"I stayed at this hotel with my 2 kids to unwind and keep them entertained, and it was a wonderful experience. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The pool was well maintained and clean, which my kids loved. In-room service was excellent - special shoutout to Kenneth, who was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us, even helping when the kids wanted ice cream. Breakfast was enjoyable and good, though the waffle was a bit hard. The parking attendant and shuttle driver were both accommodating, making our stay even more convenient. Overall, this is one of the friendliest hotels we've ever visited, and we would definitely recommend it for families. The only downside was that the room was not soundproof, so we could hear some noise from other room."

"I had an exceptional experience during my 3rd stay at Microtel South Forbes hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me warmly ( thanks Ms. Marj and Ms. Aimerie ) and went above and beyond to make me and my wife feel comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and every staff member I encountered was courteous, professional, and attentive to detail. The room was spotless, well-prepared, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. "The room we booked was very spacious, and has a very nice view. However, the AC stopped working in the middle of the night, and when housekeeping checked went to check, it turned on but the noise was too loud and no cold air coming out. So we were transferred to a another room which had no view, smaller tv with a very sqeaky/noisy mattress. Every move we made, it made a noise, it was not what we have expected to experience from a 4star hotel. It was disappointing and the whole fiasco had disrupted our sleep so bad that we left the hotel even more tired. Not sure if i want to go back here anymore."
