Location: Perfect as middle of Cameron. Easy to access Mall and variety of foods. Service: Firstly, the owner or management gave wrong location. Secondly, the key was located on P1 post box but lift at P2. Thirdly, at Lift B got 1 lift only, need to wait for very long to go to Homestay. Cleanliness: No complaint on it. Facilities: All good as the management prepared food amenities with fridge, cooker and electric stove. Other than that bed and room amenities perfect but the Entertainment system sucks, the TV useless for Indians as only got 1 channel to access other than that the TV and Room Fan remotes malfunctions. The balcony table is not there as on example. Anyway, i loved the location with surrounding entertaining areas and view from the balcony and window.

The hotel located at tanah rata. The hotel is upstairs and its shoplot area. The restaurant and other shorps located just around the corner. Walking distance to CH terminal bus and padang awam. Sharing bathroom. Its not suitable for family with kids because this is not a silent place since we are sharing with some disrespectful people sometimes.

Hotel ni mmg superb. Bilik sy amik deluxe pines kot yg pasti ada tulis pines. Duk tiga hari dua malam. Bilik besar. Selesa. Breakfast dua org utk dua hari. Duk di tanah rata. Senang nk pi mana2. Blh repeat lagi. Malam2 ada guard jaga kereta kita. So selamat la. Pastu siap angkat beg smpai ke bilik. Kena byar deposit 200 masa check in. Xpa nanti dpat balik. Overal mmg puas hati.

Ruang yg selesa, berbaloi dgn harga, cuma boleh improve on ventilation in the box itself, agak berhabuk, toilet bersih, bilik sepadan dgn harga, host mesra, please expect foreign and sharing female woth female foreign for muslimah yg nak stay sini, ruang surau bersih, selesa, and berkongsi dgn muslim lain, take turn utk solat, hotel dekat dgn convenient store and berdekatan dgn jalan besar, ada ruang utk santai and mingle around dgn customer lain,

We chose this hotel for two reasons : the great location (smack in the middle of Tanah Rata town) and the price (an irresistible discount in view of the current covid19 situation). We were not disappointed. Our room was comfortable, adequate bedding, bottled water thoughtfully provided. We also liked the layout of the minimalist but adequately appointed bathroom with its limitless supply of hot water (very important in view of the cold wet weather). Our only complaint would be that there was a strong ammonia smell emanating from the toilet bowl. The water in the toilet bowl was also always slightly discoloured no matter how often we flushed it but as we were only staying a night, we weren’t too fussed. We did find it slightly disconcerting that the staff constantly made themselves quite at home on the sofas of the reception area but perhaps they’re the owners so it’s their style. Would definitely recommend the hotel at the current rates offered.

Pengurusan baharu mengambil alih apa gunanya menjadi sebuah hotel bernama Bird's Nest. Terutamanya harga dan lokasi adalah baik. Berbanding dengan hotel lain yang lebih murah daripada jenis lot kedai di mana anda boleh mendengar bunyi bising dari jalan-jalan di bawah. Saya gembira kerana hotel ini agak jauh dari jalan raya. Inilah yang terbaik untuk saya. Ruang bilik: Menginap di bilik Standard twin yang paling murah, yang mempunyai ruang yang mencukupi untuk bergerak untuk 2 orang. Tidur: Cukup baik, mempunyai 2 bantal gebu yang bagus seperti hotel yang lebih baik itu. Tilam juga baik. Bilik air: Tiada masalah pada fungsinya. Sayang sekali terdapat sedikit kebocoran pada kepala pancuran mandian yang boleh diperbaiki dengan mudah oleh mana-mana tukang paip atau tukang. Selain daripada itu semuanya baik-baik saja. Tingkap bilik mandi adalah baik, sama ada menutupnya atau biarkan sedikit terbuka jika bimbang tentang privasi. Sistem TV belum mempunyai saluran tempatan tetapi disambungkan ke kotak android. Walau bagaimanapun sambungan wifi adalah lemah sehingga saya terpaksa menggunakan internet saya sendiri sebagai hotspot. Masih boleh menonton netflix padanya jika anda mempunyai akaun, atau menonton youtube percuma padanya. Jadi agak masalah di sini. Akses makanan: Lokasinya bagus, saya boleh berjalan kaki ke banyak restoran berdekatan dalam masa 5-10 minit paling lama. Restoran Top di tanah rata, sebuah restoran makanan India yang terkenal terletak betul-betul di hadapan. Kebersihan: Nampak bersih. Saya masih akan menganggap tempat ini berbanding hotel di jalan-jalan utama tanah rata. Hanya berharap mereka akan mendapatkan orang yang sesuai untuk mengekalkan tempat itu.
