服務好，保安很差而已，這裏乾淨，可以看到海邊，附近也有超市很方便～安靜，不好的是進門口有cctv,其他的都OK

Walaupun biliknya tidak besar, ia masih baru dan bersih. Lokasinya terletak di lorong, dan Grab sering tersalah pusing. Menaiki bas jarak jauh atau KTM mengambil kira-kira 6-13 yuan (tempoh masa yang berbeza).

Hotel yang bagus bilik yang bagus dan bersih. Mendapat beberapa gerai nasi kandar pada waktu malam anda boleh berjalan-jalan di sekitar hotel.

Buat pertama kali dari banyak staycation di sini kunci bilik tidak berfungsi, bunyi walkie talkie dari cleaner yang berjalan di sepanjang dewan dengan peralatan pembersihan mereka terlalu kuat mengganggu tidur saya pada awal pagi selain dari ini pekerja yang menggunakan gondola/langit alat untuk membersihkan/mengecat kelas cuba membuka tingkap bilik saya dari luar beberapa kali sambil membuat begitu banyak bunyi dari luar walaupun pihak pengurusan telah meletakkan nota pada setiap lif tetapi masih ia tidak wajar kerana hotel mempunyai tetamu di dalam bangunan!

Newly open hotel at butterworth and this hotel is located at bagan area which surrounded with famous eatery like ah Koon loo mee, char kuey tiao, baby octopus and so on Nothing much to complain since it’s really new, hopefully the hotel can be maintain well

Tempat yang bagus, pemilik yang sangat ramah! Berdekatan terdapat makanan jalanan yang sangat lazat, serta pasar raya. Kami pasti akan kembali) terima kasih Jenny atas cadangan)

A very basic hotel but a surprisingly good value stay with all the amenities needed for a quick stay: clean beds, air-conditioning and instant hot-water showers. It even has a lift so you can go up to your room without having to take the stairs. I would also like to commend the staff of the hotel who were friendly and helpful. After checking out, we had an incident where we had lost a wallet and were tracing back all the places we had been to find it. The hotel's staff were professional about it, helping to look for it and even reviewing the security footage. While we didn't manage to find the missing item in the end, we are grateful to the management and staff of the Chariton Hotel for doing what they could to help us.

It's a new building so nice mattress, clean linen, floors and bathroom. Good staff. Nice TV with Netflix. Their 'room' pictures are a bit deceptive because the room has no windows but the pictures show a common area with a window. They should specify that the room is windowless. Almost non existent wifi. Parking available

Tuan rumah sangat responsive. Memang recommended untuk yang tiada anak kecil. Environment sama seperti dalam gambar.
