Cemerlang
A small and intimate hotel. The hotel is clean, warm (a bit too much), everything is practically new (built in 2021). Staff very nice and helpful. You can count on help and information in any matter. Reception, waiters, bus driver, cleaners, ski rental manager, spa - all professional and friendly. Very good and varied food (besides Turkish cuisine grill, omelettes, pizza, sushi, etc.). Watch out for delicious cakes - there are a lot of them and you can't resist trying at least a few :) Well done to all employees and management. Minus - there are tourists from Russia (fortunately, not too many). Internet in some rooms is weak (no problem at the lobby). The nearest ski lift can be reached on foot through a tunnel under the street or by mini-bus, which is always ready. You can also make an appointment for the exact time of return with a friendly driver.

We had a rechargeable ski holiday in Erciyes resort staying at Zumrut Palace Hotel for a week, from Jan 01 till Jan 07 2023. The hotel is warm, clean, and very close to the cabin - just across the road. The staff is very hospitable and ready to help. They manage a ski and snowboard rental and shop, too. So, you can get fully equipped for the slopes. The food ( we got half board - breakfast and dinner) is amazing - all traditional turkish dishes. We deffinitely recommenr the hotel and the Erciyes resort in Turkey. And generally we recommend Turkey for holiday and travel all seasons.

Since its a very new hotel/resort, its very quiet and a nice place to stay and spend time with family members
The children enjoyed playing with the snow and we actually came back 2 nights after we left to spend our last nights in Turkey with the resort
We will recommend this resort to the our families & friends

Наше знакомство с Lavanda Luxury spa & beauty началось с отеля Эржиес Хил, где мы познакомились с менеджером СПА - Танером. Танер - профессионал, супер ответственный человек, позаботился о нашем комфорте. Также, организовал сервис - за нами всегда приезжала машина, забирала с горки, из отеля и привозила обратно. Седат - парень на рецепции, говорит по-русски/англ, приветливый, всегда готов помочь. Девушки балийки, Адель, Луни, Улан, делают хороший массаж. После горки, мягкая сауна и массаж - то что нужно. Благодарим за релакс! Our first experience with Lavanda Luxury spa & beauty was at Erciyes Hill Hotel. The spa manager Taner arranged everything for us, including a shuttle -we were picked up from our hotel and were drove back. He is a super responsible and professional person. Thanks to him, we didn’t worry about anything. The receptionist, Sedat, speaks Russian/English, he’s friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the massage by Adel, Luni, Ulan. After skiing, a sauna and a relaxing massage is right what you need!
