Hotel terbaik di Governors Bay

I had spent ages googling “ Luxury Christchurch Accommodation”, and time and time again, Dyers House came up. We booked the garden room. Check in was warm and easy - Barry and Angela met us at the front door, and instantly made us feel like very special guests. As we were shown to our room, the scent of fresh flowers wafted thru the house. This historic home has been renovated with no expense spared, and so many special touches, I’m sure I will forget to mention some. Our room and bathroom were HUGE! The bedroom had elegant and exquisite furnishings, a bed that was divine, and a terrace straight off it where we had afternoon tea as we watched the birds flying around their divine garden ( a garden filled with lilacs, rhododendrons, bearded iris, cherry trees etc.) Beyond the garden lies sweeping views over Christchurch. Back to our room - our bathroom was incredible….everything heated, including the floor. Massive walk in shower, fluffy and soft bath towels, exquisite decor. Breakfast - this literally blew our minds - pastries, muffins, variety of yoghurts, fruit, including rare and exotic…cheeses, cold meats, the list went on and on. Barry made us piping hot coffee, while Angela spoilt us rotten! The hosts - Barry and Angela just love hosting people from around the world, and love spoiling them too. Both have had interesting careers that have taken them all over the globe - they have amazing stories to share, we found them to be caring, thoughtful hosts that could not do enough to make your stay as perfect as possible. The scenic location is worth the stay alone, but given the close proximity down the hill of great restaurants to chose from for dinner, added to the fact your room is divine, the hosts just lovely, and the magnificent breakfast - make this your first and only choice for Christchurch. Oh - and did I mention the afternoon tea? We sat on a private terrace, covered in roses, and ate the most divine gateaux and sweet treats. Shame I can only give them 10/10, they deserve more!

Very good place to stay, nice and quiet with friendly staff. They went out and bought some Weetbix for me, as I could not eat nut based cereals. Gone the extra, nice grounds and the guys were great hosts. Safe location as well. Some features a bit dated though, no USB points in the building and the bed was wire sprung and quite uncomfortable. But these are minor affluenza based complaints. Room size was really generous and private, sunny and nice couches and sitting area. The price was attractive too and nice grounds, a lot of friendly felines drop by too. Great for solo travellers, couples and tourists. However if you have tech savvy types, probably not the best place.

沒遇見過這麼善解人意的酒店！我本來訂4號的房，4號下午才發現訂成3號了。趕緊重新訂了4號別的酒店。競沒想到酒店聯繫了我先生，説3號訂的房沒住，讓我們5號去住.且這個酒店價格親民！深深祝黑馬酒店生意興隆，永遠是了不起的出人意外的黑馬！再次感謝！我先生埋怨我一上午，説我訂個房競把日期搞錯，問我除了吃乾飯還能做點啥❓

少し古かったんですけど 部屋広いしキッチンもあったし、 値段も安かったんです

We had to travel to Christchurch for our dog, Toby, to see a specialist vet and this motel was perfect! It is dog friendly and just down the road from the vet we needed to see (McMaster and Heap). Great location, the staff are kind and cared about how our dog was. The room was very clean, linen is superb, all amenities included. There is a little park across the road where we could take our dog for a play and McDonald's and other eateries are just down the road. The motel also offers a continental breakfast for a good price, perfect for our needs. Our room had a lovely balcony where we could sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. Also, I accidentally forgot my iPad and the staff called me to let me know before I even missed it! They offered to keep it safe until we return to Christchurch next week, really appreciate that! Fantastic, dog-friendly place to stay, highly recommend :)

기차역과 가까워서 선택하여 정했는데 걸어서 17분 정도인데 공항까지는 택시요금이 64$가 나와서 놀랐어요. 일요일에는 주변에 가게가 전부 문을 닫아서 식사를 할 수 없었습니다. 주인은 중국사람입니다.
