Stunning location. So beautiful it takes your breath away. The view out over the infinity pool will stay with us for a lifetime. The beach is wonderful, pure white sand. All of the staff are amazing. Warm, friendly, courteous and professional. Nobody could ask any more from them. The food is good and always brought to the table with a warm smile. The room looked a little tired and dated but all the other wonderful things about this small resort more than compensate. We had a lovely 4 day stay and were sad to leave. I made the right choice staying here and kinda felt bad leaving. It's not a touristy area so you'll enjoy a lot of quiet moments and just hear the waves and the birds. Perfect for meditating or doing yoga too. The staff were sincerely friendly and would call guests by their names right away so you'll feel most welcome the day you arrive. Commending Joy at the resto too who was quite chatty too. The place was really intimate and I think they only have 8 rooms available to ensure that it will be a relaxing stay for everyone. I love how the swimming pool was like part of a forest too. White sand beach, no crowds at all and you can go skinny dipping if you wish :)

Blue Star was one of the loveliest places I have ever stayed. The wait and kitchen staff are extremely hard workers and very accomodating. We came to dive and the dive staff was unbelievable. Arjie the dive master was patient, kind and an unbelievably good spotters. From huge cuttlefish, to wunderpuss to tiny shirmp. The Best DM we have ever had. The captain, William, and the rest of the dive crew were extremely helpful and worked very hard. Taking the tanks and equipment up and down the stairs several times a day. We really appreciated everything they did for us and I cant recommend them enough. They made our stay in Anda unbelievable. STAY HERE! You won't regret it.

We had a last minute booking but Ralf was quite accommodating over the phone. Got there late at night and the staff made us feel welcome right away. We booked the family studio and the 2 ocean front apartments, which were just the right size for everyone in the group. The apartments did have an ant issue in the bathroom, but the staff responded quickly. There are 4 medium sized dogs on the property who like to hang around the table while you’re dining, which was one of the highlights for the kids. Every morning of our stay, folks from our group walked from the resort all the way to Alona Beach and encountered some fascinating sea and shore creatures such as crabs and starfish. Top marks for J & R!

Т к отель просит предваритльно сообщать время прибытия, мы указали 12-13.00,но не надеялись,что заселят нас в это время, т к регистрация указана с 14.00. Приехали в 12.00 ,номер был свободен, поэтому нас сразу заселили и предложили на выбор 2 номера,один из них был даже с балкончиком - приятный бонус,выбрали его. Персонал очень приветливый и внимательный,предложили сначала разместить наши вещи в номере , а потом отправиться на регистрацию.На втором этаже находятся номера, а ресепшен вместе с баром на 3 этаже. В номере все согласн описанию:кровать,кондиционер работал прекрасно, в ванной комнате было чисто+мыло или гель для душа был,но не разовый,но все равно приятно. Рядом можно купить фрукты или продукты, до пляжа 3 минуты,также рядом местный фудкорт,аптека. Остались довольны расположением и размещением,цены в баре в отеле такие же как в кафе на пляже,поэтому кушали на пляже,один раз поужинали в отеле,горячий шоколад не понравился, остальное было съедобное. Возможно, кому-то не понравится, т к отель у дороги и может быть слышен лай собак, но нам это не мешало.

Great experience. Very calm no noise. Just that the room I booked was the CR was outside the room that you need to go to your terrace so you can use comfort room. And its not safe especially at night.

It is a very disappointing experience at the Cabagnow Seaside Resort. The FRONT DESK STAFF are UNPLEASANT especially if you are Filipino, discrimination against locals or Filipinos by the resort staff is unacceptable. Bohol is one of the tourist spots, your staff should know the tourism in Bohol (local foods, means of transportation, transportation fares, safe spots for tourists, etc..). Your “AMBOT” or “I don’t know” is not acceptable. The Gazebo has no ceiling fans in the reception area, the absence of a ceiling fan in the gazebo can make it uncomfortable for guests, especially in hot weather conditions in the Philippines. Providing adequate ventilation and cooling options in outdoor spaces is important for guest comfort and should be a priority for any hotel or resort. Second, there is NO INSTALLED BASIN for hand washing in the dining area where they serve food. It sounds like there are several issues with the amenities and facilities at Cabagnow Seaside Resort. Despite its name suggesting a seaside location, the lack of a beach is misleading and disappointing for guests expecting a clean coastal experience. There is NO BEACH. There is a walking distance beach which is NOT a SWIMMING AREA because of the garbage, plastic, mud, stray dogs and cats, and it is privately owned and NOT owned by the Cabagnow Seaside Resort. The presence of fishers and their boats nearby contributes to a less serene atmosphere for those seeking relaxation by the sea. It's possible that the government of Anda could work to address these issues, coordinating beach cleanup efforts, or managing the activity of fishers in the area. The community is NOT SAFE for tourists either local or foreign due to the behavior of some locals. We were attacked by a drunk local individual while eating dinner with our children near the Cabagnow Seaside Resort. Harassment by drunk individuals along the streets is a serious issue that the hotel and local authorities of Anda Bohol should address promptly to ensure the SAFETY and comfort of all tourists. The street going to that resort is very dark, with no street lighting. This might be helpful to share our experience and warn other potential guests about these issues and also prompt the hotel management to address them. It's important for hotels and resorts to prioritize cleanliness and guest comfort to ensure a positive experience for all visitors. The pool is NOT CLEAN and small as expected, we found a FROG in the swimming pool, It is certainly not something one would expect and is likely a hygiene concern. Their rooms have many army ants and one small cockroach. This is certainly concerning and suggests a lack of proper pest control measures. Possibly the lack of guests contributes to pest issues, as proper maintenance might not be as frequent when occupancy is low. However, maintaining cleanliness and pest control should be a standard regardless of occupancy. These are significant shortcomings that should be addressed by the resort mana

There are two pools and one jacuzzi. The location is huge with ample parking space. Rooms are newly built, bed is very comfortable but the villas are still on renovation. They are kind enough to ask if we wanted to be on the second floor or on the ground floor and they granted our request to be on the ground floor (there are only 2 floors). Food is just okay. I think it needs improving especially the breakfast buffet. The beach is so nice! It has white sand and blue waters, the water is cool too but the pool, however, needs to be cleaned properly. There’s a lot of algae on the sides of the dark blue pool and I think they need to work on treating the pool well for healthy reasons of the guests. The staff are so nice and I appreciate them for helping me surprise my husband for his birthday. They also sang for him. Thank you!
