Front desk associate, Chris, was very accommodating and helpful with check in and went above and beyond to help ensure our needs were met. The room was VERY clean and the bed was so comfortable. Loved the modern decor. Best part was probably the huge amount of counter space in the bathroom. The barn door for a bathroom door was not my favorite but it does help amplify space in the entry area. Breakfast was good - not quite as kid friendly as I was hoping as cereal options were more for adults and they could probably get rid of the oatmeal bar and add more toasters. The line to use the industrial toaster took quite awhile. Overall a wonderful stay and best hotel I have been to in awhile!

PPengguna TetamuThis fairfield did not meet my expectations, largely because of the cleaning (or lack thereof). The room was not very clean when we arrived. There were multiple long hairs in the bathroom. When I asked the next day if our room could be cleaned, we were told that they now only clean rooms every other day. Before COVID, Marriott cleaned rooms every day. During COVID, they quit cleaning every day and you had to request if you wanted a room cleaned. Now, you can't even request having a room cleaned daily. I am disappointed. There were a few positives. The mattress was comfortable and the location was good, right near a shopping center with a Target.

TT7067DCalexzI made several changes to my reservation prior to arrival and the staff could not have been more accommodating. We had a total of 5 rooms booked for friends from out of state because due to COVID travel to and from Chicago is restricted. I arrived a night before everyone else. I've been staying at this hotel for 6 yrs for the record. I spoke with a very friendly woman named Kelly when I needed to upgrade my reservation. She was no less than fantastic and super friendly. I only regret I was unable to thank her in person. The rest of the staff FANTASTIC especially consider tourism is way down. My room was clean and very comfortable. The only downside was that my refrigerator wasn't working. They sent a tech and a specified time the next day and he discovered it was only unplugged. I assume since it was most likely out of use for 7 months of COVID. To tp op it all off they even granted all of his travelers an extra hour of checkout. I was bummed that there was no hot food at the breakfast buffet but that's just the state of the industry now. The upside is that there are so many great places to eat within walking distance. I really cannot wait to return. Thanks to everyone at the Comfort Inn!

FFJM4700Excellent, clean condition and good breakfast. This was perfect for all the guest that came to town for a wedding. everything went perfect. The staff was amazing, and the beds were comfortable. we would definitely stay here again. Great job BW

PPengguna TetamuEveryone was great but Ashley at the front desk was excellent. Was there lining up care for my mother in law (and she had no idea about the dementia or anything that was going on) and she and the entire staff were great. Can’t say enough good things about them. Thank you all!
