FFrazierSaya menempah bilik untuk Mertua saya pada hujung minggu yang datang dari luar bandar dan membayarnya terlebih dahulu. Mendapat tahu Keluarga Mertua saya tidak dapat hadir pada hari Sabtu dan berkata mereka akan datang Ahad. Jadi saya menghubungi hotel dan bercakap dengan Jill sebagai kerani meja dan dia sangat baik dan suka menolong. Dipendekkan cerita, saya dapat bertukar-tukar hari tanpa kehilangan bilik yang saya bayar dan keluarga mertua saya menyukai bilik dan perkhidmatannya dan saya pasti akan menempah bilik mereka di hotel ini lagi.🥰🥰😉👍🏼😃☺️

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel appeared to be in need of upkeep both in and outside. The outside landscaping needed ****ing. Also, we noticed that the flag pole did not display any flags. Normally a state flag and the US flag should be on a flag pole. Especially on Independence Day!
The glass in the window of our room (230) has a crack in it. The handle of the dresser drawer was off. There was mold in the bathroom around the floor base boards and tiles. I am having allergy problems since staying in that room!
On the up side, the desk clerk and food attendant were pleasant.

AAllie WWe had a wonderful experience at this hotel full of helpful staff and really make you feel at home. To name a few that went over and beyond for us are Jared, Takia and Kierra. We are most thankful to the General Manager Mustafa always in a great attitude ready to make someone’s day better. We thankyou for that and your kindness. Mrs. Mitzy is the sweetest lady that makes your delicious continental breakfast. She makes sure you leave full and satisfied. Her kindness and smile is so bright you just can’t help but smile in her presence. We will miss you very much! These are just a few people who made our stay amazing and there are so many more thank you for all you do to all the staff. The rooms and the whole facility is very clean and spacious. We enjoyed a hot tub night and it was very relaxing. This hotel has a lot going for them and is also in a great location. A perfect place to wind down and get a good nights rest. Absolutely recommend !! ☺️

PPengguna TetamuBathrooms were nice. Towels big & fluffy. Shower was WONDERFUL! Crack in tile at the rear of shower but it did not effect the shower itself. Not super soft water, which was great. Some places have water so very soft that a person never feels clean.
Bed was comfortable with lots of varied pillows; good choices. Television monitor big and responsive. All the lights worked and were good to read by.
Everything was covered in dust from construction. Breakfast lady did her best but not enough seats and dust hovered in the air. When we first arrived, we did not know how to get to the front desk to check in. (WHEN will you be finished remodeling?!)
Lady with green/blue hair tried to be nice but I am NOT her ”hon.” Three times she called me hon or honey. I'm 73. My wife standing right there. How about a little respect?

MMary ElizabethI like this hotel. They are going through some construction due to water damage back in December, but it’s still quiet. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The beds are comfortable, and the service is great. The breakfasts are delicious, too.

EExperience709238Stayed for 3 nights for a reasonable price. Nice room with a kitchenette & full size fridge. Pots, dishes & coffee maker available from front desk, upon request. Smallish bathroom but was clean with sufficient towels. Nicer bed linens & comfortable bed/pillows. The coin op laundry was clean & everything worked well. No breakfast due to Covid19 but coffee & breakfast muffins/granola bars to go from front desk. Parking lot & grounds were clean & safe. Overall, a pleasant stay & good value. I would stay here again.

They put a $100 hold on your account in addition to your room charge. I went to my room and was disgusted at what I found. The toilet wasn’t even flushed from the last person who had been there! Smears on the wall under the toilet paper, dirty sheets and pillow, and dirty carpet. Despite driving all day, I told the manager I didn’t want to stay there because of the conditions. He said I needed to leave immediately, so I got my things and went to get my receipt. He threw a fit about me wanting a copy of my receipt, and he threw it at me and said “now get out. And if the room is messed up, we’re charging you a cleaning fee.” I asked him, why would he charge me a cleaning fee? I’d been there 20 minutes and all I’d done is inspect the bedding and the room. He said, “you can’t just come in, mess everything up, and leave.” Well, he charges all these cleaning fees, and the housekeepers don’t even clean the rooms properly. Needless to say, I’m disputing this with my bank. The fitness center is shut down, hallway bathroom is shut down, they are not serving breakfast, and no daily housekeeping. There were even bugs on the check in counter. Stay far away from here! It’s not worth it to stay here, especially when it’s dirty and you don’t even get breakfast. You’re way better off staying somewhere else and not risk getting charged a cleaning fee for nothing.
