Hotel terbaik di Alcântara

I would like to make it clear that the accommodations at this hostel were as expected, taking into account that currently it is basically what one is looking for, when it comes to stays for a short period of time. But I missed clearer and more accurate information in the booking confirmation email. Because when I arrived at the hotel door and pressed the doorbell dozens of times without getting an answer, it was very stressful! My phone is from Brazil and I hadn't bought a chip from Portugal. I had to seek help from third parties, unknown people, thank God I found someone who helped me, but even getting into our room was a long way! Something that should have been very simple became almost a nightmare. Therefore, I would like to suggest that when making a book with a client, make it clear in the email the step-by-step instructions on how to enter the hotel and also the room! Make it clear to the person that everything is done remotely and we never even know who we are talking to. Not everyone will get there with working internet on their cell phone, and making a phone call is out of the question due to the price it would cost, as it would be International! Just a suggestion, so it doesn't happen to other people. Regards

Standard hotel but very clean, walking distance to Belém Monastery. Not much around the area in terms of shops, amenities etc. had to get Ubers everywhere. Hotel breakfast was nice, variety of choices. Staff were pleasant especially check in staff. Hotel roof has amazing view. Room service were rude & basically inexistent. Rooms were clean, bed was firm which is my preference but not for everyone.

My wife and I stayed at the Pestana Palace Lisboa in October because I attended a conference on the property. Pros that I experienced: - The property is beautiful. - It had a full-service hotel with a highly professional and helpful staff. - Lush gardens on the property with tons of different plants - Indoor pool and fitness center - Nice room (clean, sizable, well stocked with coffee) - Great breakfast - Outdoor aviary in the garden - Walled, secure property (but not in a bad area) Things that looked awesome, but I didn’t get the chance to use due to the time of year: - Outdoor pool - Garden house (looked like a small café or bar in the middle of the garden area) - In-house bar and restaurant The only disadvantage, to my mind, was the location. There is a tram stop at the back of the property (you’d walk out the front gate and follow the wall to the back to get the tram or bus) …. Still, the property is on the outskirts of downtown. There aren’t many restaurants or cafes nearby. The trams/busses don’t run as often as downtown, and it takes 10-15 minutes to get to the city center and even longer to the castle on the east side of town. In contrast, we stayed at an Airbnb in the northwest center of Lisbon a few days before the conference. Staying in town allowed us to wander through town easily and experience more of the Lisbon feel. If I were going again for pleasure, I’d probably opt for something in the north end of the downtown area again. If you don't mind the distance from most of what's happening in town then this is a wonderful choice.

Nice five star hotel in Lisbon with great coast view and the huge red bridge. The hotel is clean and the staff is well trained. Love this hotel so much.

Perfect find for a quick trip to Lisbon. I wanted to visit the MATT museum and this was a hidden gem only 10 minutes away by bus 714 and the same into Lisbon Centre if you need to. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. I slept so well on a really comfy bed and pillows. Coffee, tea, fruit and water are available all day. Caterina and David were excellent hosts and really welcoming allowing me to try out and help me with my Portuguese without judgement. Everything is designed beautifully including a small outdoor area which is a calm spot to relax after a busy day. The hotel is in a quiet area though you can hear planes coming in and at the moment there is some construction but it was extra quiet overnight. It was an added bonus to have Rituals toiletries in the bathroom. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Brilliant value for money. The breakfast was a lovely help yourself buffet with scrambled eggs and bacon if you wanted them. Top tip is La Camionetta for pizza just two minutes round the corner. Perfect neighbourhood restaurant with the best pizza.

This is a lovely hotel and the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The lady who does the reception at night and the young man who booked us in were both particularly lovely people. ( just so the mangers know he looks slightly oriental ) Very clean rooms and public spaces. Breakfast varied and changed every day. Hot and cold dishes and lots of fresh fruit. Only thing which may improve this is for the food to be labelled these days it’s a most , especially with the increase in food allergies. Pool is small but pleasant. We enjoyed the location away from the busy centre and easy access by a bus at the end of the street. We soon got the hang of the transport system . Be warned it’s very hilly here and the whole of Lisbon is not good for people with mobility issues. The only negative about this hotel is that it is on the flight path and quite close to landing. Planes pass over every few minutes and all night! You can’t hear them if you close all of the windows, I you try to sleep with the windows open it’s unbearable.
