Hotel terbaik di Hoofddorp

The hotel near airport has free shuttle bus -orange bus Bastion but one bus goes to another Bastion hotel and then from this hotel second bus to Hoofdorp. We were at 14.40 in the reception but our room, and other people wasn't ready. Should be at 14.00. We waited 20 min. The room was ok, very small, with fridge and coffee machine. There isn't restaurants near the hotel, about 15 min from hotel is Papa's Beach Restaurant, near the lake, nice view, good food.

Frontdesk female at check in 19:45 seemed a bit annoyed by something and very busy. Got two room cards, but apparently non of them were working. Got two new cards again and at least one was working. Elevator needed card access and also a door before the corridor before room needed access card, first time seen this. Safety ++ Room was Okey more or less. Mirror in room was badly broken. Sliding window not possible to lock, push pin broken. Room AC fan had a very annoying sound, but that I can easily live with. Bathroom was very good and large. TV, very good international selection to choose from. WIFI was 30-40 Mbit so easy to stream all possible media. Due to early check-out 05:30 then hotel was able to provide a early morning breakfast pickup bag @ 05:00. That was a very nice breakfast option to provide, does require a frontdesk request before 24:00. Generally a good average hotel for business travellers. Also free frequent shuttle transport from/to airport.

Esta ubicado a unos 10 minutos en bus desde el aeropuerto, realmente esta muy bien si no quieres pagar un dineral en el centro de amsterdam, pero es eso, si quieres ir al centro hay que volver al aeropuerto y ahí hacer el trasbordo al centro, pero si vais con tiempo realmente vale la pena hacer estancia en este aparthotel. La habitación en sí esta bien, no es gran cosa tampoco pero tiene una mini cocina (con todos los utensilios para cocinar, y kit de limpieza), la cama perfecta, o quizas estabamos tan cansados del viaje que nos pareció eso, porque dormimos en la gloria. Y el baño muy nuevo y limpio. Nuestra habitación no tenia balcón pero se abría la ventana. Para hacer 2/3 noches está perfecto, muy recomendable. La parada de bus esta justo delante del hotel, y pasa cada media hora, así que otro punto a favor a decir, es una zona muy tranquila rodeado de jardines verdes. Volvería a repetir.

Arrived here mid day Thursday and was greeted by staff members, very polite. The lady checked us in gave us all the information and informed us she would be available if we needed anything. We was on floor 3, entered the room and was very surprised! So clean, one of those beds you just want to dive on! The shower was a walk in one very spacious. The walk from the train station was 10 minutes. Will definitely be staying here in the near future!

Arrived late at night, in the pouring rain. Had a lot of trouble figuring out the buses to get to the hotel then had to drag my luggage in the rain through construction to get there. Once inside we were greeted and checked in. The room was super dark and like a concrete box kind of. Bathroom was odd. No shower door or wall of any kind. Never seen that before. It was ok but I was glad to only be staying one night.

I enjoyed my short stay in this lovely hostel which I choose due to close distance from Schiphol airport as my flight was early morning. When I arrived I was warmly welcomed polite and helpful staff. They explained to me how to get to the airport by public bus as they do not have free shuttle. Be advised that free shuttles of other hotels do not usually run before 6:00 AM. Also they gave me wake up call in the morning. The room and bathroom big enough, bed very comfy for good night sleep. The room temperature can be self-controlled, the window is impossible to open. WIFI worked well. There is a restaurant and mini market next to the reception and lobby. Due to the early morning flight I did not have a breakfast which is served from 6:30. Bus stop just 100 meters, up the bridge. Ride to the airport just 5 min, you pay by credit/debit card.

With a 7 am flight, I booked the Moxy for a night. I had stayed at other Moxy properties so I knew what to expect. The shuttle from the airport was a bit confusing. You have to look for the NH hotel shuttle which also does Moxy. I got lucky as it arrived when I got there. Ordering drinks and food is an ordeal. You have order and they punch everything in and sign. It took a long time t process each order. The food took almost 45 min. I wanted another glass of wine but didn’t want to wait in line and pay / sign for it each time. So took the food to the room and ate there. In the morning, the shuttle does not run till 5:45 am, so I tried and Uber. No luck. A nice guest offered to give me a ride in the can she ordered. That was very kind. When we got to the airport, the driver said that I also have to pay as they do it by number of room and that is the rule / policy of the hotel. That didn’t sound right so I refused to pay told the driver to have the hotel contact me resolve and headed for my flight. Not the best experience leaving the hotel. The 3 star rating is because of the food / Bev process and the set up “arrangement” for taxi.

The hotel was a little far out, away from food establishments and other shops, but my stay there was bliss of course. I managed to order takeaway and they have a mini 24/7 market near reception so I got my necessary goodies. You have to pay for the airport shuttle which is a little bizarre but it was a comfortable ride. It is Marriott, can’t go wrong with this one.

Geweldig. Vriendelijk personeel! Schone, mooi ingerichte kamer met Nederlandse kuntsdetails, mooi uitzicht, ondanks dat je naast de drukke snelweg zit merk je er niet veel van. Het hotel is enorm en wordt drukbezocht maar je merkt ook niet veel van die drukte. Beneden heb je een handige mini supermarkt. Buiten een natuurgebied en sportpark op loopafstand. Het enige nadeel is de afstand naar Schiphol. De shuttle werkt op zich goed maar kan druk worden in de ochtend. Goed dat het op reservering is.
