Sangat Baik
The Morgan State House is my favorite place to stay in Albany. It's beautiful and comfortable, well located within walking distance of restaurants and the state capitol, and serves a lovely breakfast. I want to give them a particular shout-out as I forgot my cell phone in my room last week, and did not realize it until I was on the train. They carefully packaged it and mailed it by overnight service. I was impressed by their responsiveness and deeply grateful for the rapid resolution of my careless oversight.

PPengguna TetamuFrom when I check in, I already knew my stay was gonna be lovely, great customer service, all needs was meant, my kids enjoy the basketball court , the suite was nice , a lil odor Bessie if the disposable, and hopefully next time , we can use the fire pit , over all was great 10/10 especially for price.

PPengguna TetamuThe room was clean and the staff was friendly. The location is kind of in the middle of nowhere, but it’s nice and quiet. The AC made an annoying noise but I just unplugged it because it wasn’t hot that night.

This hotel was fine for the great price I paid. It's close to UAlbany and that's why I was in the area. The outside was clean, lobby was spacious. Plastic shields between the customer and front desk employee is off-putting. The breakfast area was way, way too small tonaccommodate the amount of guests who would be wating at any given time. Breakfast hours were long, which was great (6-10 am). Waffles, toast, yogurt, muffins and some fresh fruit were the offerings. It was a nice assortment, but if staying longer than 2 nights yous be bored with those offering. The room was a good size for 2 double beds. We had plenty of aoace to put our bags. The bathroom had a nice vanity for laying our toiletries. Rooms seems to have been recently updated. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable which made a great night's sleep. My biggest compliant is the awful smell of the rooms. I don't know of it's a mold smell from the AC unit or what, but it was so bad on the second night after returning from a long day on Albany's campus that I had to request a disinfectant. It helped in the moment, but when i got home inrelized that all of my clothes, even the ones I hadn't worn had the terrible smell. Our room was serviced, which was a surprise. I actually would have preferred that it wasnt, but I didn't have a Do Not Disturb sign. There is a poll and small gym on-site. We didn't use either, but those are very nice amenities for longer stay customers. Check out is at 11 am promptly. We were still packing up at 11:15 when we received a knock on the door reminding us of the check out time. That was perfectly fine, as we should have been out on time. Overall, it was a good value for the price. I'd stay again, but woukd hope the smell is under control.

PPengguna TetamuSurprised by some of the inconsistent reviews as I had a flawless stay. Was in town for the NCAA tournament. Room was ready when I arrived at 8:30 and staff was more than pleasant throughout the stay Solid breakfast buffet you could use your Diamond credit for. Room was clean and more than adequate with good TV and with great location. Would definitely seek this place out again.

PPengguna TetamuIt's very clean and is one of the cheapest place to stay. I am homeless and I have to use my disability check to pay for my room. I truly appreciate the service and kindness, I have received since I have been staying there for over a few months

We are from the UK on a road trip . Booked this hotel on the last minute . It was very reasonable , we didn’t expect much . Well we were pleasantly surprised . Lovely staff ,we got upgraded to a spa room , amazing big room with all amenities we needed . Clean and comfortable. Free breakfast as well . Definitely would stay here again .
