The hotel location was very convenient! Just 200 meters away from the Masjid Nabawi. Very clean hotel. The pillow, bedsheet and bed were comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Really enjoyed my stay! Wifi connection & breakfast was good too. Overall I’m fully satisfied and definitely come back soon.

Good, clean and spacious suites with very well mannered staff. They have a cafeteria in the lobby where breakfast is served, not in the form of buffet but one can order a breakfast dish, with a drink and water (one for each). 5-10 minutes drive to Masjid-e-Nabawi by taxi, cost totally upto your negotiation skills. Al Rashed Mega Mall is just across the road but the road is so busy, please don’t even think of crossing it straight on foot. Either take a taxi (sounds weird) or walk down the lane till a crossing and then come back all the way up. During my stay of 3 nights, I couldn’t go there even once. On the lane behind, 10 mins walk away, you will be able to find all restaurants like tazaj, dominos, mcdonalds etc. Overall, a pleasant stay, 20-30 mins from Airport and Harmain Train Station.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Avantages : proximité avec la grande mosquée, il faut marcher une dizaine de minutes. Il y a un parking gratuit. Les chambres sont correctes. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et il y a du choix. Inconvénient : la personnel a la réception ne parlait pas anglais mais nous nous sommes tout de même compris. La cabine de douche ne fermait pas, mériterait un rafraichissement. Mais pour 2 nuits cet hôtel fait largement l'affaire. Nombreux petits commerces en bas de l'hôtel.

Stunning hotel – and the best location ever ! The hotel is bang opposite – Roz E Pak – Green Dome – and every prayer I was lucky and blessed to pay Salaams and walk straight into the hotel. What even made our stay memorable were the amazing Super stars @ the hotel. The lady who checked us in - in spite of being a packed house – ( The lobby literary was flooded with people ) she checked us in a flash. The Breakfast TENT – was unbelievable – what a view from there and the décor was simply outstanding – the breakfast menu was sumptuous and tasty Also the superstars were the housekeeping team on floor 4 – Liton and Rakib – they were thorough professional in their works !

الفندق ممتاز وقريب من الحرم على الساحة الغربية والسعر معقول جدا بس الحقيقة اللى لفتت نظرى ولابد ان اذكرها هى موظفي الاستقبال قمة الذوق والاخلاق والاحترافية لدرجة انه يتم الاتصال اكثر من مرةً للاطمئنان اذا كنت محتاج اي شيء اذكر منهم الاخت خلود ولمى وانتصار حتى الموظفات اللى لم اذكر اسماءهم يستحقوا الشكر والثناء اقامة رائعة وسوف تتكرر ان شاء الله شكرا لكم جميعا

We struggled to find a hotel in Medina but when i come across this hotel i took my chances and WOW i mean it was a gamble hardly any reviews but this hotel is so modern lookswise the room was so spacious Breakfast was delicious and most importantly the staff were so helpful & welcoming they have a free shuttle to the mosque. In my opinion this should be a 5 star hotel really enjoyed my stay :)

Honestly a beautiful hotel, the staff were all very respectful, kind and easy to talk to especially Masum Ahmed and Al Ameen Sarker who helped us continuously during our stay!! We had the breakfast buffet included and it exceeded our expectations everything was well served and there was various options. We stayed for 3 nights and the Elaf al tawqa hotel made our experience easier overall due to how close it was to the prophets mosaue Allhumarik, can’t wait to return!

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed at Saja Al Madinah during our stay in Medina. There seems to be a mixture of reviews here so please take my feedback as a pinch of salt. We had booked a room for 5 adults and the room was spacious and wasn't cramped. The hotel location is very good and is close walking distance to the prophet's mosque. We found the rooms to be clean and tidy, what i loved about the room were the curtains which completely block out the sunlight. You wont have the slightest clue what time it is if the curtains are drawn. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and didn't experience any issues. Check in was swift. The only negative feedback i have is that the hotel was slightly pricey..

MMuhammadProses daftar masuk yang paling teruk, kakitangan kasar dan tidak membantu. Bilik tidak siap pada masanya. Tempat letak kereta tidak percuma. Tempahan adalah untuk katil king tetapi untuk 3 katil single di setiap bilik. Meja penyambut tetamu adalah besar tetapi terdapat 2 atau 3 orang yang sangat lambat dan slot orang beratur untuk mendaftar masuk. Hotel ini tidak disyorkan sama sekali. Satu-satunya bahagian yang baik ialah lokasinya.

AAbrar2483One of the best hotels near Masjid Al Nabawi! The staff are incredible! From the moment I arrived, Hassan from concierge assisted me with my bags and the staff at the reception were very friendly and they not only allowed me to check-in early but also upgraded my room with a partial Haram View! All the staff spoke English perfectly. The rooms are nice and spacious with modern furniture and the amenities provided in the room are perfect from bathrobes to multiple kits! The room was relatively clean however I’ve notice multiple finger prints on the refrigerator door as well as the bathroom door which shows those 2 areas weren’t wiped after the previous guests had left. The shower was perfect with nice hot water and the bathroom was spacious enough.
The hotel has 2 towers and we didn’t know which tower to go to so we ended up going to tower 1 were the receptionist informed us that our booking is in tower 2. I had an elderly guest with me and moving towers like this was very inconvenient. The hotel should inform the guests about the tower number and parking instructions before arriving at the hotel.
The hotel is very close to the Haram with just 6-7 minutes walk to both the men’s and the women’s entrance (door 11 and 12). Upon returning to the hotel, the staff were promptly situated outside the elevator doors assisting guests with the elevators.
About the breakfast. It was fantastic! The options available were great and included selections of
cold appetizers, bakery items, main courses including french toast and pancakes. The breakfast staff were very friendly and efficient and they never said no, especially Riaz he served us coffee and hot chocolate. The items were being refilled quickly. The 2 ladies welcomed us for breakfast with a huge smile.
Suggestions to improve breakfast:
1) there was no live cooking counter for omelette. The omlette was being cooked in the kitchen and was being stocked in the hot plate. It would be great if the hotel could consider introducing live counter for omelette as it really would help us guests to make the perfect omelette for ourselves and eating it warm and fresh. Other hotels do have a live counter.
2) Though all the breakfast items were great, the French toast wasn’t good at all! It didn’t taste like a French toast. The sambosas were undercooked and very chewy so wasn’t able to eat them. Improvements on this will make the breakfast experience perfect!
One more thing to add is that the staff not once said “No”. They always accommodated our requests whatsoever. I asked the reception for a plastic chair for my elderly mother to sit and take a shower, thought they didn’t have it, they offered us to switch to an accessible room with no additional costs!
The hotel is not very busy and crowded as I didn’t see any groups here. I hope the hotel can maintain this very same standard or else it’ll be very easy to be like the other hotels who don’t care about guests.
All in all, I’ll definitely choose Al Manakha Rotana again on my next trip to Madinah and wishing this hotel success!

KKendana TamizThe hotel staff is great, I lost my key (card room) in Masjid Nabawi and they didnt even charge me with anything.
We can also put the luggage after check out in the safe place.
The building is older, but functional.
We dont have to wait for the lift because there are 6 lifts for the building alone.
I’m shocked that the shampoo and soap is from Brooklyn, which I’ve visited New York in May but no time to visit Apotheke 😩
Near gate of Masjid Nabawi from the hotel is 365.
You can choose this hotel instead of Pullman Zamzam if you have strict budget like us.
Because the location is not that far from gate 365.
This gate is near Rawdah.

SShahrozKhanThis is an ideal location as Masjid e Nabwi is just 3 mins away. There are many restaurants nearby and almost all of them serve good food. The rooms are pretty spacious but lighting is too dull. Also the phone in my room was not working which was later fixed by the hotel staff. The king size mattress was not comfortable, seems like it requires replacement. I also hope that they will replace their existing refrigerator with the new one as it was not working well or may be moving it out of cupboard will help. Overall, it was a pleasant stay as my main focus was to have easy access of Masjid e Nabwi.

سمح لي بالدخول قبل موعد الcheck in (حوالي ٩-١٠ ص) بسبب توفر غرفه (عدد الاسرة غير المحجوز لكن لم يكن لدي مانع).
Recommend. خاصة للشباب.

PPengguna TetamuI am profoundly disappointed with the nightmarish experience at Golden Tulip Al Ansar Hotel during our Umrah stay from December 13th to 18th, 2023. Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were assigned rooms already occupied by male guests, who were smoking, exposing my Mother, Wife, and Sister to an unsafe and terrifying situation. Replacement rooms provided were disgusting, with unclean conditions of the carpet, bedding and bathroom. It seems like the receptionist were just handing out room keycards without checking if the rooms had guests, which is an unbelievably unsafe practice. Despite lengthy complaints, the hotel only offered suitable rooms after much persistence. However, our peace was short-lived. Within 12 hours, Mr Amid, a vile aggressive staff member, insisted we vacate our rooms, falsely claiming we had booked for only one night. Despite my attempts to clarify and request a check under my name, he adamantly demanded our eviction, even threatening to involve the police. This heartless behavior caused my mother to cry, an unjust burden during a sacred journey. Regrettably, Al Hadi Travel/Polani Travel, our travel agency, failed to provide effective on-ground support in Saudi Arabia. Communication was limited to phone calls, accommodating UK time, and their inability to resolve the situation promptly added to our stress. I strongly discourage others from choosing Al Hadi Travel/Polani Travel for their insensitivity and incompetence, and will be posting a review soon. Only through the intervention of a compassionate outsider did Mr Amid reluctantly check under my name, revealing our valid reservation for the entire duration. No apology was extended, and the replacement rooms provided were unsatisfactory, featuring uncleanliness and a lack of basic room service. This appalling treatment, coupled with the unhygienic conditions, prompts me to label this as the worst hotel experience. I vehemently discourage others from choosing Golden Tulip Al Ansar Hotel and would rate it zero stars if possible. Mr Amid's callous behavior is inexcusable, and I hope he is held accountable for his actions by a higher power. Note: The attached photo of Mr Amid is provided.
