Hotel terbaik di Burkes Pass

A lovely motel run by a great couple. The facilities are clean and tidy and comfortable. They are obviously building the business up and I sure they will do well. It's location on the SH8 in a very historical township adds to its charm. Lake Tekapo and Mt John Observatory are a 20 minute drive away. Good for summer and winter holidays too as part of the NZ Alpine ski area. Thank you.

經過*****預訂了這家旅店。一切都按正規預訂程序輸入倆成人三小孩，扣除*****會員折扣卷後得到報價，填入信用卡後，確認下訂。收到確認訂單，顯示入住人數是倆成人三小孩。旅店方面也發了確認。 一切看似正常，直到入住前三天，信用卡被全額抽款，不能再取消訂房後，旅店就發來威脅訊息説，價格不包括三小孩，必需得多付100多刀紐幣，不然不給入住！！更離譜的是，向*****投訴後，*****聯繫旅店方得到的回覆是，價格衹包含4個成人，第五個成人必須得付100多刀！？？旅店方給的理由前後完全不一致！！而且這額外要求的100多刀，想必是連*****打的折都想要拿個整，超噁心！！在旅店官網或*****完全沒有提到這個加價，擺明就是胡亂加價！！出外旅遊最怕就是遇到這種威脅！！ 向*****表示強烈抗議並要求取消訂房和全額退款。旅店方遲遲不給答覆直到入住當天幾個小時前才回復説不加價可以入住，簡直欺人太甚？！我要求的是取消訂房全額退款！！出外旅遊帶着三個小孩而且有可能很晚才會抵達，遇到這種黑店，難道還冒着睡街的風險而不趕緊訂其他旅店嗎？ 目前這黑店以Cancellation Policy為由拒絕退款，説是自己不來住，不給退錢啥的，坑爹啊！！擺明就是利用這Cancellation Policy來坑蒙拐騙！！而*****什麼也幫不了！！ 所有證據收集好準備向有關部門投訴和舉報這家黑店。如有像我一樣的受害者記得一定要舉報這家旅店！！絕對不能讓他們繼續以這種手段威脅旅客！！

Just perfect for whatever thing we needed including stargazing from the back of the place

The lodge is in a beautiful location overlooking the lake and a short walk to town. The room was spacious and airy with large glass doors filling the room with light. There was space to sit outside to enjoy the view. The room was spotless and well equipped. There was a large bathroom. A suggestion would be to have bulk toiletries rather than the waste of little plastic bottles. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel is very new. Clean, good location, and great service. I love the modern style of the hotel. Good choice to stay in Tekapo lake.

We booked late, arrived even later but check in was so simple with a code for the digital door lock. A newly built residence, well appointed for families with 4 bedrooms, parking for 2 vehicles, very warm and cosy. Another plus, Two living areas so kids can settle and watch tv or play games in one whilst adults socialise in the main living area. Plenty of heating, plenty of blankets, no-one was cold. Highly recommend!

The room is very clean and close to city centre and Church of good Shepherd. Albeit the weather is not perfect during our stay, I still had a good time staying in the room chatting with my friend. There is no reception for check in but you can contact the staff via WhatsApp call and they responded quickly. All in all the stay is pleasant and would recommend to others.

房子本身設施很齊全，很新，但是離湖較遠，看不到湖景，而且很不巧的是，我們去的那天正好趕上全鎮都停電，連蠟燭都沒有，完全沒有照明的應急措施有點不可接受！
