Hotel terbaik di Zeegse

We had a very enjoyable weekend at this hotel. Yes it’s very outdated and could do with a good clean-up but the positives far outweigh the negatives. Location is beautiful .... nice and quiet with great walking routes right at the back of the hotel. Parking was fairly tight but we discovered an overspill carpark at the back where the shed is and where you can lock up your bikes for the night. The rooms themselves are typical Fletcher style ..... blue carpet with brown furniture but nice and spacious. Very comfy clean beds with coffee and tea making facilities. Nice small balcony to open the door and let some air in. Took a while to find a hairdryer and still wonder why they have it hanging and wired up under the television. No fridge in the room. The bath was very welcoming when you see how small the swimming pool is ..... however I did wonder how an elderly person could climb up into the bath to take a shower seeing there were no slip mats on the surface ..... lethal for an older person or somebody with a disability. Breakfast area very spacious with plenty of available tables and as for the breakfast itself, it was excellent. Anything you wanted was laid out and the cook behind the counter was constantly making up fresh eggs and bacon. Reception staff were constantly busy but very friendly and helpful. Overall really enjoyed it.

Het restaurant Eva was fantastisch. De voorgerechten en hoofdgerechten werden prachtig opgediend en smaakten voortreffelijk. Prijs kwaliteitverhouding erg goed. Ook hebben we de bediening als plezierig ervaren. De verwarmde stoelen op het terras waren comfortabel.

Horrible service. Unhelpful and quite frankly rude. I had emailed the hotel to say that we would be arriving after 11pm for check in. I received a polite reply that said, ” That is no problem”. I continued to keep the hotel informed va email once we left Amsterdam. They did not inform us that there was a fesival in thier town and that it would be difficult to get to the hotel. After driving around for an hour and asking several people, I phoned the Hotel directly. The man who I spoke too was the most unfriendly, unsympathetic and unhelpful person. He basically said that it would be impossible to get to the hotel and that he could not help us. When I pressed for more information, he suggested I park the car anywhere that I can find a place and walk to the hotel. When I asked how far away we were and how long it would take to to walk to the hotel, he laughed and said that it would take us all night. Very disappointing and disheartening when we had 2 rooms booked and paid 691 euros (345.50 euros per room; 1 comfort double and 1 comfort twin). We arrived approximately 15 minutes later (around 3am!). I explained that the service was terrible in getting there. They tried to blame it on all the drunk people at the festival when in fact, the service from the hotel was unsatisfactory. The rooms were comfortable and breakfast was good (at the restaurant across the street) but we were only there for a few hours. The service of the staff in the morning made up for the unacceptable, rude, unprofessional and unhelpful man from the night before. He should not be working in the tourism industry. Disappointingly, this was our first time staying at this hotel and it will be the last. Which is a shame as we like to support small, family run businesses. I do not recommend staying here during the weekend that we stayed in June. We were there for the MotoGP and will stay elsewhere next time. I suggest you do the same.

Het was verschrikkelijk! Als ik rond de middag bel over bowlen, omdat ik lees dat je niet online kunt reserveren en als je incheckt dat alles vol is, wil ik vragen of het echt zo is. Ze vertelden me telefonisch dat het dit weekend niet druk is en dat er vrije plek is om te bowlen. en zelfs als het vol zal zijn, zullen ze een andere oplossing vinden, dus gisteren kwamen we aan, we willen natuurlijk gaan bowlen kan niet is vol, de volgende dag zondag is het ook vol. Massage kan ook niet alles is gereserveerd. We waren niet de enige, er was ook een gezin met 2 kinderen, dame, ik denk dat de manager of zoiets (een beetje ouder kort haar met een bril) erg onbeleefd ze vertelde hen - vol is vol, je heb pech. Wat voor antwoord is dat? Vader van de kinderen wou graag geld terug omdat daar was echt niks te doen met kidere . Ze betalen bijna 700 e voor een weekend met kinderen en ze kunnen niets doen omdat er geen plaats is, maar ze betalen ervoor?! Manager zegt dat ze maar zes plaatsen heeft om te bowlen en wat? 's Avonds vraag ik opnieuw wat voor oplossing ze hebben, want als ik bel, is dit wat ze mij telefonisch vertelden, ze zegt dat ze niets kan doen! Als ik het weet, zou ik hier nooit komen. In Preston Palace zijn er vier plaatsen en iedereen kan bowlen zelfs in het weekend is er nooit zo'n probleem. Ik ben zo teleurgesteld dat het echt een geldverspilling was. We rijden 200 km om alleen naar het zwembad te gaan? echt, als je geen slechte ervaring wil, ga dan niet hier, kies een ander hotel waar ze je gaan behandelen zoals je verdiende.

Very large hotel. Spacious room and bathroom with bath, separate shower and toiletries. Sliding door gives access to shared outdoor space (balcony). We had food in the bar and we really enjoyed it, reasonably priced. Pool table and dartboard in bar area but slightly tucked away. The pool and wellness facilities are free and really well maintained. Very clean and lots of choice: salt sauna, herb sauna, Finnish sauna, hamam, infrared sauna, foot baths and snow shower. Towels are provided and there are free lockers in the changing rooms. Changing rooms are not mixed. Enjoyed our stay.

Ik had nog nooit gegeten in dit fraaie hotel, afgezien van een heerlijke lunch lang geleden. Het was 1 januari en probeer dan meer iets te vinden. Het familiehotel dus. Het was even zoeken in de grote zaal maar met enige hulp vonden we een gezellig gelegen tafeltje bij het raam. het kostte enige moeite de aandacht van de bediening te trekken maar het eten was prima. We aten een niet en een wel vegetarisch gerecht en beide waren prima. Ook de porties waren van voldoende omvang. De prijs viel evenmin tegen.

No, I don't give 5 stars because this is a hotel with an exceptional high quality. I give a 5 star rating because this hotel gives you value for money. A nice clean hotel room with a Nespresso coffee maker, tea kettle, ironing gear, multiple kind of cushions, working WIFI and clean fresh rooms. The diner was excellent with big desserts. Friendly staff. And the breakfast was just phenomenal.

Hotel ubicato in posizione verde e con lago antistante. Panorama molto rilassante dalle stanze e dallo spazio all'aperto dedicato a colazioni e pasti. Colazione molto varia, sia per la parte dolce che per quella salata (diversi tipi di cereali, centrifugati freschi, salmone, etc). Divertente soprattutto per i bambini la piscina ed il noleggio barche. Un po' distante dal centro. Da migliorare la pulizie delle stanze, inoltre non abbiamo apprezzato la difficoltà riscontrata nello spegnimento dell'aria condizionata (subordinata all'apertura delle finestre, ma non cessata neppure dopo un'ora dall'apertura).
