酒店環境還是不錯的，就是位置離小鎮有點距離，所以比較適合自駕或者喜歡安靜的。
帶了一個小陽台，有小花園。挺好的。
早餐差了點，不夠豐富。

Most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in and so reasonably priced. It’s only a 7 minute drive from the main area where all the shopping is. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Capadocia.

We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel’s location is convenient for traveling, shopping and restaurants, the breakfast was amazing, great quality food and service. We liked the swimming pool , gym and sauna too. The room was comfortable and clean. We’ve got some help from the reception when needed a taxi to go to the museum and also we had late check out at 2 pm, it was very nice. Highly recommend this hotel!

Odada ki mobilyaları dökülüyor oda havasız çünkü cam yok var ama kuş yuvası kadar ve tavanda açma şansınız yok.....odaya kül tablası konmuş ve bende resepsiyonu arayıp sigara içiliyor sanırım odada dedim çocukta evet ama mecbur kalmazsanız içmeyin dedi 😆 bunca yıllık turizmciyim gerçekten bu kadar amatör ve döküntü bir otel görmedim. Çok otelde kaldım Kapadokya da ama en kötüsü burası idi maalesef 😔 normalde sgl oda almıştım ama akşam nişanlım geleceğini söyledi ve resepsiyona bilgi verdim fiyat farkı olacağını tabi ki biliyorum:)) sabaha karşı nişanlım balona binmeye gitti sabah çıkış yaparken extra kişi farkını odeyeyim dedim adamlar dbl oda farkı almak yerine benden artı bir sgl oda parası daha aldılar yani supplementten de haberleri yok neyse ödedim çıktım bir daha asla kalmam ve tavsiye etmiyorum asla 🤬 paranıza yazık.Temizlik konusunda da sınıfta kaldı çünkü banyoda ki kalorifer peteği ve tuvalet kağıtlığı toz içinde idi 😐 yorumları kesinlikle okuyun ben okumadım ve pişman oldum burayı bulduğuma daha iyi oteller var bölgede inanın. Our stay at the Babili hotel was absolutely delightful. From the immaculate cleanliness to the warm hospitality that made us feel like family. combined with the exceptional food, every aspect exceeded our expectations, making it a truly unforgettable experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering helpful tips and assistance whenever needed. They helped us with all our inquiries about booking tours and hot air balloon rides and ensured even at 3 am we are taken care off. Our hosts exemplified genuine care and attentiveness, creating a welcoming a**osphere that truly made our stay exceptional. Should we come back to Cappadocia, this will definitely be our choice.

PPengguna TetamuThis is an amazing, stylish place with the greatest rooftop view to the village - we recommend it 100%. Although this place is wonderful, the best thing there are hosts - each employee was so nice to us, and helpful, and worked as they own the place. We felt that they really care about us, our trip and staying there. Big advantage is that the owner and manager of the hotel is working there and takes care about everything. He also previously was a tourism guide and helped us with information about places where to go. The place is new and if someone is still able to get a better pricing this season, than it is a nobrainer to choose this place instead of other hotels in Goreme - they will make sure that You will enjoy Your staying in Goreme, Cappadocia. We got a very special treatment: 1) nice welcoming breakfast at 6am in the morning before our booking was even started at 12pm *also they saved some food for us when we slept in, which was very nice 2) free upgraded room to a royal suite although there was a full booking that night 3) very special discounted price because the place is new and money is not their priority now 4) option to leave our baggages for 2 days there 5) information and a plan for a day about tourism places where to go 6) nice and very friendly attitude We are very thankful to Azad and other people about the experience and hosting they provided, help and just being such nice human beings. :))

Staff are very helpful and friendly, close to an amazing street of bars and restaurants. Will definitely be making this my second home. Lovely stay in Goreme, Cappadocia. Will come back in summer.

PPengguna TetamuThis is my first time to travel in Cappadocia and so lucky to live in this cave hotel. The receptionist was very proactive and being nice to help us. He helped taking all the luggage going up and down the staircase. He also helped us to call to the travel agency and told us don’t worry when we were waiting so long tome at the reception for our tour guide. Also, the breakfast in here was delicious and we were being well-served. I was surprised that they offered a room service (fruit) for free on the rainy day. It is so warm to live in here for these days. Nevertheless, the scenery in here is spectacular and so relaxing.

JJuanéThe welcoming was very good. The staff was friendly and they even helped with the bags because the room was on the bottom and there are a lot of stairs to get to the top…
I struggled a bit to get my laundry that was handed in. They were supposed to return it at 5pm the latest, and by 8pm I had to go ask in person by walking all the way to the top, after numerous calls to reception.
The guy working in reception when handing in the keys and getting ready for the airport was not friendly. (Also the same guy who said to wait the whole time for the laundry). It’s as if everything was too much trouble for him.
He was also supposed to give breakfast to us leaving early morning for the airport, but he never did - although it was arranged and paid for in the reservation deal.
Overall a good stay as the room was clean, private, big and very beautiful. Unfortunately it was too hot at night and I had to sleep with the windows and door open because the water heater could not switch off, even though I asked the, (not friendly) receptionist to assist. He only said turn the knob to the left but it didn’t do anything.
I would recommend the hotel 100%, just the receptionist taking over from the welcoming receptionists would make me think twice before staying there again.

Friendly staff, there would two person. The main person will be taken care at day time. One the day first day check in hotel, he will give you brief about cappadocia with the map explain about green,red, blue tour.
You dont need to book anything via online. Booking with hotel, its cheaper and safer as he will be giving you their recommended tour guide company will fetch you from hotel directly (payment can be done in cash or credit card).
Sharing one of my experience which i was asking about renting car to drive around in goreme. He personally advise not to rent car as anything happens more headaches better take the taxi go around which taxi stand 3 mins walking distance.
Overall.
Any activity you would like to do, can book through the hotel. They will arrange it for it. 100% reliable.!!

Ottima sistemazione, abbiamo prenotato la camera deluxe ed era enorme con diverse finestre. Bagno con vasca e doccia. Colazione a buffet con dolce (poco) e salato (tanto). Diverse terrazze per ammirare il paesaggio e per una sosta relax. Alla mattina si possono ammirare le mongolfiere. Posizione strategica: vista strepitosa, zona silenziosa, leggermente più in alto rispetto al centro del paese che comunque è raggiungibile in pochissimi minuti a piedi. Possibilità di prenotare escursioni, anche con guida in italiano, peccato che non avevano capito e ci siamo trovati alla mattina all’appuntamento ma mancava la guida. Quindi chiedete bene conferma! Parcheggio auto: ci sono 5/6 posti auto davanti all’hotel ma preparatevi al parcheggio selvaggio e a passaggi millimetrici tra auto e muri. Wi-Fi disponibile nel cortile Quando prenotate chiedete se le camere hanno le finestre perché quelle ‘cave’ sono veramente ‘cave’ Per noi è stata un’ottima esperienza.

From the moment we landed, the hotel provided a free ride from the airport to the hotel, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. The staff went above and beyond, with a special shout-out to a wonderfully helpful team member who assisted me with my heavy luggage, proving that strength comes in all forms.
What truly impressed me was the staff's local knowledge. Despite being a petite individual, one staff member knew the area like the back of her hand. She not only recommended fantastic nearby markets and restaurants but also guided us to a hidden gem for a delightful breakfast experience.
Late check-in wasn't an issue at all. The staff graciously helped us order food during the night, ensuring we didn't go to bed hungry. The hotel's strategic location near the airport was incredibly convenient for our transit stay. The next morning, they provided a reasonably priced shuttle service to ensure we caught our flight on time, completing the seamless experience.
I also have to mention the delightful night staff member who was not only cute but also warm and friendly. Her willingness to share local insights added a personal touch to our stay.
In summary, Sultan Cave Suites is a gem for transit flight stays. I'm grateful for the exceptional service and will undoubtedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

Had a wonderful experience at Carus. The location is excellent, the views are fantastic, and the staff is attentive and welcoming. The hotel is beautifully appointed with bohemian chic style decor with notable tributes to Turkish history and culture. The cave pool is a nice treat. Our room (#40) was spacious and accommodated 3 adults. Breakfast was plentiful and offered something for everyone’s palette. One of the highlights of breakfast was having sweet Fatma take care of us. She is the epitome of excellence in service and hospitality. She always greeted us with a warm smile and took exceptional care of our breakfast requests. Fatma made our time at breakfast extra special. She truly possesses top level management skills and takes the restaurant experience to another level!

PPengguna TetamuThe best hostel I have ever stayed in! And I have stayed in many. The hostel is small and has a cozy family feel. The team are super friendly and welcome you into their family along with the dogs Hector and Critan! Breakfast is included and includes multiple courses or home cooked hot and cold dishes with a fresh menu every day. This is accompanied by endless complimentary tea, coffee and water from 8am -midnight. You are regularly greeted with snacks of fruit or home cooked sweets if you take some time to enjoy the rooftop terrace and spectacular views over Goreme. It is excellently located just off the main streets of Goreme and walking distance from the local bus station. From hot air balloon flying to multiple languages spoken there is nothing the manager can’t help you with and nothing is too much hassle. You stay in a large cave where you are asked to remain silent and respectful. It is cool, peaceful and the beds are comfy and the room super clean. The bathroom facilities are good although there are only 2 to share so at busy times you may have to wait. Overall this is a fantastic hostel and I could have happily spent my entire holiday there. Kamelye is an absolute must when visiting Cappadocia! Private rooms are available.

В номере все есть, холодильник, кофе,чай, чайник скипятить воду. 1,5 литровая бутылка воды. Отличная постель. Все очень понравилось. Спасибо за гостеприимство. Советую всем Отель.
