服務好，保安很差而已，這裏乾淨，可以看到海邊，附近也有超市很方便～安靜，不好的是進門口有cctv,其他的都OK

Hotel yang bagus bilik yang bagus dan bersih. Mendapat beberapa gerai nasi kandar pada waktu malam anda boleh berjalan-jalan di sekitar hotel.

Walaupun biliknya tidak besar, ia masih baru dan bersih. Lokasinya terletak di lorong, dan Grab sering tersalah pusing. Menaiki bas jarak jauh atau KTM mengambil kira-kira 6-13 yuan (tempoh masa yang berbeza).

Selamat tinggal di sini, yang terbaik tinggal di sini di mana ia terletak di bandar yang mempunyai kedai mall hotel lain, bank dan pelbagai jenis kemudahan di sini dan telah disediakan. Sentiasa menginap di sini❤️

I would say, it's not a 5-star hotel. Here the reasons why: First of all, the hotel lift was under maintenance during my check in time and there's no sign of ”please use other lift”. I'm alone, with 2 kids, already put them in the stroller, bring the bags out and walk to the lift to find out the lift cant be used. Wasn't it tiring? First impression: doesnt feels welcoming. Second, I request for babycot. Waited for 1hr+ and no one come to prepare the babycot in our room. After 2-3 times call and confirmed that the babycot was unavailable. Unfortunately, my baby falls from the bed that night :) Based on this, I got two questions in my mind: why they didnt confirmed during the first time call? also, during my check in it's weekdays (parking lot empty) so why the babycot is not available? Iron: we are expecting a nice quality iron and comes together with an iron board. Dustbin: would love if the hotel provide a covered trash bin. Breakfast: superb, lots of varieties. the service was okay. Overall, would give an almost 4 out of 5. not even a solid 4 as our expectation was beyond the best for a 5-star hotel.

A very basic hotel but a surprisingly good value stay with all the amenities needed for a quick stay: clean beds, air-conditioning and instant hot-water showers. It even has a lift so you can go up to your room without having to take the stairs. I would also like to commend the staff of the hotel who were friendly and helpful. After checking out, we had an incident where we had lost a wallet and were tracing back all the places we had been to find it. The hotel's staff were professional about it, helping to look for it and even reviewing the security footage. While we didn't manage to find the missing item in the end, we are grateful to the management and staff of the Chariton Hotel for doing what they could to help us.

Lokasinya bagus, di sekitar hotel terdapat banyak restoran, Cina atau Barat atau Jepun, anda boleh temui di sini. Bilik mandi adalah besar, hanya perkara yang tidak mempunyai tingkap, tetapi boleh diterima dengan harga ini.

Hi. It’s a nice hotel but would be better if every room is provided with cloth iron and atleast each floor got water heater to make hot drink. The price is worth with the hotel facilities but better than nothing. Near to my work place so location is just nice.
