Excellent location with lots of restaurants/eateries and markets around. If one wants to be like local people, bus stations are also very close. Staff is very friendly and everyone is eager to help. Particularly the reception manager Pilar is extremely nice who patiently answered our questions and showed us the directions to the markets and the bus station. Pilar also let us use her bus card so we don't have to buy the card. We had leisure times Lima so we went in/out of the hotel many times during our stay. Every time we passed by the lobby, Pilar would always hail to us enthusiastically. Good bedding, adequate breakfast, quite and spacious room, safe and frige useful for people staying more than one or two days. We read from some previous reviews about noise from street and requested a quite room. Our double room is very quite and we didn't hear any noise. Actually the front street the hotel is facing is not a busy street and we didn't see any heavy/noisy traffic there.

This hotel Radisson Decapolis Miraflores is located a couple blocks from the sea/beach/parks in Miraflores Lima, great location. Can see the ocean from our room. We are here for 6 nights and 2 nights remaining. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is helpful and pleasant. Facilities are clean and updated. AWFUL hotel RUN away from this place. We arrived at 2am and had no choice but to stay the first night because of how late it was but we immediately left in the morning. To start, the room and facilities are DIRTY and look nothing like the photos. The carpet turned my 2 year olds hands, feet, and knees BLACK and turned my feet BLACK with dust, dirt, and hair. The room is dark, outdated, and the walls and carpet is a whole different color. The pool is a joke. The “gym” wasn’t even open and it was 1 machine anyway. The room is so dirty and smells like mold. The sheets smelled like dirty greasy hair and there was pieces of male and female hair in the bed and in the bathroom there was a dirty used shaving razor. The breakfast was nasty and the staff was very rude to us. During a pandemic especially they should not be selling a dirty room to people who paid a lot of money.. this place should be shut down.

Great Hotel. Wonderful location in safe area. Welcome at front desk very professional. Walking distance to ocean and parks. Styed a couple of nights prior to trip with Intrepid and on the last night of our itinerary. A very special mention to all the staff and a gold mention to Alexandra Arios Rodriguez. I did not realize it when I booked this hotel, but there are several Jose Antonio Hotels in Lima. I suppose it is something like a Hilton in the US. I was to join our travel group and was coming in early. So long story short, I booked the wrong Jose Antonio Hotel. The staff couldn't have been nicer. I arrived late from the US, and they couldn't find my reservation. The young man at the desk made a few phone calls, and he figured it out for me. I decided to just stay for one night and join the group the next day. The room was large and very nicely decorated. The hotel must be used as meeting and convention space as there are rooms, a very large reception area, and some beautiful artwork. I had a complimentary breakfast in the morning, and the coffee was exception. All in all, I was very happy I stayed there.

Service was great as usual by the receptionist and really appreciate the warmth and smile from Stefanny. The swimming pool is a heated one so I could swim in it even though it was a cold day. Loved the welcome drinks and the amenities (coffee machine, body lotion, body shower, hand soap, shampoo, thick and soft tissue paper). The beds and pillows are comfortable, there’s a usb charger at the table. It’s a really convenient place near Kennedy park. Note that no cotton pad or cotton buds, toothbrush, shower cap were provided but I am ok with that. Security was really nice too, was waiting for Uber at night by the street and he would walk out to wait with me just to be safe.

We booked this hotel based on the location and the good reviews of WiFi sas we had been planning to work remotely. And indeed, the location and Wifi did not disappoint. But thats pretty much all positive things I can say about this place. The room (703) was very filthy, there is dust EVERYWHERE, mold in the shower, mold in the cabinets, coffee stains on the walls… Someone was constantly smoking somewhere around and the smoke was coming through our door. They bring you ‘breakfast’ to the room but to call it that is a bit of an overstatement. Every day, the same bread, same world’s thinnest 1 slice of cheese, 1 slice of cold cuts and half-fried egg. One day - ok, two days - oh well, but after 6 nights that we stayed there I couldnt look at that sad view. Peru being the world capital of food, this is shameful and completely not worth it. Better go spend $5-$10 in nearby restos and have something really tasty and freshly made. Or better stay in another propriety. In order to take a shower, we had to wait over 1 minute until the hot water arrived and then after 1 minute all water (cold and hot) was gone. So you need to wait until it reappears, then it comes cold as ice so you need to wait for the hot water again. There is a whole method needed of how to shower in there. We informed the receptionist about this issue at least twice but his response to everything was always that he would call here and there or that the person who can check it comes in at 7AM but in reality no one ever came and no one ever fixed that. The room service is one of the worst I’ve seen. They didnt bring toilette paper, they didnt replace the hand towel (btw all towels are with holes). We actually had to ‘beg’ for the toilette paper all the time. But the worst happened near the end of our stay. We asked for a room service and while we were gone they took all our personal belongings and souvenirs that were stored in a plastic bag on the kitchen counter. KITCHEN COUNTER- not on the floor or near the garbage bin. When we came back and realized that, we informed the receptionist who didnt do anything but said he would “call” and that ‘the person comes in at 7am’ (sounds familiar, right?). They didnt follow up on what had happened with our belongings, we had to ask every day, twice a day if they found it or if someone even looked for it. Finally, we decided to ask for a compensation for the lost items as it just didnt sit right with us that multiple objects were gone and no one felt like they had any responsibility about it. The total of 150 soles - it may or may not be much for some people, but its not really the price that matters. Its the souvenirs you’re picking and buying after a visit to a place. Personal stuff that cannot be replaced because it has sentimental value. And not even an apology from anyone. Finally, after multiple excuses and sentences such as ‘we are only the receptionists’ we were told to call the boss (they did not even offer to do that, we had use our travel

The hotel has an excellent location in a safe neighborhood of Miraflores, walking distant to Parque Kennedy, mercado Indio, Larco Mar, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also good, a bit of everything and fresh papaya fruit for breakfast!!! We also had lunch and dinner there. Most restaurants are very busy and it is a long wait however he hotel's restaurant was much faster and convenient. Rooms were clean. Maybe hair conditioner would be nice if they add it. Highly recommended.
