Отель находится в 10-15 минутах от моря. Сначала нас поселили в апартаменты, окнами на дорогу, но там было очень шумно и жарко, даже несмотря на кондиционер. Хозяин отеля нас переселил в соседний номер с окнами в сторону моря, где было не так шумно и не душно. Убираются в номерах по запросу, мусор не выносят. В четверг и в воскресенье прямо у входа на территорию отеля раскидывается рынок. Остановка долмушей в Бурсу и в историческую часть Муданьи - напротив отеля. Рядом множество супермаркетов, кафе и магазинов.

Были в январе 2025. Современный отель, хорошее обслуживание, есть парковка

I had originally written a review after my stay but had wanted to edit it after gaining new information. The best thing about this hotel is something that has nothing to do with the hotel itself — the views. From the start we had issues in terms of space. There was no dresser in our room for 3 people and very limited closet space. Actually, it was meant for 1-2 people but they added a small bed. The extra bed was not very comfortable. We were aware of the condition of the room before getting it, however, for the price, I would say that it was not a good deal. The worst thing was the breakfast. Not only was it dry, but we saw mold on some items, causing us to cancel. It was obvious that items are being reused several times. We also watched several other customers drop tongs and simply put them back without notifying staff and picking food with their hands, but this is not uncommon for a buffet. We were able to cancel our breakfast eventually, however, we were initially denied this request. The cleaning was executed by very kind people, however, they would remove the electricity for the whole room when we are gone. This is problematic for people who utilize the fridge, potentially causing the items to spoil. They complied very well after asking if they could keep the electricity on, however I think this shouldn’t be a standard cleaning procedure for every room. This didn’t cause much of an issue regardless, however I was surprised when I realized they turned the power off with a fringe in the room. When we would request things to our room, we would sometimes never get it at all. Sometimes calling the front desk several times and just giving up in the end. I was also notified a few days after our stay that they had discussed my review with someone who was not a customer. I believe this to be very unprofessional as it was a personal experience of mine. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. It is not run optimally, and not to mention the loud noise you hear in your room from parties. I’m not so sure the views are worth the pricing, and I would definitely say the breakfast is not worth it if you are staying multiple days.

For a total cost of $111.82 for two nights bed & breakfast, we considered this a very good value. Our room was clean, with effective and quiet a/c (in August). The furniture was slightly beat-up in places, but it appeared to be good quality. The bed was comfortable, and reception quickly provided an extra pillow. Four hangers were adequate for our short stay, but more would have been needed if we had stayed longer. The bathroom was pretty nice, and the shower worked well. The tiling in the bathroom was first rate. There is a pool table with balls and cues on the ground floor. Breakfast was above average, and the sitting area (both inside and outside seaside was also better than most. The property includes a more upscale, seaside hotel, multiple themed restaurants, a nice pool and a pier with dinner tables. The location couldn't have been better. Our housekeeping was very late - we had to ask for room cleaning after 17:00. There was a big wedding at the hotel, which probably contributes.

Bursa iş seyahati noktasında lokasyon olarak uğrayacağımız işletmeye yakın olması nedeniyle burayı tercih ettik. Yasak saatine yakın zamanda girdiğimiz için yemek yeme şansımız olmamıştı. Telde bilgi almak için aradığımızda ”Allah ne verdiyse beraber yeriz” yanıtını alıp otele girdiğimizde yemeğin hazırlanıyor oluşunu görmek. (Resmi giriş yapmamışken) Doğru bir tercih olduğuna kanaat getirdi. Otelin butik bir yapısı var. Oda yapıları kişi sayısına göre değişmekte. Temizlik noktasında sıkıntı yaşamadık. Yatakta gayet konforluydu (en azından benim kaldığım yatak diyebilirim) Biraz geç bir değerlendirme oldu ancak yiğidi vur hakkını yeme misali buradan teşekkür etmek istedim.

Temiz bir işletme ailece 2 gün tatil amaçlı konaklama yaptik konum olarak merkezi ve sahile çok yakın. Otele girişte çok güzel karsilandik odamız temizlenmiş ve hazır olduğu için hiç bekletmediler hemen yerleştik sabah kahvaltısı dolu doluydu patates kızartması,melemen,haşlanmış yumurta peynir ve zeytin çeşitleri vardı simit ve börekte mevcuttu salata domates ile yesiliklerede yer verilmiştir reçel ve bal pekmez ile tahinde mevcut idi ozelliklede acukasina bayıldık. Kısacası bir kahvaltıda olması gerekenden fazlası vardı zengin bir menüydu. Otel restorasyonu harika konak hissiyatı var ahsap olması farklı bir ambiyans yaratmış biz memnun kaldık ve tavsiye ederiz. Arac park konusundada otel görevlileri yardımcı oluyor .Yatakları çok rahat ve geniş rahatlıkla düşünmeden tercih edebilirsiniz.
