PPengguna TetamuThe rooms were big and very comfortable to stay in. We stayed in the sea view rooms and was great being so close to the beach with the opportunity to catch the sun rise in the morning. The food at the Nelayan Restaurant was absolutely delicious and with exceptional service. It felt like we were taken care by the friendly staff. Mukunda from the restaurant made sure we were looked after consistently throughout the trip. I would definitely come back for another holiday here.

UuminoikimonochiiSaya tinggal bersama isteri 1malam untuk menyelam dari Dungun ke Teggol. Ia mengambil masa kira-kira 20 minit ke Dungun. Hotel ini terletak di tingkat 2 di lot kedai dan masih baru. Itu menghadap ke jalan raya, tetapi begitu tenang. Ia mengambil masa 5-10 minit dengan kereta Tetapi Satu restoran yang cantik terletak di tingkat 1 di lot kedai. Jadi anda boleh makan ringkas di sana. Bilik itu sangat bersih! Itu bukanlah bilik yang besar, Tetapi direka untuk mudah digunakan Di dalam bilik mandi, pancuran mandian dan kawasan tandas adalah diasingkan. Pembersihan di bilik mandi juga sempurna. Jadi saya sangat selesa. Tilam katil adalah kualiti & keadaan yang baik. Mereka menyediakan set teh & kopi dengan cerek di dalam bilik. Saya akan menginap di hotel ini apabila datang ke sini lain kali. Pasangan itu bermalam sebelum pergi menyelam dari kedai Dungun ke Pulau Tengor. Ia mengambil masa lebih kurang 20 minit untuk ke Dungun. Hotel ini terletak di tingkat dua Shoplot dan masih baru. Ia menghadap jalan raya tetapi sunyi. Ia mengambil masa 5-10 minit dengan kereta ke kawasan dengan restoran dan kedai, tetapi terdapat sebuah restoran kafe kecil di tingkat 1 lot kedai dan nampaknya anda boleh menikmati hidangan ringkas di sana. Bilik itu tidak besar tetapi sangat bersih. Bilik mandi mempunyai lokasi tandas dan pancuran mandian yang berasingan. Tidak ada partition, tetapi ada ruang tertentu, jadi saya tidak fikir tandas akan banjir apabila anda mandi. Terdapat cerek di dalam bilik dan set teh dan kopi disediakan. Kualiti dan keadaan tikar katil juga baik. Saya rasa ia sangat bagus di kalangan hotel dalam julat harga yang sama di sekitar sini. Apabila saya pergi ke Tengor, saya rasa saya akan tinggal di sini lagi lain kali.

HHanieyBest giler duk sini. Simple tapi facilities semua cukup untuk stay tu. Provided nasi lemak 2 bungkus with teh o Panas which is Nasi Lemak tu sedap! Berbaloi je with breakfast & don’t expect more. Yang penting selesa untuk rehatkan badan. Keep it up! ❤️👍🏼

OOthmanA little gem by the Terengganu coast. Newly setup with modern facilities and amineties. Staff are super friendly and their little cafe serves awesome food especially the shellout. Price are super cheap. A beachfront place for quiet retreat and solace. Awesome place.

PPengguna TetamuOn a overnight business trip to this town called Paka is a coastal town facing the South China Sea in Dungun District, Terengganu, Malaysia. Paka is a small town thriving on oil and gas activity. Paka is more popularly known as the home for the largest power station in Malaysia. While Trengganu is famous for tourist attractions on their beach activities where multiple resort and island is located here. Arrived during dinner time and check-in was a breeze the moment you stepped in to the resort lobby, the front desk were pleasant and helpful. Rooms are either facing the swimming pool or the sea front as most resorts. Rooms are basic and spacious with toilet amenities provided and I could said there’s privacy or sound insulated between rooms compared to those newer hotels now. The shower water pressure were strong all the time. The only setback is the entertainment TV channel which is weak hardly could see what’s on. If you are looking for a simple and relaxing stay, here the place - on food the in-house restaurant served multiple range of cuisine from local to international & the price I would said are quite reasonable for a hotel standard and tasty their food served is also presentable, this hotel does not sell or serve alcoholic drinks, lastly swimming pool and the beach is just minutes from your hotel room if you decided to have a outdoor activity.

PPengguna TetamuPros: 1) Booking, Enquiries Check-in/out staff The staffs handling the booking, enquiries and check in/check out was very good. Had a pleasant experience dealing with them. 2) Room Room was clean and comfortable. Just a suggestion for improvement - time to upgrade the beddings and mattresses. The Jacuzzi did not work but the hot water worked wonderfully. At night and early morning, there were many black ants roaming on the floor and wall of the bathroom. But they did not disturb us. We had no problem tolerating and accepting the presence of the ants due the fact that the resort is located in kampung area. We are the guests and they are the landlords. However, if the resort can do something about pest control - it would be much better. Cons: Breakfast I have to say its our worst hotel breakfast experience. We are not fussy eaters but the management definitely could do better. The selection was so minimal. The roti canai looks so uninviting. The eggs, and other foods look sad as well. I personally had no appetite to eat just by staring at the foods offered. Hopefully the management can improve on this aspect. Maybe can just get the supply of breakfast from the best local Dungun nasi lemak from warung makcik tepi jalan or roti canai from warung pakcik would do. Come on the management, you can do this. Improvement is important. I want the resort to sustain.

PPengguna TetamuWe check in the hotel, found a track bottom and dental paste tube left in the toilet. The room is properly done. Immediate response once complaint is lodged. The running water stop at peak times few times in the morning, reason owing to the water pressure. Location is strategic facing the beach. Check the amenities available before travelling.
