Maldivian night because you were able to taste all the wonderful curries and specialties that the Maldives have to offer. During breakfast you have so much to choose from, including a cooking station where you can order any egg dish you like. The scuba diving is also an experience! The Ocean Pro Team offers 2-tank dives in the morning and 1-tank dives in the afternoon. Be prepared for wonderful coral reefs, a lot of fishes, turtles, rays etc - if you are lucky you also get to see manta rays or whalesharks. If you are interested in further scuba diving certification, the team also offers that. Everyone (dive masters, boat team) is super friendly and you can tell that they enjoy their jobs. Mirihi is being refurbished in 2025 so we are unfortunately unlikely coming back next year, but we'll definitely come back!
