酒店的位於華人比較集中的區域，附近中餐很多。如果開車來，在總枱要和服務員説一下，一天停車費12美元，刷房卡出入停車場，很方便。早餐還不錯，可以在餐廳吃，也可以裝一大盤迴房間吃。

First, the good: The staff we encountered were welcoming and helpful at every turn -- check-in, check-out, breakfast, and housekeeping. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The AC controls worked very well. The hotel, located off the main road, is quiet. And the smart-TV feature was a nice surprise (meaning we could tap into our own Netflix and Prime Video accounts at night.) The bad: The bathroom is a disaster waiting to happen -- the tub floor is exceptionally slippery and there's absolutely nothing to grab onto for balance, creating a very unsafe situation. The unusual exterior-facing layout of the multi-building compound felt much less safe than a conventional self-contained high-rise hotel -- break-ins could easily happen without anyone seeing and, even though the weather was pleasant, we did not feel safe opening the windows at night. Parking (for a $15/daily fee that we were not prepared for) is difficult to find -- one night, we were lucky to get the very last spot on the entire property. Lastly, although the breakfast was adequate, it was also annoying because the hotel's sound system was competing with audio from two televisions, a cacophony of sounds that was anything but pleasant. (One morning, when I brought this to the front desk's attn, they turned off one of the TVs, but the next morning, it was back on.) Who wants to hear sound from three sources at once?

A nice hotel to stay for family vacation. The room is big and can hold up to 6 people. The breakfast buffet is very enough for a grown man with various food, suitable for most of breakfast styles. The staffs are helpful and kind, they are always greeting with smiles.

The check in counter and hotel setup is very modern and the check in staff extremely helpful A spacious layout of space with an inviting bar before one walk up to the lift that takes us to the lift. Room design in very modern and room is spacious. The area is good with good access to restaurant and supermarket by car. Valet parking available only but there is a few parking space available nearby

Stayed here for a business meeting, great and very good service from staff members and manager. I highly recommend this hotel to all my co-workers, families and friends. Rooms clean & fresh, their service is way beyond the best. Travelled so many times in the Pasadena Area but this is the best of the best hotel.

Adriana, the General Manager, was terrific. She has a very welcoming presence. Adriana gave me a great room. It was clean, quiet, and beautiful. I have enjoyed my stay immensely.

I was in town to visit some friends and I stayed here. Didn't think much of it. Another town ,another hotel. The manager Lisa made my accomodations extraordinary, a smile goes a long way, she was friendly, courteous and an overall pleasure to deal with. The hotel was average but the hospitality by far exceeded my expectations. Due to the friendly accomodations I would recommend it to friends and family, and most definitely come back.

Extended another night at the hotel via third party agent and originally need to check out but the front desk made an exception and combined my two bookings into one. Excellent service ! Very thoughtful. Also very scenic view from the hotel
