AAlan321This is a nicely modernised classic hotel with a history going back over 100 years. We liked this hotel very much. A mistake by me when making the reservation resulted in us being allocated a twin room at the back of the hotel, facing the wall of the adjacent shopping centre. Disappointed with this, we returned to reception and asked if a better room was available. It was! We were given a lovely spacious room at the front overlooking the park. This approach typified the hotel. All the staff we dealt with were exceptionally helpful and friendly, including those on reception and the waiters in the restaurant. We dined three times in the restaurant where the food was delicious. I was a little concerned about the parking arrangement in the car park of the shopping centre, but it worked out well. There is a separate lift which will take you to the hotel’s rear entrance without the need to enter the shops. We found the Sana Silver Coast hotel an excellent base for drives to the coast, the caves of Mira de Aire, the remarkable Buddha Eden and Obidos (late in the day when the crowds were leaving).

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed at the “Campanile” hotel in Caldas de Rainha for three nights during October. It was a pleasant stay, in a modern hotel with easy access to main roads, a supermarket near-by, free parking and a room with all amenities. As is the custom lately there is only soap no shampoo, so bring some. The location is in a convenient spot for day trips to close destinations, like the Obidos Castle, the Nazere lighthouse, the Fatima shrine or the Buddha Garden of Eden; all these are within an hour drive. There was a misunderstanding between ******* and the hotel regarding the cost of breakfast. We had seen “included” when booking, but the hotel asked for pay; ******* promised to reimburse us for the cost (6 Euro/day/person). We would recommend this hotel for its location, amenities and low cost.

PPengguna TetamuLo mejor para mí fue la comida, es un comedor pequeño, sin grandes variedades, pero con una comida casera y muy rica. En mi caso, soy celíaca e intolerante a la fructosa, y se portaron muy bien conmigo, cuidaron mucho mi alimentación y me sirvieron con mucho cuidado, todos los alimentos. Mi agradecimiento a la cocinera, y al personal del comedor. Aunque con el resto del personal no tuve tanto trato, lo poco que tuve fue también muy agradable. Las habitaciones están reformadas, son bonitas y están limpias. Sin duda recomiendo este hotel para cualquier tipo de estancia

We really enjoyed our week in Inatel. Big and comfortable bedroom, very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent location, from our room we had the nice view of Óbidos lake and the sea. Just 30 minutes from Caldas da Rainhas. I recommend without fear you won’t be disappointed. We’ll be returning there happily.

Stayed 4 nights and was not sorry. It was close to both train and bus stations. The breakfast was basic but good. The air conditioner and hot water was fine. The room was a bit small, but the price was right. I would stay there again even though you are not allowed to keep the key when you leave.
