PPengguna TetamuMy daughter and my family stayed on 2 suite family rooms for 2 nights last 29 July 2023. The rooms were big enough. The only thing we don't like was there was one cockroach inside each of the rooms. - 2 cockroach in total. My daughter complained about this as we have 2 x 8 months old babies with us. The receptionist did respond though and tried catching and killing the cockroaches. One of the sinks in the toilet did get blocked on the last stay of our stay. The air conditioning was good. The hotel just needs to maintain their hygiene and cleanliness and try to get rid of the cockroaches on their hotel. Otherwise, hoyel staff are nice with the hotel with good location as near the main city and market.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed here twice, the first time in October of 2019. I can say from that experience, in general, you get what you pay for. Nice staff, incredibly small rooms, near a lot of restaurants, most significantly Chef RV, with it's amazing cuisine. But the second time was for our anniversary, after the pandemic began - and, wow. Nothing had changed from the size of the rooms, just as we expected. There were holes next to the AC that ipis could crawl into, but not a big deal. The big deal? Complete and utter disregard for basic safety during a pandemic. RedDoorz chain claims to follow strict Covid protocols. Evidently this branch never got the memo, perhaps because it was a Go Motel before. We were the only guests. The two proprietors were smoking in the lobby, and the entire time they were in public were maskless and shieldless, though we of course wore masks and shields. They seemed to be immune from the concept of Social Distancing. Contrary to RedDoorz protocols they had no sanitizer or alcohol provided. It felt completely unsafe and we were gratified that two weeks later we still had no illness. We did inform RedDoorz Corporate. They expressed no concern and never got back to us.

Ggen_25ukMe and my husband booked in for 2 nights during our trip from UK to Philippines, this hotel is nothing like the pictures on any booking sites, this place is a dump! Dirty, very very noisy, looks like an under car park,lots of bugs, anything that you can think of that you don't like is in there. We are not a fussy couple but this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, we checked out after 1day. Wouldn't recommend this at all. 👎👎👎👎👎

PPengguna TetamuThe most frustrating thing about a couple/solo traveler is the lack of WiFi in the modern times. I had to tell this hotel staff for 48 hours (almost nagged) about that.
On top of that, they leave the hotel completely open on certain weekdays due to lack of personnel. Either they should do something about it or only open on weekends when they get staff.
Regarding cleanliness, that is where the services get valued and recommended. The location is easy to find as it's on the national highway yet it might become noisy for digital nomads or early sleepers.
Overall, I'd recommend it for a weekend getaway. But not for a long stay. Thanks!
