I have stayed in this hotel for 4 days. Nice location, friendly staff and spacious rooms. Room cleanness was not good, I checked in and asked to vacuum the room and clean the garbage from previous guest. However Daily cleaning was good. Mini fridge was missing in the room. Overall happy with hotel and staff. Thank you.

Hotel was clean and modern and the staff on the front desk were outstanding and very helpful, especially the two ladies on duty. They helped me with taxi issues and I am truly thankful. Will definitely return for another stay because of the staff.

Amazing hotel in the very nice place of the city center - in the calm and green area. The hotel has a very nice design, very stylish and a very important - everything is fresh and new. It is as nice as on the photos. There is a good restaurant in the hotel. I tried only breakfast - the food was of a good quality

Took a trip to the Hague on a spur of the moment spend our first night here. A beautiful and peaceful night. The hotel is splendid and ever so calming. The wellness and spa area is perfect. Cannot recommended this enough. What a gem ! Added a little photo of the lobby which was ever so stylish.

Fabulous hotel, walkable from the station, half hour Hotel rooms were spacious, bed matresses were the best I have found and so was the pillows. The staff were incredible helpful.Lovely surroundings and fabulous shops in nearby ”Passage” The breakfastwas fabulous, with pastries and ham/cheeses and coffee machine. Lovely bread. The reception area had comfortable seating with delicious coffee/tea available all day, unlike many hotels. Close to all the sights

I like the size of the room that has ample space to open a big suitcase on the floor. The bathroom is also nicely heated, and the shower strong and nice. Location was great and safe and easy reach by tram. My son and I even walked to the scheveningen beach from the hotel. Just one note on the rooms : you can hear footsteps from the room above yours.

1. Check-in/Check-out: 5/5 You actually enter the restaurant and are greeted by very friendly staff who will explain everything and will even give nice recommendations for navigating the city and show it on a map. 2. Rooms(cleanliness, amenities, technology, etc.): 2/5 We had the bigger(est?) room and it was awesome! Very spatious, separate bedroom and a GREAT shower you don’t want to get out of. You open large windows and the whole square is in front of you. No ability to cast phone to TV. The biggest issues were the pillows. They were BAD. Not comfortable at all. 3. On-premise restaurants: 4/5 We had a la carte breakfast here, and it was ok. 4. Pool area: n/a 5. Service:5/5 Overall weighted score: 4.0 out of 5.0 Notes: 1)If you do need to park your car, go to Hilton, they have 24hr parking in their underground garage. Otherwise, street parking is hourly. Would we come back? Yes if the pillows are upgraded.

Hotel bem localizado para quem precisa de estar perto do World Forum pois dá para ir a pé. O centro de Haia fica a 10 min de tram. O quarto era espaçoso, limpo e confortável. O único senão foi ter ficado no piso zero, onde basicamente estamos um pouco abaixo do nível da estrada, o que retira privacidade. Acredito que nos pisos superiores a vista fosse bem melhor. No geral foi uma experiência positiva.

RRobert FAbsolutely fantastic hotel about a 10/15 minute walk from The Hague Central Station, paid a bit extra for room with a Parliament View and it was worth it to be looking out overlooking the lake and old Binnenhof buildings! Spotlessly clean throughout the hotel and for the entire stay. Room was large with a very comfortable bed and extra couch. There was a (practically) full kitchen in the room too - with all the glasses, cups, plates, bowls, etc you might need - but we didnt really need to use it as we mostly ate out. Very good wi-fi in the room and a decent selection of English TV channels too. The continental breakfast was delicious and they changed the selection each day, it was nice that you could eat your food in the main hall or in some of the period side rooms. Very close to the historic city centre and plenty of places to eat near by. Would highly recommend.

PPengguna TetamuStayed here for 2 nights recently with my partner. As frequent travelers of netherlands to the various cities including den haag ,we had never stayed here before. Lovely experience overall with very pleasant and friendly staff. We had a garden view room(upgraded as club members) with everything you needed clean comfy bed,safe,big shower with toiletries etc and very quiet at night. Their was a complimentary breakfast included in the rate which was a buffet style but more than adequate with a selection of cold cheeses meats,cereals,pastries,teas coffees orange juice yogurts and boiled eggs. Decent coffee machine. Small little bar on site and ice machine in lobby. .We were given a late check out as we had a later flight which was truly appreciated . Excellently located for busisness or any of the visitor sites in den haag. We would definitely return and recommend.😀

PPengguna TetamuIt's a very nice hotel, located in the center of the city. Beautiful design, the rooms are pleasant. The breakfast is good. Those who come with a car are advised not to park in the parking lot below the hotel, because it is expensive. We camped in a parking lot within walking distance (of course after dropping off our luggage at the hotel) on Geest Street 1. We had a less pleasant experience, our daughter felt sick, and they had no idea where to refer us and we were even sent to the emergency which turned out to have been closed for 3 years. So only health, and enjoy.

SSven JohansonI reserved a hotel with bath inside the room. When we arrived it was farely busy in the hotel due to the check in times. We waited for 20 minutes to check in and were told we got upgraded to a wellness room with a sauna. We took a walk along the beach which is litteraly in front of the hotel and we enjoyed a nice jacuzzi and sauna the rest of the evening. With a stunning view along the beach and city.
Yes it was pricey! And parking in front of the hotel is 25€ per day or 6,50€ per hour which is really expensive (the hotel cant do anything about the parking fees because of the government, but maybe public transport is an option for you)
Pricey, but absolutely worth every penny.
And dont forget you get access to their own wellness included with your room!

PPengguna TetamuThis modern hotel has a split personality. Some elements rate 5 star some 0 or minus. My wife and I stayed for three nights in their only disabled access room in June, it costs about 200 euros per night excluding breakfast. We were delayed arriving so didn't check in until around 2300. Check in staff were very good and we went up to our room. It had been made up (maybe?) but not cleaned! Excretia in the toilet bowl, bits of second hand toothpaste in the sink (which was blocked up). Complained to the night porter who came up to the room just after midnight as was genuinely embarrassed. But, the hotel was full and this was the only accessable room in the hotel! The room was given a quick clean to get us through the night. The following morning met by the very good manager who again apologised cancelled the nights charge from the bill (we paid in advanced) and said he would rectify the situation. He (Jimmy) was ashamed and seemed quite frankly shocked. We went out for the day and came back to a very clean room. On our 2nd and final full day the room was not made up at all, beds not made, no towels no toilet roll coffee etc. Again complained to the two very nice young women on reception who were very nice and very apologetic. It was our last night and were given a free (and very good breakfast). Serving manager and staff could not have been more helpful. So, great location, really great staff, great breakfast, awful, awful housekeeping (apparently sub contracted out). Should you stay in the Mercure Den Hague? You choose! Incidently, I said I was going to put a review out and Jimmy the manager said ” You must be truthful”.

PPengguna TetamuGreat hotel, nice employee, fantastic service, phenomenal experience. I stayed there with a friend for a week, each day we left the hotel at the morning/noon before 11 am. Afterwards we got a cleaned room with new bathtubs and also the kitchen was refilled. The personal was cool. Would like to stay a bit longer

PPengguna TetamuWent for a weekend getaway with my partner, and found The Social Hub to be both affordable and comfortable. The rooms are neat and well-maintained, although the bathrooms are somwhat small. I especially like how much natural light there is. We had very friendly interactions with staff as well as with other guests. While The Social Hub isn't exactly cheap, hotels in The Hague just tend to be expensive, and this is close enough to the lowest prices that I'd happily recommend it.
