Hotel terbaik di Kluang

Is het 5 sterren waard? Ik vind, gelet op de goedkope kamerprijs van € 25, van wel. Uiteraard kan er genoeg verbeterd worden, maar het is het geld meer dan waard. Lekker zwembad, vriendelijke staf, ruime kamers en een perfect ligging. Ja het ontbijt is wat karig, maar wat verwacht je voor € 25? Een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet??

Very fast customer service and answer question fast. Room service also very professional and make customer comfortable. Room is clean and smell good. Toilet is clean. Room is cool. Wifi can use and faster.

Lokasi hotel sangat mudah, sebaik sahaja anda menaiki lif dan terus ke shopping mall, anda tidak perlu bersesak-sesak. Bilik ini sangat bersih, sikap perkhidmatan + kelajuan perkhidmatan juga sangat pantas. Sangat Berpuas Hati. Cuma sarapan pagi tidak digalakkan terlalu banyak hari kerana ia sedikit berminyak, tetapi yang lain sangat berpuas hati dan saya sangat mengesyorkan semua orang untuk menginap kerana ia adalah hotel yang sangat baru!

Overall its ok.. just a little bit of hair that i dunno where its comming from.. its not tike head hear.. might be its come from cleaner broom.. pverall everything is ok

This is just what this area needs: A well executed interactive farmstay within easy driving distance from Singapore. Quality accommodation, with plenty of farm animals and activities for the kids to get involved with. Outside of the animals there’s access to table tennis, swimming pool and board games in a small area near reception at the top of the hill. The lunch, dinner, coffee and desert served at the cafe exceeded expectations. The breakfast served is a unique picnic basket delivered to your door. The only issue was the utensils it comes with was a little inadequate (it’s hard to spread jam onto a pastry without a knife). Also, the lights outside the accommodation block were set on a timer to go off at 11pm. Well past our bedtime, which made it hard to get to sleep with the lights shining through the room. That said, I would definitely recommend this as a family weekend destination.

beautiful room design and have the individual room unique. but sadly unable to enjoy the swimming pool due to the maintenance is in progress before the covid 19. it would be great if the room is provide extra 1 more mirror in the room instead only available in the bathroom which abit inconvenient for lady who need to do the makeup. the room cleaner seem like only 1 person to do the job, but we need to wait for 1 hour later which is exactly on 3pm to do the room cleanup, although the check in time is 3pm. Hope the room cleaning process will prioritize to the room which has the next guess availability. Also do hope the villa will also do take care and clean the carpet as and when it needed for the cleanliness.

Frankly, I think I gotten the room at a good bargain. However, rest assured that I will also always check on the room photos and details prior to any booking (yes, irregardless of the price). 1) Room booked is not as how decent, how clean it is as showed in the booking site, Agoda.com. 2) Received the 1st room, checked in, rather dirty and certainly not well maintained - stained walls, hair on the bed, dusty bedside table, no closet and no hangers, no bedroom slippers or towel. Upon checking with the staff, was told some of the items will only be provided upon request ; some doesn't come with it at all. 😂 Most interesting is, the staff mentioned he has no idea what is being showed on booking site! Guess what, my better half is thinking if I've booked a quick hotel. 😅 3) Well, managed to get the room changed. Seems better but well, below expectation for a so called 3 star hotel as per booking site. Huge patch of water leaking marks on the ceiling, semi-broken window blinds, etc. 4) Service level - the guy is working alone, all alone for the night. Well, doesn't seems too cheerful but at least helpful in changing the room. Overall, the hotel is kinda run down. Don't be conned by photos unless you really don't mind. I would really compliment on the nice and clean lobby but certainly not on the others, including the musky carpet along the corridor. My advise is twice twice when you make a booking. All depends if you are looking for a cheap room (so long there's a bed) or cheap quality hotel rooms. I do hope the hotel manager/ owner can really improve the hotel standards. By the way, why would there be an astray if smoking is not permitted in the room? Isn't it funny? Well.. That's just how Merdeka Hotel is.

Pro : 1. Bilik sangat selesa dan luas, setiap bilik ada tingkap 2. Kemudahan lif disediakan 3. Bilik disediakan sterika, papan gosok, cerek, mug, peti sejuk mini, hanger 4 unit, pengering rambut, bantal tambahan juga disediakan Con : 1. Parking kereta sangat limit dan sempit. Terdapat juga parking di bawah bangunan jika parking terbuka sudah penuh 2. Sarapan tidak banyak sangat pilihan dan kuantiti agak sedikit. Mungkin pihak hotel nak mengurangkan pembaziran makanan. Saya menginap di hari biasa, mungkin tidak ramai mengambil pakej termasuk sarapan Kesimpulan, menginap di sini sangat selesa dengan bilik yang luas dan kedudukan hotel di kawasan yang senang untuk berjalan kaki. Jika anda mahu sorang yang suka memikmati sarapan, saya saran tidak mengambil pakej termasuk sarapan di hotel ini. Sarapan di hotel ini dikategori ok cuma kurang variety dan kuantiti setiap menu agak sedikit

Bilik sesuai dengan harga, tempat pun strategik dkt dgn kedai mkn, parking kita guna istilah siapa cpt dia dpt haa gtu.. Overall nice stay.. (sorry gmbr amik dri google and agoda sbb lupa nk snap hri tu)
