PPengguna TetamuThe hotel front desk agent tried to charge me twice for the hotel service fee. I booked through trip.com and had already paid for the hotel service fee which is $98 for 2 nights. After showing them the itemized receipt, they said it is the 3rd party service fee, not the hotel service fee. I told them I’m not paying another service fee. I’m glad I did not have to pay twice, but it was kind of ruin my day. Now there is another extra charge on my credit card placed by the hotel. I am in the process of disputing with my credit card. Overall, I like the place, but not the way they tried to charge for all these hidden or bogus fees. Note: the hotel is already expensive…

PPengguna TetamuAn amazing stay at Home2Suites in Panama City FL! We booked a queen bedroom suite. Upon walking into the front doors to check in, a fresh ocean aroma greets you. The scent reminded me of the Polynesian resort at WDW. Everything was clean and brand new! The beds slept amazingly well and the kitchenette was so nice to have during our three day stay.
Breakfast is complimentary—waffles with all the toppings you could want, sausage, omelets, cereal and oatmeal. Coffee served all day, which was a win! Overall, a ten out of ten. We will definitely be staying here again if we come back to PCity.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel and staff were top tier. The lobby and courtyard area were beautiful, with a lovely view of the beach. The courtyard has games like jumbo Jenga and checkers, and a bag toss game.The pool bar was a 10/10, food as well. Speaking of food, the complementary breakfast including cook to order omelets was AMAZING! They also give guests 2 complementary drinks during happy hour each day of your stay. The location is right next to Pier Park (5min walk), which you can spend the day at with food, shoppes, kid friendly fun and rides.

We stayed in unit 523 ,on the 22nd through 26th of Sept. 2022, there was an elevator just steps from our door and made it very convenient for my wife and Me to get to the pool “exited right by pool entrance and very close to beach access. There was a hot breakfast every morning , eggs, pancakes , and biscuits and gravy, which was very nice. All the staff we encountered were very courteous and friendly. They had activities for kids and adults at the pool area. Housekeeping was provided every day, they were very friendly. There was a daily extra resort fee of about $15.00 we had to pay upon arrival. Overall The Days Inn at PCB was a Great a stay. Would book again.

It is a nice sized property with two pools, 3 eating establishments, a gym, conference rooms for meetings, spa, complimentary bicycle usage and an on-site boating excursion company, The people that work here are extremely friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate your needs and wants. I went there with my daughter while she attended a conference, so I played all day and experienced some of the amenities that were offered, Our room was in the 2nd building. There wasn't an elevator in bldg 2 but you could get one a few steps further at bldg 3. It could be a hinderance if you have alot of luggage. The room was spacious and bright. We had a view of the parking lot which was a bummer, and we could have used a small desk or table to play cards or eat on. The coffee pot, refrigerator, comfy beds and water were nice touches. The pools at first glance are clear of debris and inviting. They are deteriorating and have quite a few areas that are in need of immediate repair. The walls need to be scrubbed because of black mold. This should never happen on any public pool in my opinion. The gym is nice with plenty of equipment but that also is in dire need of some repair. It smells horrible. I still went everyday but not for the faint of heart. The beach area although small is quaint It is NOT on the ocean just FYI. The spa was relaxing, the morning buffet was good, and the snorkeling adventure was a nice way to spend a few hours. I am not sure I would stay here again. The place is showing signs of neglect in the repair department. It

Things to love…walk right out to the beach, gas bbqs and outside tables. Two spas, large pool, easy walk to Winn Dixie, Whiskeys, Muy Wayne Os and other restaurants and stores.
Things that could be improved: Full size coffee pot is great if you are staying more than a few nights— no filters provided, given they say they can’t provide filters a Keurig would be a better choice. The cookware is cheap everything sticks to it. No scissors or basic first aid.
The room is ready for upgrades: something used to be mounted to the dresser and there are several holes that make it look trashy, no anti-slip or rail in shower, no bathroom fan, bathroom door sticks, pillows are uncomfortable.

MMaria Lovely JaneIt was good, having no towel is not good they will out of extra towel because of the laundry guy but I guess they should have leave some extra...don't wait until all of them are dirty and that that's when you wash them all together not right...No utensils in the kitchen which we don't mind because we buy instead.
The most important is the room is clean and its near to where we are going.

CcameronblakecarterTerrible experience! Upon arrival on 09/03/2023, I checked in my reservation and was placed in rm 106. Immediately I noticed the AC wasn’t working, I notified staff and they pressed a few buttons and said it’s working now. My family and I then headed to the beach where we stayed for the next several hours until past nightfall. After returning to the hotel, our room was ridiculously hot. I notified staff again and this is where the horrible encounter occurred. The lady working the front desk told me to “suck it up”, she also said “its not my problem and there’s nothing I can do for you” I was appalled by such rudeness. I called the number off the Wyndham main website and spoke with someone who then called the front desk and didn’t get ab answer. I called the number again and another person finally reached the front desk, the lady came in the room, stayed for a few minutes to verify the AC wasn’t working properly and it wasn’t until then that my family were accommodated to a different room. Unfortunately, that AC wasn’t working properly either, but after the difficulties I just encountered, I opted to not even bother complaining to the front desk. I rate this establishment 0/5.

RRJ SThis was a great motel with really hard working staff to clean all the linens and towels and rooms by day, running all about. Kids (others') really enjoyed the pool, but quieted down after dark. A mix of families and tradesmen here, all nice people, friendly interaction of guests and staff. I didn't realize how completely different are PC and PC Beach, and I couldn't afford the rent at the Beach, though most of my business was over there. This was an excellent budget alternative.
