PPengguna Tanpa NamaSemasa awal sampai nak check in di kaunter, staf di kaunter lelaki, muka agak tidak manis, saya tnya la di sini boleh ? Amik masa yg agak lama nk jawap mcm stres kerja ja..mcm nk marah kita pn ada jgk ..mgkin perasaan sya atau mmg dia nk marah kita, tnya pasai breakfast pn jawap ja x iya ja..tpi kita faham mungki letih bekerja. Tetapi dgn hrga kta byar tu qasa x berbaloi la..hotel yg 100 200 lg baik layanannya..entah la..sya bkn baru kali pertama check in hotel di malaysia ni..di pool plak , towel habis..3x sya p tnya, habis tgu 30 minit, muka yg bhgian towel tu pn mcm stres kerja..sya xsalahkan perkerja 100%..mgkin hotel ni perlukan kursus2 untuk staf mereka. Pelanggan bayar duit kot, bukan percuma. Tetapi serius tempat sgt cantik, rugi la kalau pelanggan pergi dapat layanan yg xelok, mgkin kali terakhir pelanggan tu check in..Ikhlas dri pendapat saya.

I would say, it's not a 5-star hotel. Here the reasons why: First of all, the hotel lift was under maintenance during my check in time and there's no sign of ”please use other lift”. I'm alone, with 2 kids, already put them in the stroller, bring the bags out and walk to the lift to find out the lift cant be used. Wasn't it tiring? First impression: doesnt feels welcoming. Second, I request for babycot. Waited for 1hr+ and no one come to prepare the babycot in our room. After 2-3 times call and confirmed that the babycot was unavailable. Unfortunately, my baby falls from the bed that night :) Based on this, I got two questions in my mind: why they didnt confirmed during the first time call? also, during my check in it's weekdays (parking lot empty) so why the babycot is not available? Iron: we are expecting a nice quality iron and comes together with an iron board. Dustbin: would love if the hotel provide a covered trash bin. Breakfast: superb, lots of varieties. the service was okay. Overall, would give an almost 4 out of 5. not even a solid 4 as our expectation was beyond the best for a 5-star hotel.

PPengguna TetamuSaya menginap di tiga hotel di Beihai yang ini adalah yang paling menjimatkan kos dalam julat harga RMB200-300, yang paling selesa, paling bersih dan mempunyai penebat bunyi yang baik. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah bilik kecil itu tidak mempunyai tingkap, tetapi ia boleh diterima.

PPengguna TetamuIt was gratifying to find that the hotel had lifts since most HSMs did not, except in Kuala Terengganu. While there was no swimming pool or garden or gym, the view from the room was satisfying and the lobby itself was classy. Room amenities were adequate and whatever was lacking, it only took a phone call and withing minutes, service was rendered! Also many thanks to Cik Farhana at Reception for her very efficient service during check in and during our stay.

PPengguna TetamuA very basic hotel but a surprisingly good value stay with all the amenities needed for a quick stay: clean beds, air-conditioning and instant hot-water showers. It even has a lift so you can go up to your room without having to take the stairs. I would also like to commend the staff of the hotel who were friendly and helpful. After checking out, we had an incident where we had lost a wallet and were tracing back all the places we had been to find it. The hotel's staff were professional about it, helping to look for it and even reviewing the security footage. While we didn't manage to find the missing item in the end, we are grateful to the management and staff of the Chariton Hotel for doing what they could to help us.

Self check in kiosk. Tapi ni utk standard booking which 1 nama, 1 bilik. Kalau 1 nama book bilik lebih dari 1 kene p kaunter jugak. No worries, ade staff yg tolong ajar.
Lampu dlm bilik banyak weh. Mcm aku jenis tak suka lampu malap2 nih, nak kene terang. Mostly hotel2 lain lampu mmg sikit n malap. Nak suruh bg cepat2 tido kot.
Breakfast ok, sedap je. Variety pun ok, ade dlm 12 menu (mi, nasi, bubur, 2 lauk, baked bean, 2 snack, telur, salad, roti).
Parking banyak, so x perlu berebut.
Yg kureng / kene improve:
Kalo boleh add menu buah dgn juice untuk breakfast.
Deposit paling mahal kat sini which is 150/room. Tempat lain biasanya 50 atau 100 je. So standby cash banyak sikit ye
Pintu balkoni tak boleh kunci, kunci tombol rosak kot.

Pasar raya berdekatan terletak dalam jarak berjalan kaki.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel have a spacious and comfortable lobby with some cushion sittings and friendly check in staff..
I've a little but comfortable room with a single bed, and a clean bathroom with two panels sliding glass doors ran along the length of the room wall with the shower at one end, the wash basin in the center n the toilet at the other end.. I would say it's a very nice bathroom for the price of the room.
Plenty of halal n non halal foods stalls n shops just a short walking distance away, and it only takes a 10 minute walk to the KTM train station, the reason I stayed here as i need to catch the 6.20am morning train

PPEICHANI feel a bit annoyed when I check in as the price show in the hotel's counter is cheaper than I booked via trip.com quite a lot. This was the first time I experienced this as I am loyal member of trip.com and I always book hotel and flight ticket via trip.com. I know the processing fees may be charged so it will a bit expensive than book straight from the hotel but this is the first time the price is about RM100 difference. The location of the hotel is very good, near to many eateries but the service is not good. The floor is broken and the shower has problem. In addition the air conditioner has problem too, some times very cold while some time very hot. We couldn't sleep well due to this problem. No coffee or tea is given, no shower gel or shampoo is given too. Anyway, when I request from the trip.com, they give me back coins which worth RM 24. Thanks for the responsive live agent which I always choose to use trip.com because of they have very helpful customer service live agent.
