Cela fait plus de 10 ans que nous repassons par le Mai Siam Resort dans la région de Chiang Mai à chaque voyage en Asie. Jamais la moindre déception, bien au contraire. Eric et Pranee font tout pour rendre le séjour confortable, reposant et intéressant. Quant aux repas, petit-déjeuner inclus, ce sont des expériences inoubliables. Les chambres des bungalows en dur sont superbes, grandes, joliment décorées, la salle d'eau est top. La wifi est parfaite. Le jardin exotique très vaste est magnifique. Location de vélos et de motos possible. Que du bonheur.

”Our Stay at Nelamit”
”We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at Nelamit. The room with its stunning view was a highlight, and the warm temperature provided by the heater was much appreciated. The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay.
While we thoroughly enjoyed our time, we did notice some minor areas for improvement. The dome could benefit from a deeper clean to address some minor fungal growth. Additionally, we believe the room rate should include complimentary soap for the bathtub, which would enhance the overall guest experience.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the owner for maintaining such a lovely property and for the dedication of their staff, particularly during both peak and off-season periods. We hope these suggestions will be considered for future guests.”

PPengguna TetamuThe place is authentic, like living with the family in wooden house/room. Family feel and yet, left alone to enjoy the night and water flowing. The temperature was 24 Degrees Celsius at night, 29 in the day, during summer (when it's 35 Degrees at chiang mai). The breakfast is cooked besides kitchen where you eat, porridge, sausage, eggs, bread, jam, nutella, fruits. Though many flies are sharing meals, but we did not get any health problem. Tips/note : 1) The car parking area is limited, try to avoid saturday and be ready to move your car around to let others out. 2) Walking up from the market area is a hard walk up slope, not for those with leg issue. 3) Try to book the unit with balcony, the top floor room very small for 2 person max, share table with next door guest, and walking around makes loud noise for those below, so must walk quietly. 4) The room with balcony is huge, can sleep 4 with 2 toilet, 2 queen bed.

HHXIStaying at the duplex here is super chill.
The house is clean, a lot of space and bathroom is very convenient since they do wet and dry bathroom in the duplex.
Parking is free at the parking they provided.
The stream in front of the house is full of flow energy which that flowing sound makes my mind stay so calm.
Worth the money and worth the driving.

PPengguna Tetamu13/01/2025 เป็นวันที่อากาศหนาวเย็นมากกก 11-12องศา ในตอนมืดและเช้ามืด บรรยากาศบ้านของเราเป็นรถบ้านดีมากๆ ส่วนตัว เตียงภายในรถบ้านนอน 3คนพ่อแม่ลูก(2ขวบ) นอนได้สบายๆ แต่ฮีทเตอร์ที่เตียงนอนถ้าเปิดทิ้งไว้นอนทับ แอบร้อนมากกกกอยู่ ต้องตื่นมาปิด อากาศเย็นมากได้แช่อ่างน้ำนอกบ้านร้อนๆเหมือนออนเซ็นท่ามกลางหุบเขาอันหนาวเหน็บ555 โรแมนติกมาก มีน้ำตกจริงในพื้นที่ของบ้าน เสียงน้ำตกทำให้ฟีลกู้ดมาก สงบ ส่วนตัว ปิ้งย่างอาหารก็รสชาติดีมากค่ะ พนว. ทุกคนน่ารักบริการประทับใจสุดๆ จะกลับมาอีกแน่นอน พร้อมเพื่อนๆ ชอบมากค่ะ
เราได้ไปดที่ยวหมู่บ้านอม่กำปองสองเวลา มาถึงเช็คอินออกไปเที่ยวช่วง 4-6โมงเย็นก็อีกแบบ ตื่นเช้ามาไปช่วง 7-10โมงก็ได้อีกบรรยากาศ ดีมากๆเลยใกล้มากค่ะ

PPengguna TetamuDon’t get me wrong. This is a wonderfully, idyllic place which no photos can do justice. It is right beside a lovely stream and you’ll hear its wonderful cascading sounds. The space itself is generously sized with a large dinning room and big bedroom, all of which is well appointed with great views. What’s more you can your dinner delivered by ordering through the caretaker/cleaner. But this is also where the problem is. The owner relies on the caretaker/cleaner to run it and it’s done imperfectly. Checking in was confusing for when we arrived she had just finished cleaning and I thought she was the cleaner and someone else would formally check us in, so we waited around, but that never happened. The apartment was not mopped properly as there were obvious marks left by unclean feet beside the balcony. I cleaned it up with moist toilet paper as I wasn’t in a complaining mood. The rest of the apartment seemed clean enough though. Next there were no towels, coffee, mugs nor drinking water. So I contacted the property on the Line app (very necessary for communications in Thailand) and got a quick response. The caretaker/cleaner brought us 1 bath towel and 3 hand towels. I suppose they had run out of bath towels! She brought 2 bottles of mineral water and 2 glasses, but no coffee. I later noticed that there wasn’t a bar of soap for the hand washing basin. Luckily I had brought my own, We took the opportunity to order dinner through her and in arrived soon after 5pm as I had requested. It was delicious. We checked out just before 10am the next day. But as there was no check-in procedure, nor we were told of a check-out procedure, we simply closed all the windows and shut the door behind us. Would I return again? I think I would ... because this setting right by the stream is so captivating that I would forgive all the imperfections. But I’d bring my own coffee and maybe towels too!

EElvaThe location of the hotel is a bit far inside the hills, but the view from the room is remarkable and worthy. We arrived there at 21:00 and their kitchen was almost closed, but they kindly allow us to order and had a dinner. The dishes were so yummy!!! There was a huge spider inside our room when we got into it. I asked the staff to help us through WhatsApp. He helped us to drive it away rapidly. That’s so good! The room was quite clean but the details were not good enough. The jacuzzi was so fun to use😆 Watching the stunning view with the blublublu sound was extremely chill~~~ They gave me a pack of popcorn as a thank you gift with many lines of words on the package. That was so warm and I can feel their full-hearted intention. Thank you!

TTripaddictWith the help of the host from this glamping site, we rented a sedan from them to drive us from Chiang Mai airport to this location. It was very remote, and we are happy the host has such service. We are fully aware of the location, it is also the reason we came here to rest after 7 days of Bangkok trip.
We were also very surprised the cleanliness of the site, there is not mosquitos or any other small insects around the camp site, which we were well prepared for that but we are very happy with the environment without worrying this. They must have done a lot of control to come to this state. Thank you!
Service is very good, they have golf car to drive us to the restaurant where we can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Dinner they will offer pizza or mookata, guess everyone will order this.
We stayed at the Kissing star for 2 nights, first night we bought street food from MaeKampong for our dinner, second night we had Mookata, frankly speaking their food is not expensive too, we can hardly finish their whole set for 2 persons.
As for their facilities, I think the pictures are self explained. they have marshall soundbar, enabled Netflix, youtube etc, so that one can really rest in the room, listening to the nature and watching tv.
Their host can be communicated via whatsapp too, so just tell them anything you need, they will try to help. I love their hospitality even in such remote area but still trying to offer us the best!!!

PPengguna TetamuIf you're seeking a quiet and simple stay in nature, this one's for you. Location is off the beaten track so there's not much to do in the area in terms of activities. This place is suitable for those who primarily plan on staying in and relaxing, definitely not for parties or large groups. The accommodation is pretty new with a quaint feel. The grounds are nice and tidy but there are few spots to hang about as the property is on the side of a hill. They have some birds that you can check out and feed. Reception is only open during the day so if you arrive in the evening you'll only meet grounds workers who didn't say much or provide any information. We stayed in one of the villas which all have a bathtub on the balcony. The room was functional and fairly clean (there were some insects, as one might expect). There's a large fridge so you can stock up to your heart's content. The view was fine, lush greenery and sunrise, but nothing spectacular. The balconies have a mesh curtain off one side which would've been much better if it'd been solid since mesh doesn't really provide any privacy and the villas are quite close to one another. Breakfast is delivered to the room at about 8-ish. You can ask to change some items if you have dietary restrictions. The restaurant opens in the evening and only serves Moo Kra Ta, and there's a bar which was closed during our stay.
