房間很不錯

We box in and stay three nights. The staff are friendly and helpful. This time we were in one of the cube cabins was very clean and beds were great. Close to a beautiful lake lovely to walk around great cooking kitchen clean toilets and showers.

自主入住非常方便，房東會提前發入住訊息，自己在門口按密碼取鑰匙就可以了，房子很大，周邊很安靜，房子很温暖，停車位也方便就在院子裏。乾淨整潔，後院能看到山和牧場。

房間非常棒，自助入住，設施齊全舒適，客廳和廚房區域很大，做了一頓豐盛的晚餐，晚上很安靜，星空非常漂亮。

Twizel is very much a summer destination so the hotel offers accommodation only We were warmly welcomed and immediately told that neither the restaurant nor the bar would be open. As Twizel was just our overnight stop on our way from Christchurch to Queenstown this was not a major issue. It became no issue at all when it was pointed out that Poppies cafe and restaurant was just across the street from the hotel We were given a local map and we were recommended a restaurant for our evening meal a short drive away. The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is away from the town centre so it was very quiet. We got a good night's sleep. Poppies lived up to its billing and the brunch set us up for the day's drive. While I have deducted one star for the lack of onsite catering it was not an issue for us. I would certainly be happy to return to the hotel in the summer and stay for a few days to explore the town and its surroundings.

An excellent place to stay in twizel, very nice rooms , well equiped, modern , easy parking, and very friendly staff. I highly recommend. In addition prices are very reasonable and there are plenty of restaurants in a 500 meters circle. 65 restaurant is a good typical kiwi place for dinner.

We booked for one night on booking.com for 31st December 2023. My credit card was charged immediately. The next day Glenna from the motel text me to say I would need to cancel my booking because they have a minimum 4 night stay over that period. She blamed it all on booking.com that I was able to book that date and never took any responsibility herself. I was made to feel like I had done something wrong?! The terms and conditions clearly said if I cancelled I wouldn’t receive a refund. Yet she asked me to cancel from my end (presumably to save on a penalty charge she would receive from booking.com). I said I thought the booking should still be honoured in the circumstances. She declined and then cancelled the booking from her end. I asked how I get my refund, she said I would need to contact booking.com and made no effort to assist me with that at all. The customer service was terrible and we will not stay here again or recommend it to others - we had previously stayed here. I am still now waiting on my refund!

twizel小鎮很小，鎮上幾乎沒什麼人這家motel在一個加油站旁邊加油，挺方便的，去附近超市走路5分鐘左右可以抵達在庫克山附近，也沒有什麼特別好的酒店可以住，湊合一晚還是不錯的。

Fantastic Air Lodge! Super new, neat and clean, spacious, luxurious and comfortable. Delicious breakfast. The hosts (Mary and Mudy) were very friendy and sweet. We even were allowed to put our Cessna in their hangar and use their spare car for driving. Fantastic location and view of the scenery (WX), runway and windsack! Ideal for day trips discovering the south island incl. Milford Sound ;-). Small village with good food (recommending Fishtail/Indian cuisine and the Poppies Cafe for the local Mt Cook Salmon) nearby. Book in advance - Pukaki Air Lodge is veeery busy and cyclicts love it as they use it as stop for the Alps to Ocean trail. Thx for an incredible stay! :)))
