Nos hospedamos el año pasado y regresamos nuevamente, encontramos los mismos detalles de la última vez. La persona a cargo del área de alberca no sabía dar información general, no había máquinas de hielo en cada piso y más de una vez solicitamos asistencia a recepción y nunca respondían los teléfonos.
Directamente en recepción el personal fue muy atento, igualmente camaristas y felicitaciones especiales a un señor mayor que nos llevó a la habitación una cuna para nuestra bebé, fue muy amable y servicial.
Would go back again, best friendly area and the mountains are lovely and nice nice area !!! An above the good shops in the mall and the nice movies are under the hotel , Rained an had best time never need the leave the lovely restaurants under hotel great shopping an saw a movie … I’ll good back !

Excellent attention, very well located. Great Personal at the Reception. Big rooms, nice details. Amazing Plaza! They gave us a great room, nice view and great service. Taxis and Ubers are easy to arrive and bellboys are attended all the time.
Hotel comodo y limpio. Llegamos ahi sin reservacion y afortunadamente encontramos habitacion, el hotel se lleno rapido. Se encuentra en una avenida transitada, pero la zona es tranquila y segura. Camas y espacio muy bueno. El precio incluye un desayuno sencillo bastante decente para empezar el dia.
El hotel esta bien ubicado, las habitaciones tienen lo necesario, estilo industrial, solo que son muy pequeñas. El servicio de la recepción es suficiente, son amables, cumplen con su objetivo, pero no esperes una gran atencion o que vayan mas alla para tratar de ayudarte en algo. Lo que definitivamente destaca en el hotel es su restaurant, ya sea que vayas en el desayuno, almuerzo o cena, la comida es muy buena, tanto en presentación como en sabor, y esto a precios muy accesibles, definitivamente recomendable comer ahi.
Aunque el hotel está a buen precio y muy bien ubicado, no vale la pena, la atención al cliente es muy pobre y al querer dar feedback te das cuenta porque durante MES Y MEDIO (comprobable) busque a al nombrada Erika Aregullin Gonzalez, General Manager por email, en persona, por teléfono y nunca tuvo la atención de responder, o llamar o atenderme. Por segundo año consecutivo llevo a toooooooooodos mis invitados y clientes a su hotel por el encuentro de Liderazgo que hacemos, este año incluso los saqué del Quinta Real (GRAVE ERROR) para que estuvieran cerca y estuviéramos juntos y ni así te entregan un buen servicio. En la recepción son déspotas o ni están (tengo videos). Y la que se supone que si comprende el impacto de su MUY POBRE servicio, nunca se interesó. Verdaderamente deplorable ZERO al nivel de otros hoteles IHG ONE REWARDS. La verdad es que les recomiendo de todo corazón dar capacitación a su personal que tiene trato directo con sus clientes y en especial a su empleada Erika Aregullin Gonzalez, General Manager, para que comprenda la importancia del CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. De tooooooooooodos los hoteles del mundo que he visitado EL HOLIDADY INN MONTERREY VALLE ES POR MUCHO LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA DEL MUNDO. LITERALMENTE HABLANDO.
I really enjoyed my stay here. The pool area is fabulous, the hotel is conveniently located within a short distance of a grocery store and connected to a high end mall. It is a newer hotel (opened March 2020 I believe). I would stay again in a heart beat, it is well maintained, excellent COVID protocols, and beautiful views. There is some room for improvement with cleanliness and front desk check in staff. The pool area is mostly unstaffed, and when I arrived there were only two towels, both dirty. I had to use the app chat function to get someone to open an umbrella for me. The pillowcases had very small, hardly noticeable stains. I found the women working at the front desk was a bit cold. She was effective, but didn’t make me feel very welcome. She was in a rush to serve others and forgot to give me my credit card back. I was left waiting for her to serve others before she realized I was still there. Status recognized, but not upgrade I could discern (it is based on availability). Having the room serviced was slow. There were carts in the hallways all day long but it was well after 2 each day before anyone ever got around to it.
First off let me give KUDOS to Gregorio at the front desk. Polite, helpful and courteous. Although no other employees stood out, everyone was helpful and courteous. This would have been an EASY five star review for what is obviously a beautiful 5 STAR hotel, but there were small details that unfortunately are being overlooked. “Details make perfection, and perfection is not a detail.” There were no wash clothes in the bathroom and the bath towels and hand towels were worn and not of the same style or brand. The bath mat in the bathroom needed to be changed or at the very least trimmed from where the edges were falling apart. One of the biggest issues was the poor quality of toilet paper that was being used. Although the brand was Cottonelle by Professional, it was one-ply and was the texture of sandpaper. Not fun after 3 days. LOL Room 617 had beautiful views of the city, but was located close to the elevator and we could hear the random dings of the elevator.
I recently stayed at Safi Royal Luxury Metropolitan, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the elegant decor and welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, offering helpful recommendations and attentive service.
My room was a true oasis, featuring modern amenities, a plush bed, and a lovely view of the city. I particularly enjoyed the spacious layout and the luxurious bathroom—definitely a highlight!
The hotel’s dining options were superb. I indulged in a delightful breakfast buffet each morning, complete with fresh local ingredients and a variety of choices. The on-site restaurant for dinner was equally impressive, serving exquisite dishes that made every meal a treat.
The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the local culture. After a day out, I loved unwinding by the pool, which provided a peaceful escape.
Overall, my experience at Safi Royal Luxury Metropolitan was outstanding. If you’re looking for a luxurious stay with impeccable service, this is the place to be!

We have stayed a coulpe of times with our dog and the staff was very helpful Breakfast is really good, although restaurant space can get a littlle crowded sometimes Pool is really nice as Monterrey weather is hot almost all year long
