My husband and I visited Cappadocia as part of our honeymoon travels. The staff were all very friendly. Burak and Serendiz were helpful with everything from the time we arrived. They ensured we were comfortable and all our needs were met - they provided outstanding customer service! Upon our arrival we were welcomed with breakfast and were given a room to freshen up in whilst the room we booked was being prepared since we had arrived earlier than expected, this was a really nice gesture that we very much appreciated. Not only were Receptions extremely kind, they treated us as though we were their good friends which made our stay even better! I highly recommend Love Bells Cappadocia to all those who want to experience staying in a cave - the rooms are amazing! We had the honour of staying in two different rooms, one was the Afrodit room which has a pool in it. Unfortunately we didn't take any pictures in there we only have videos. However we also stayed in the Helen Room and you can see some pictures of the room attached. The detail of the carvings in the cave are fascinating! We are very happy with the service we received including the amazing breakfast which we really enjoyed during our stay. Thank you to all the staff and a special thanks to Burak and Serendiz. Additionally, the location of the hotel is good as it is around a 5-10 minute drive away from Göreme centre. We will definitely be recommending Love Bells to our friends and family.

Most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in and so reasonably priced. It’s only a 7 minute drive from the main area where all the shopping is. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Capadocia.

SSonia RaphaelWe booked 2 nights at the Hira Cave Hotel. Omar and Mehdi took care of all our requests during our stay! The property is beautiful, rooms are well maintained and the location is at the perfect vantage point to experience beautiful views (from their rooftop).
📱 They reached out to us before checking in to give us information about the hot air balloon booking, various other tours and helped us arrange an airport shuttle - this was all via whatsapp.
They even helped us organise a taxi late at night to go into town / as well as back to the hotel.
🛜 WiFi is good here! There were also no issues with connectivity with 4G/5G ✅
🚪 Initially we had booked the ‘Arch Room’(which has windows), but upon arrival in the evening, we were given the Deluxe Cave room (smaller & no windows). I believe it was an honest mistake, and once we pointed it out, Mehdi took us to see the other available rooms and we ended up choosing the Queen Room w/Jacuzzi. I really appreciate that he did this, and the problem was solved on the spot!
🛁 The Queen room is beautiful and spacious, and the bathroom is massive! It has a Jacuzzi that fits 2 people!
Water pressure in the shower is great, and basic amenities were provided in the bathroom.
🌬️ There is aircon in the room, however it wasn’t as cooling as we had hoped. There was also a glitch where it kept switching off after about 30 min and then showed us an error. So we had to keep turning it back on - which was a bit inconvenient 🤷🏻♀️.
The issue was brought up during checkout, and they said they will be looking into it. 👍🏼
🍽️ They have a breakfast terrace that is covered yet has a STUNNING panoramic view of the whole town of Göreme. They had a delicious spread of food which was freshly made, clean & healthy! They were also able to make scrambled eggs on request.
Overall, our experience here was great. We felt taken care of, and it’s safe to say we made a good choice staying here!

Although this place is wonderful, the best thing there are hosts - each employee was so nice to us, and helpful, and worked as they own the place. We felt that they really care about us, our trip and staying there. Big advantage is that the owner and manager of the hotel is working there and takes care about everything. He also previously was a tourism guide and helped us with information about places where to go. The place is new and if someone is still able to get a better pricing this season, than it is a nobrainer to choose this place instead of other hotels in Goreme - they will make sure that You will enjoy Your staying in Goreme, Cappadocia. We got a very special treatment: 1) nice welcoming breakfast at 6am in the morning before our booking was even started at 12pm *also they saved some food for us when we slept in, which was very nice 2) free upgraded room to a royal suite although there was a full booking that night 3) very special discounted price because the place is new and money is not their priority now 4) option to leave our baggages for 2 days there 5) information and a plan for a day about tourism places where to go 6) nice and very friendly attitude We are very thankful to Azad and other people about the experience and hosting they provided, help and just being such nice human beings. :))

PPengguna TetamuThis place is a gem and the people are the stars! Both Aisha and Fatih made us feel welcomed like family. They always greet us with smile. The welcome drinks and sweets were very much appreciated after a long journey. The room is spacious, clean and well decorated. The bathroom is also spacious with good hot shower. There are generous free drinks and snack and some to purchase provided in the room. Bed linens are fresh and keep you warm in cold nights. Breakfast is a feast both to the eyes and the appetite. The breakfast room faces the valley over Goreme Town. The location is superb, within 5 minutes to the Uchisar Castle and also offers many interesting alley ways to get more of the view of the valley and access to some abandoned caves that are definitely photo worthy. There are plenty eateries nearby and also souvenir shops and travel agents. I highly recommend My Cave La Maison du Reve to other travellers.

The staff at the hotel were all very welcoming and friendly always happy to help from reception to the restaurant to the room service staff. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, with a cave but modern outlook. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh bedding, tea coffee water provided daily etc. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very convenient location walking distance to the local shopping centre of Goreme. Breakfast was a good selective choice the staff were always welcoming and very friendly. A big thank you to Bahar from the restaurant who was always so friendly welcoming and helped me and my family out so much she couldn't do enough. The hotel has an amazing roof top terrace perfect location to see sunrise and sunset and watch the hot air balloons in the sky. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be revisiting. Thank you to all the team for a lovely experience.

Cave rooms are nicely decorated, dim lighting, ambience and overall design makes you feel like you are really in a cave. Jacuzzi in the room is good but the water takes some time to warm up.
Because this is a real cave hotel (as the worker there explained), there are bits keep coming off from the ceiling in our washroom (not a big disturbance though, but we have to cover our cups when not in use) and we were told that it's normal for a real cave hotel.
Breakfast-wise, food is fine, not much variations in different days but good enough to start a day.. Coffee is only for someone who just need caffeine.
The terrace is nice, staff set up in every morning for the guest. Good thing is, it is not as crowded as other popular hotels.
Overall, staff are very friendly except one guy (who appears to be a senior one), doesn't seem to be welcoming and hospitable. He always talk to us in a blunt tone when we have queries on the stay or the room condition. He definitely ruined our overall experience here! Sigh.

PPengguna TetamuSuch a welcoming hotel in the heart of Goreme. Amazing breakfast, helpful staff (Sayeed on front desk helped us arrange everything we wanted, a lot cheaper than Expedia). We celebrated our anniversary here and we’re gifted a chocolate cake at breakfast. The rooms are stone themed and filled with little ornate bits of furniture and decoration in theme with the Cappadocia valley. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy walking to town. It is beautifully decorated and quaint. The staff is kind, friendly, and accommodating. They offer a complimentary breakfast that is diverse and tasty. We ate at the insight restaurant, Stonella, for dinner and I highly recommend the chef. The only downside was a bad smell in the bathroom.

FFinn PhuaBreakfast had good variety, though hot food selection could be improved. Day2 served the exact same items as day1, so there is no day to day variety. Hot water wasn't coming out very well from the shower and the jacuzzi tub tap. On our checkout day, there was no hot water at all (did not bother asking reception as it was 1 hour to checkout). Water pressure was not strong enough for easy showering. On evening of day1 the jacuzzi jets were not working and the reception guy did not know how to fix it (day2 someone came to our room to flipped a switch to make it work). TV is only in living room, cannot view from the bed in a cave suite. I doubt I will return here if I come back to this area.

We got a deluxe and gigantic room with a mini fridge, free breakfast with a view. Mini split AC and heat in the rooms Nice people. English Spoken. Highly recommended!
