سلام عليكم ماشاءالله من اجمل فنادق مكه بخصوص الراحه و الروحانيه أيضا من ناحية الموظفين جميعهم سعوديين و البنات من ارقى الموظفات لكن أخص بالذكر ثنين من الموظفين الموظف عبدالرحمن الشريف على روحه الجميله والترحيب الموظفه اشواق على حسن الاهتمام بالنزيل

Hotel yang mengagumkan, kami mendapat pemandangan bandar dan ia sangat mengagumkan. Agak pasti akan kembali ke hotel ini. Semua orang di hotel ini sangat baik. Perkhidmatan bilik juga bagus, daftar masuk juga lancar tanpa menunggu kami mendapat bilik terus selepas waktu daftar masuk. Sarapan pagi mempunyai banyak pilihan makanan. Makanan tempatan dan barat. Sangat bagus dan disyorkan. Yang haram juga sangat dekat dengan hotel. Anda hanya boleh berjalan ke haram.

I booked a one night stay on the Accor website at Movenpick Makkah after arriving from Madinah. It was a welcome respite from staying at local brand hotels since coming to Makkah and Madinah for Haj. Check in was a wonderful experience due to the efficiency of Ms Adeer, Front Desk Exec. It was great she spoke fluent English and had the most cheerful demeanour. When she saw I was an Accor Member upon check in, she upgraded me to a nice Al Haram view without me asking. Appreciate the great job you did Ms Adeer. A sincere thanks from me. It took me just a few minutes before I was on my way to my room. I was given room 2432 which had a nice big king sized bed. Despite the hotel being over 10 years old, I found the room to be very well maintained and it didn’t feel dated at all. It’s contemporary feel remained fresh. The bed was super comfortable and I liked it had a kitchenette nook that had a small induction cooker and sink. My only gripe was the tiny shower area. The room had a nice view of Al Haram piazza and the new Al Haram extension. The stay came with breakfast included so I headed to the restaurant right after morning prayers. The breakfast spread was already ready by 6am. I was shown a table by Mr Arshad, who got me my coffee and helped to show me personally the breakfast spread. They had a good selection of local and international breakfast dishes. The Restaurant Manager, Mr Sameer, suggested I try the Egyptian porridge and was kind enough to make me one personally himself. Mr Sameer was attentive to all the guests not just me. Overall I was very pleased with my stay and was most impressed with level of service in all my interaction with the Movenpick team. One can see the level of training re. service between an international brand hotel in Makkah and a local brand. The level of service of Movenpick Makkah rivals any hotel one would visit in London, Paris, New York or Singapore. Well done! 5 stars and highly recommended. Once again shoutout to Ms Adeer, Mr Arshad and Mr Sameer. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.

That was a fantastic place, very neat n clean, when I check in there was a Saudi guy very noble person but when I check out there was a Indo girl she was a discriminatory personality I felt embarrassed with her behaviour just because of that I wear shalwar qameez( Pakistani traditional dress)

We were moved to this hotel on the 1st of Ramadhaan 1445. We were originally booked in Le Meriden. This hotel was very dirty with cockroaches in every room. House keeping didn't make an effort and had to constantly be told what to do. The male in the reception was very rude and inconsiderate on the first few days. They weren't prepared to give us our extra beds and expected a family of 5 to sleep on a double bed as they had no availability. When I spoke to the Man in reception about the beds, he switched the phone off and refused to cooperate. Customer service should be a priority.

Hotel is good but amenities haven't been provided as written there was no iron in the room. And staff in night is unsupportive even he didnt allowed your guest to visit you which is weird. Haram is far from here and no shuttle service provided like other hotel does

نزلنا من حافلة القطار ومشينا للفندق. لايوجد لوحة تدل على ان المبمى العائل هو فندق وابراج مكة اضطررت لسوال موظفي الأمن عدة مرات . دخلت المبنى وسالت عن استقبال الفندق اشاروا لي بانه تحت عند المواقف وعند الطازج وعند المصاعد. لم أفهم ولم استطع الوصول وايضا لا توجد لوحات ارشادية للاستقبال.واخيرا وصلت للاستقبال : لا يوجد حجز باسمك …..هذا فندق مكة وليس ابراج مكة . ثم بدات الدوران والسوال من جديد للعثور على استقبال ابراج مكة. نزلت بالمصعد لمواقف السيارات واذا بالاستقبال مكان كبير وعدة موظفين وكان وتسجيل الدخول سريع. اعطاني الموظف بطاقة الغرفة (3.15.17) رفضت اخذ البطاقة الا اذا كتب لي ( برج . دور . غرفة ) يكفيني ماعانيته من اجل الوصول اليكم! صعد معنا العامل وفتح لنا الغرفة مستهلكة الى حد ما والحمام ايضا ولا يوجد فرش اسنان ولا شباشب وحين طلبنا تاخروا باحضارها. المصاعد قليلة. للبرج مدخلين كلاهما موقعه مميز ومريح للوصول لساحة الحرم. يوجد بالداخل مطعم الطازج وبن داود . طلبت امراة المساعدة لانها لا تعرف كيف تصل لغرفتها للاسف الفندق متاهة ولا احد يرشدك بطريقة صحيحة . مكان الافطاركبير وممتاز ومنوع وحماماته نظيفة. سمعت امراة تطلب من موظف الافطار افطار لابنها المعاق في غرفته وقال لها ابشري ساحضره بنفسي🌸. اعجبني انهم لم يسالوا عنددخولنا للافطار عن رقم الغرفة وعدد الافراد. يوجد بمدخل الافطار موظفة لطيفة ترحب 🌸. تسجيل الخروج سهل جدا. كنت مازلت ممتعضة من متاهة الفندق ولما سالتني الموظفة عن الاقامة بالفندق تذمرت من الوضع + كنت ناسية البطاقات بالغرفة لكن ماشاء الله عليها فعلا موظفة مناسبة لخدمة العملاء اسمها سماح الغامدي🌸. هل اسكن بالفندق مرة ثانية ؟ نعم

It’s a very nice hotel. Walking distance to gate 79 (10 minutes) which leads directly to the Kaaba. There’s two towers, 1 & 2, both have a great breakfast. There’s two restaurants in tower 2. There’s a cafe which can make birthday cake if you so wish. There’s a nice prayer room inside the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

رائع والأسعار متنوعة وفي المتناول. موقع الفندق مميز قريب من المسجد الحرام وويقع على طريق حي العزيزة العام كافة الخدمات قريبة . مطاعم مجمعات تجارية كافيهات كما هو معروف حي العزيزية من الأحياء المميزة في مكة الفندق بإذن الله أكرر الزيارة له ويستحق التجربة.
