Charming little property with great and attentive staff. Room was clean, spacious, and had everything you would need. Breakfast was delicious - especially the fresh squeezed juice. The area is nice and quiet but also close to everything if you are driving.

ENG: Summary: Somehow, *********** permits this barely-2-stars hotel to be verified with 4. The only thing good here are the surprisingly large rooms and the swimming pool. Possible one the most peculiar hotel I have been to in my life. Firstly, it is almost impossible to get there with a GPS. The only sign is a tiny one saying ”Local Hotel” in the front door. Secondly, the hotel is somehow 4 stars, when in reality it doesn't go over 2 stars. Some examples of this: horribly low maintenance the walls haven't been cleaned probably since it was constructed. Moreover, there is humidity problems in the hotel. The breakfast, is terribly bad. Resembling the breakfast of a backpacking hostel. Moreover, the ”room service” is basically non-existent, in which they give you ”clean” towels (not enough for everyone, we were 4, they gave us 2.) The only good thing I can think about in this hotel is probably the surprisingly large rooms and the swimming pool. El desayuno, es terriblemente malo. Parecido al desayuno de un hostel para mochileros. Además, el ”servicio de habitaciones” es básicamente inexistente, en el que te dan toallas ”limpias” (no alcanzan para todos, éramos 4, nos dieron 2). Stayed here for 3 nights end of July to see Iron Maiden at the national stadium. We arrived as the bar was shutting but the barman very kindly for us a drink anyway. Comfortable rooms. Room smelled a bit when we came in but after airing it, was fine. Air con works. Room very dated but clean, maid service every day. Breakfast good, nice buffet. Evening meal basic selection of 3 different things. Nowhere else really to go and eat though. We walked into the town which is about ten minutes away and everything was shut at 7.30pm, no restaurants open, was like a ghost town. Only place open was a takeaway chicken, and that was actually very nice. Uber is cheaper to get anywhere than a taxi, around €11 into Lisbon itself. Not a hotel for families really as not much to do, or anywhere to go. Pool is nice. No kettle or any other facilities in the room to make a hot drink, so if the bar and restaurant are shut you don't have any options of getting a hot drink. Very easy access to the National stadium, short cut under the motorway, was just a 15 minute walk. Staff wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Would stay again but solely for the purpose of visiting a band at the National stadium.

Gostei do quarto, só a localização está um pouco longe das coisas

Ho dato tre per un motivo semplice il personale è incompetente poco professionale, giustamente se la Direttrice cammina a testa alta senza salutare sapendo già cosa fosse successo,senza neanche chiedere scusa e cercare di rimediare come anche quella specie di assistant manager che non ha risposto al telefono nonostante le 20 chiamate giustificando che c'era confusione, premetto che siamo arrivati in hotel alle 2.30 del mattino proprio perché non hanno fornito le indicazioni giuste per arrivare all'hotel...non posso pretendere che semplici receptionist siano all'altezza proprio perché si misurano con questi personaggi.Accor hotel mi rivolgo a Voi...una bella lettera di richiamo a questi personaggi farà più che bene mi creda!!!

Appartement très grand rien à redire tout été parfait bien situé resto très correct piscine nickel

Foi uma experiência agradável, o staff muito prestável e eficiente; o pequeno almoço era saboroso e variado. O quarto tinha boas dimensões para duas pessoas, uma cama confortável e espaçosa, com bastantes locais de arrumo, com cortinas black-out muito eficazes e era bem climatizado. A casa de banho tinha um bom chuveiro, com ótima potência e bem regulado a nível de temperatura. Todavia a insonorização do quarto poderia ser bastante melhor.

Hotel is well located near highway and train station, also has reasonable prices. The hotel staff were fantastic 😊,front desk was full of information👍Breakfast was delicious 😊housekeep did wonderful job👌 special thanks for front desk night shift Gonsalo. Obligado Than you for everything 😀

The hotel is very nice and new looking. Very clean. Andre is so helpful at the front desk as are all of the staff. Loved it here. But for a long stay I would want more amenities but for the price and 2 nights, it was perfect. Lidl Grocery store across the street.
