Amazing stay 15 August until 25 What an amazing hotel the sweeping seaview ,amazing circular pool,friendly and helpful staff.one of our suitcases did not arrive and the staff on reception were sympathetic and kept us informed they should get a medal We cannot remember her name but she helped us with the lost luggage and changing rooms on the 15 August - we want to give her lots of praise for being a great help throughout the stay. The buffet dinner was amazing and reasonable priced,clean rooms with air con. The club Sandwich be warned at lunch is enormous great to much for one person, while sipping a cool drink looking out over the ocean -was it a dream! Breakfast buffet wow think Hawaii and thunderbird Tracy island and that is the view while tucking into your breakfast If you want to really get away and chill,feel safe and relax with good food and a welcoming and attentive staff ,this is the place. Saya telah melawat hotel ini sebelum pengubahsuaian baru-baru ini dan ingin mengetahui tentang perubahan ini. Saya sangat terkejut! Saya sangat suka konsep terbuka meja depan, bar, restoran dan hiasannya. Saya menekankan perubahan yang dibuat pada bilik: hiasan, keselesaan dan kemudahan tambahan (teh, kopi, champagne dan bar mini). Saya suka kolam renang yang dibina di atas teres dan kawasan sekitarnya. Sarapan paginya hebat dan saya suka idea menu makan malam. Kakitangan sangat ramah dan penuh perhatian. tahniah! ! ! 💖

Generally a good choice in Porto Moniz. Location is great and if you have a sea facing room, the views are lovely. The hotel is clean, tidy, neutrally but quite tastefully decorated and has many plus points. There is an ‘honesty ‘ bar on the roof terrace which is peaceful and quiet - a rather under utilised area by the hotel I think. I found the bed agonisingly hard and agree with other reviews that the shower (which was good) ran hot and cold rather unpredictably. There is currently no air conditioning although you can open the windows and balcony doors. Apparently they are installing air con next year. Definitely a good place to stay.

We never stayed in the hotel, so can't comment on that. However my sisters snd I wanted a coffee. We went upstairs as wanted to be inside, rather than out. We went to the counter and was rudely told to sit down, counter was only for paying. We saw a young guy, who was waiting on tables. We asked him where we could sit, stating quite clearly that we only wanted coffee. We sat where HE TOLD US TO. After around 15 mins an old guy came up with menus, we again stated that we only wanted coffee, not something to eat. He was extremely rude to us. Told us in no uncertain terms to, basically piss off and if we wanted coffee to go downstairs and sit outside. We told our tour guide, who directed us elsewhere, where we were made very welcome.

Great Place. Hotel was nice, beds very comfortable, utilities in a room is great. Staff members are very polite and very welcoming. We have been greeted with a special homemade cocktail with complementary Champaign, and on our leave we received a good buy present of homemade jam. The breakfast was very fresh and great. They have got parking available. In general i really enjoyed my stay and would defo recommend this hotel!!

Stunning place in a beautiful valley surrounded by mountains and close to the ocean. Staff was very friendly and helpful, we also received a welcome drink and enjoyed our walks and surroundings to the fullest 💚💚💚 will be back for longer stay as we unfortunately stayed only for a night.

Our honeymoon to the beautiful island of Madeira was made that much more beautiful by our stay at the Aqua Natura Madeira Hotel. In this hotel we felt very warmly welcomed from the first second until the check-out. From the clean and luxurious room with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean and the natural pools, to the great service and the fantastic breakfast and dinner in the two restaurants belonging to the hotel, everything was to our complete satisfaction. We look forward to seeing you again at the hotel.
