PPengguna TetamuHad the pleasure of staying at La Laguna Beach Club & Dive Centre for a few days. The staff at the hotel went out of their way to ensure I had a great stay. They organized a private boat to pick me up in Busuangas as the public ferries were canceled on the day of my arrival due to a gale warning. The food was great, and I loved the boutique style and relaxed nature of the hotel. The hotel is beautifully located right on the shoreline only 600 meters from the center of Sabang. The dive shop is part of the hotel making diving a breeze. I have been scuba diving for +30 years and have been diving all over the world. Puerto Galera boasts some of the best shore-based diving in the world. The soft coral is stunning and the biodiversity is amazing. Great diving for looking at small stuff. Visibility averages between 15-25 meters which will disappoint some, but not me given the number of critters to look at. You will be hard-pressed to find a better and more professional run dive shop. Top-notch, new equipment; great friendly dive instructors and attention to safety. Most of the more than 30 dive sites are just 5-10 minutes away by boat giving you time to do more dives and rat the hotel in between dives. La Laguna Beach Club & Dive Centre is located only 3hrs away from Manila making diving possible even if you have only a few days.

There was a typhoon going around in Philippines but the resort has a restaurant and shops are just a 10min-walk. The pool and dive center is just perfect! The crews are fantastic. Special thanks to Joy who helped to check our reservation, although it was paid through Trip.com.
The best part is they are trying to reduce single use plastic by using big bottles of shampoo and shower gel. Better for the environment.

Even made me some local dishes that were not offered on the menu. So the absolute highlight of this resort is the staff! Kind and so very helpful everyone went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Fantastic value for your money already looking forward to next year.
