This hotel has been well kept and updated. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. There are several places to eat in the general vicinity. Great place to stay if one is seeing anyone in the Medical Campus across the street. $5.00 fee to park your car overnight.

This is my go to place anytime I’m in the area. I can’t say enough good about the rooms, safety and great staff. I’ve never had a terrible experience here and they go out of the way to make your feel at home. On my last trip I had an issue with workers that were on site working…one of the workers were extremely loud while on his phone. I mentioned it to the front desk clerk and experienced a shun from this person, stating they had to be there. Not sure she is this locations newest hire or just hasn’t been broken in at the moment. Her lack of concern really struck me but I will be sure to mention it to some of the other staff who always go out of the way. That’s the only problem I have ever experienced with all of my stays here. Home away from home.

I've stayed at the DoubleTree in Alpharetta multiple times now, and it's quickly becoming my favorite escape! The warmth and kindness of the staff here make me long for every hotel in Atlanta to take a page out of their book—unfortunately, not all do. This gem truly stands out as perhaps the finest hotel in the city. For those seeking tranquility, genuine Southern hospitality, and a pristine, meticulously managed environment, look no further. It's simply not worth spending your money anywhere else. Patrick has become one of my favorite staff members, alongside a wonderfully professional Trinidadian lady whose name I regretfully didn't catch, and Michael—all of whom are not only polite but genuinely attentive, ensuring your comfort in the most considerate way. The entire team exudes kindness, and though I've never met the manager personally, I must extend heartfelt kudos for assembling such an exceptional staff. Absolutely outstanding!

1. Hotel ini bersih, tenang, parkir percuma, dengan sarapan (susu, kopi, buah, roti, yogurt), dengan kolam renang luaran.
2. Lokasinya bagus, 6 minit perjalanan ke jalan pejalan kaki AVAlon (terdapat kedai kopi, pawagam dan kedai pakaian, dll., Sangat elegan), 6 minit perjalanan ke restoran Thailand yang sangat lazat (masakan Thai nahm) (5310 ke arah angin taman, suite C). 20 minit perjalanan ke Pasaraya Zhonghua, restoran Cina dan tempat-tempat lain.

I'm so disappointed with this hotel. My daughter was having surgery so I booked a 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen expecting to have a fully stocked kitchen. Cabinets were EMPTY. Few plates in the dishwasher , no cookware, no mugs. Really? I called the front desk who in turn had the manager call me.. the next day, who then told me”that's not a possibility”, then the house keeping manager called me ...again the NEXT day and said that she was not on site the day before. SO? House keeping never showed up, ever, even after calling me. I asked for them to come and unload the dishwasher and stock everything. They NEVER showed up. No toilet paper except for the half roll when we arrived, no soap in the kitchen, no way to wash dishes, no dish washing detergent, no towels in the kitchen, Nothing Nada. 2 remote controls for three TVs. Then to top it off the walls were paper thin and I was woken up by a foreigner next door talking so loudly that I had to call the front desk. This is not motel 6 ... or is it? When I checked out the manager still did not apologize. This is unacceptable. You pay for three nights, expect what is advertised, don't get it and then they don't even apologize or try to rectify it. So disappointing. Please GM talk to your hotel manager and house keeping manager and get them to do their jobs, Do NOT stay here. There were SOOOO Many other options. I'm so mad at myself for not believing the other reviews.

SScott MWe had an emergency with our house and needed a few nights at lical hotel to msnsge through it. Allie bent over backwards to accomodate us and get us a room with short notice. DeAsia was terrific and accomodating as well. Great hospitality and customer focus! Very nice suite, super location, we will be back. Thank you Allie & DeAsia! Highly recommend!

The Avalon area is a best kept secret and the Avalon Autograph Hotel offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out. South City Kitchen within the property, Shopping just outside of the hotel. The Staff was very accommodating! Thank you Edith for getting my pup and I checked in. And she provided him with a puppy-chino! Thank you for the warm welcome. I would also like to thank Natalie C. From South City Kitchen from not allowing a ruin apple spoil our brunch! PPengguna TetamuI arrived at the Aloft Marriott Bonvoy Hotel early on Friday, February 17 and was greeted by General Manager, Chris Spears. Beautiful, European style lobby with bright colors and open spaces. Angel, front desk clerk, assigned me to Room 218. Carlos, housekeeper/maintenance worker, loaded my bags on a cart. I gave Carlos $10 (ten dollars). We proceeded to the elevator. Carlos had my room key. I gave him my car key and asked him to park my car. There was a bad order in the room I thought was from Carlos. Carlos brought my car keys back. I sprayed the room with my Lysol. Smell was not noticeable in the bathroom. I went downstairs to the bar. Returned to room. Got undressed and got in bed. The smell was in the bed. I fell asleep and woke up coughing violently around 3am. Juliana, 19-year old night auditor, agreed to change me to Room 216. However, she was the only person working and she couldn't leave the front desk. I had to stay in the smelly room until Dominique came to move me at 7:30am. When Dominique came to Room 218, she said, ”I SMELL IT!” Dominique rushed me out of Room 218 to my new Room 216. Dominique helped me to my car so I could drive to Wellstar North Fulton Emergency Department where I tested positive for COVID-19. Today is Day 10 of being infected with COVID-19 at the Aloft Marriott Bonvoy Hotel in Alpharetta GA. My case # is 429 646 235. Marriott Corporate has escalated my case to risk management and the legal department. Chris Spears, General Manager at the Aloft in Alpharetta is 28 years old with only 5 years with the Marriott Corporation. He's not trained to run the Aloft Hotel. The bartender is also 28 years old. It appears Chris Spears has hired his inexperienced friends to staff housekeeping, bar and his friend JP at the front desk. I expect Reparations for what the incompetence of Chris Spears fid to me at the Aloft Marriott Bonvoy Hotel, 7895 North Point Parkway, Alpharetta GA.

PPengguna TetamuWe booked a room with two beds. When we checked in we were told they were overbooked, but they could ”upgrade” us to a king suite with a pullout sofa bed. The only option was to take this upgrade or search for another hotel at 10pm. A king suite with a pull out sofa bed is NOT an upgrade. The teenage boys were too long for the tiny sofa bed. When you have two adults and two large teenage boys, you need the room you booked! The sofa bed was terrible. Entire bed was on an angle. The ledge of the sofa made it feel like there was a bar 18” from top of mattress. It was a worn down 2” foam ”mattress”. Absolute worst night of sleep I have ever had in a hotel in my life. My neck and back hurt for days. Hampton Inn should be ashamed of what they have provided their customers. To be clear, this is not the result of anyone who worked the front desk at check-in or check-out. They did not overbooked the room, and they apologized when I brought this to their attention in the morning. This is Hampton Inn who overbooked and failed their customers. Hampton Inn provided a subpar sofa bed. So, Hampton Inn, check out the sofa bed in room 603. Stay for a night or a nap, then let me know what you think...

PPengguna TetamuMy son is a junior in college. He had a summer internship interview in Alpharetta and needed to stay overnight before the interview. I made a reservation at Towne Place Suites as it was close to the interview location. When I called to make sure my son's name was on the reservation I spoke with Charles at the front desk. Charles couldn't have been more helpful, friendly, and welcoming, assuring me that they would take good care of my son during his stay. They did just that. Charles and David were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They made sure my son had everything he needed, wished him good luck on his interview before he left the hotel in the morning, and even made sure he had a snack for his ride back to the airport. They treated my son like family and for that, I am extremely thankful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights for work. The room and the hotel was clean and in a good location. I had to go to work every morning at 5:00 AM. I asked the front desk what time was breakfast which is 6-9 AM. I told them I had to go to work early, so they gave me early breakfast with coffee. I enjoyed my stay here and if I have work in or near Alpharetta, I will be definitely be staying at this hotel again.

PPengguna Tetamu酒店前台竟然十一點會拉下卷閘下班了，對於我們這樣英語三腳貓的人來講可是遇到**煩了。好在有個清潔工出現，她正準備下班回家，幫忙打了一通電話，等了近半個小時終於出現了前台服務人員。我預訂付款的是最大最貴的房間價錢，但前台講只有最後一個房間了，沒有我預訂的那種房間了，午夜十二點我們也沒有別的選擇了。旅途勞累倒頭睡覺，給攜程客服留下訊息，但過後攜程聯繫結果説是房間沒錯……。入住兩天後離開了，我才看到攜程要我拍房間裏的照片，我沒有照片，也衹好作罷了。不過，想想美國的一般酒店，除了睡覺之外，也不能奢望有什麼好感受。
