Excelente Lugar !! Seria muy bu3nonque el desayunonkncluido comenzara a servirse 6 am. La nayoria vuela temprano, da ountos extra que incluyan shuttle a aeropuerto.

Hotel is pretty new so it’s still kept up quite nicely. However I found the staff here at both the front desk and the restaurant exceptional. We stayed here on two different occasions and they were both good. Rooms have the proper windows to quiet the noise outside. Also the hotel has a shuttle to the airport BUT NOT FROM THE AIRPORT so keep this in mind. Uber is not allowed at the airport so you will need to take a taxi by pre-paying inside the airport near the rental car area. If you’re in need of staying near the airport, this is the best choice by far. Breakfast is usually included and pretty good too, not that continental crap. Enjoy! 😀

Too noisy..

LOCATION: This hotel is located at 10 minutes from airport. No supermarkets or any other facilities around to grab something to eat. Hotel is just in front of a highway and some noise is constantly heard in the room. BUT, THE WORST ISSUE in terms of health comes from high voltage power lines too close to the hotel. So close, that if you are in the 3rd floor, let's say, your view is the cable of one of the transmission towers. This may be not an issue for guests not familiar with the dangers of being close to transmission power towers and transmission substations. However, if you are concerned about electromagnética fields, avoid this property. They may say that they follow government guidelines, but fact is that the power towers are very close to the building and rooms. In higher floors electromagnetic radiation maybe just a bit less than in lower floors . (See pics) BUILDING : New. No garden or any other green zone available for guests. TRANSPORTATION TO / FROM AIRPORT: Hotel offers transportation FROM hotel to airport BUT NOT from airport to the hotel. Be sure to book transportation to airport if you are coming by car from another Mexican city. In this case transportation must be booked AS SOON AS YOU CHECK IN, and call to front desk to remind them about your booking. Don't expect clean transportation. In my case a very dirty sedan came to pick me up at 1:45am, 15 minutes later than expected (my flight was at 4:00am). The car was full of mud out and inside. When asked to the driver, he told me that hotel had called him just a few minutes before to pick me up, and he didn't have the time to clean it. RESTAURANT AND LOBBY: Lobby is spacious with good desks to work. Didn't see a proper restaurant, just a grab and go stand. Didn’t try it . ROOMS: As explained rooms face, or the highway or the electricity towers. Rooms are clean and spacious. 2 very small bottles of water are provided but definitely not enough for some. Bring your own water or even your own meal. No minibar / fridge in the room. No shower cup in amenities provided.

Proximity to GDL with super 100% shuttle service between 0400-0030 is the prime reason I chose to stay here. Hampton shares the court with a Holiday Inn Express, Denny’s and Chili’s makes it very convenient if you have late arriving flight, or early morning departures. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Outside property noise (dogs barking) detracts from restful sleep. Additionally, it is on a busy highway with nothing to see or do nearby. Breakfast buffet could use a bit more variety and taste. But if you need a ride to/from GDL, and a comfortable bed for a reasonable price….select here!

Love the location and how clean and organized this hotel is and also the fact that in the same plaza there is nice bar and cafe. It is expensive comparing to other hotel but if you can afford it it is really worth it to stay there for one night

This brand new hotel is the first of many new amenities that will be available soon at GDL. In construction is a Shake Shack, Sushi restaurant, Wings and more. The hotel is right in the terminal and very close to a Starbucks and the Priority Pass VIP lounge which is open 24 hours and has its own security for quick entry into the terminal. The hotel is beautiful and new and is only lacking in a few areas. First, the hotel store needs to carry more grab and go items. Second, with the exception of the front desk, very few employees speak English. Lastly the gym, which is very well equipped, needs towels and headphones. The staff are great, there’s lots of security and the rooms are typical of a modern day hotel. If you want, they will give you a runway view room. Here’s a pro tip, if you want to avoid paying airport prices, there’s an OXO convenience store located across from the domestic terminal that has all that you need plus some extras like fresh tacos, tortas and coffees at ridiculous prices.
