While this is an older hotel, (paint on paint) we found the location was great, on the water walk, great pool and hot tube. Staff could not be any more pleasant and accommodating. We used the suite with two adults and 3 children. Sofa bed not bad (its a sofa bed). two queen were comfortable. We loved it.

The Courtyard Sarasota at University Town Center is in a great location, within walking distance of Mall at UTC and Nathan Benderson Park. Well managed facility meets all Marriott/Bonvoy - Courtyard boxes incl. parking. Professional, efficient and friendly check-in. Room & bathroom are clean, spacious and quiet. Good water pressure in shower and fluffy towels available. Very good competitive price point and solid product. Would most certainly happily return.

Clean, bright hotel with excellent front desk service. Shout out to Nate, in particular, for being so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a good size bathroom, couch, desk and partial water view. Bed was comfortable. Would have liked a few more TV channels but streaming was an option. Restaurants close by. Breakfast was included with the expected cereal, bagels, waffle, etc. Overall, a good stay.

I liked the hotel decor, room was confortable and my kids really enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was plentiful and very busy on the holiday weekend but the the lady running the kitchen was really patience and handled the crowd very well. I asked for her name was Adina, she should be recognized!

Great place to rent more light in the parking area and quiet place to rest room where clean and spacious only dislike is that they charge a 100 dollar deposit to stay.but great place just make sure you can cover it but will be returned back to you ,.

PPengguna TetamuVery clean hotel, was very pleased with front desk lady Margaret, she was very friendly The lady at the breakfast bar during our stay there was very friendly every morning and always greeted us with a smile every morning, We noticed one morning at breakfast that she was laughing and teasing over a special juice blend she makes- it was nice to be around such friendly atmosphere The food was always fresh and hot Room was clean Enjoyed our stay allot Would recommend to anyone

Mmichaeldevine911The location is perfect if you have any business or social event planned in Lakewood Ranch. I was attending a charity event at the golf and country club and the location is absolutely perfect. it was 20 minutes to the beach and downtown Sarasota and 10 mins to Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club. The rooms were nice and fairly updated.. The shower head could use an update, rainforest heads with separate sprayers would be nice. Instead, they have the cheap plastic spin adjustable head with low flow equipped. The beds were super firm, I prefer a more medium to soft bed and the pillows were ultra thin The plus side. the AC is one of the quietest I have ever had outside of high end hotels. So for quiet and sound sleeping, that is a plus. Also the room layout is fantastic with a nice couch and chair seating area and a central desk/ TV cabinet that you can see through. very nice room overall. Just need a softer bed and better shower head. Breakfast was OK. typical fare for this type of location. Only complaint there was the lack of bacon. Not a fan of chicken sausage patties. But overall a good breakfast and the staff kept everything filled as needed. Also, worth noting that the hotel sits right in the property of a huge shopping and dining plaza providing great breakfast, lunch and dinner opportunities and enough shopping to satisfy any wife.

Great stay, excellent location, very good value for the price. We had a 1 night stay, arrived late and as a IHG member everything was ready. Easy check in, room request fulfilled (3rd floor away from elevator), clean room, shower with WATER PRESSURE, plenty of options for breakfast, (hot or cold) comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of places to grab a bite to eat and beer around the hotel. We would definitely stay here agaon

PPengguna TetamuDas hotel liegt nahe der interstate und das hört man auch. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind truck Stellplätze. Die Fahrer lungern abends im näheren Umfeld. Das mag für den ein oder anderen etwas beunruhigend sein. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden 60 neue Fenster angeliefert. Wahrscheinlich um den Geräuschpegel im Zimmer zu senken. Die Einrichtung des hotels ist in die jahre gekommen. Dringend getauscht werden sollten meines Erachtens die teppichböden im Flur. Sie sind einfach nur abscheulich. An der Sauberkeit gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Das Frühstück ist typisch amerikanisch. Nichts besonderes. Due Cornflakes waren von schlechter Qualität. Frühstück endet PUNKT 9 Uhr. Danach gibt's nix mehr. Freundlichkeit des Personals ist ok. Aufzug alt und klapprig.

I was very happy when I entered the room to find the floors weren’t carpeted, the room was clean, I was able to get restful sleep in a very comfortable bed. Thank you, Matt Erickson, for your kind attention to my reservation and requests during my stay. In addition to Matt and the owner’s excellence, I want to give kudos to the housekeeping staff. MMichael A PhillipsSuper 8 was clean and comfortable but on entering the room it was set up to kill my girl. We came in late and there was no light available when turning on the door switch next to the door. My angel stepped into the room hands full and due to the lack of light immediately fell over a badly placed coffee table where she proceeded to fall with hands full over the table badly bruising her chin not once or twice but three times and was in extreme pain. Nice room but please consider the customers and their safety next time you place a coffee table inside a door and in the immediate walk way.

CCory GoinsWhat can I say about this place, hot water is amazing first of all in my opinion. Secound the television show channels were endless. THIRD the microwave cooks at fanatically. FOUTH the people sitting outside drinking and burning heaters are sometimes really friendly....sometimes not then u have to go inside and hope they don't **** your vehicle up. ALL in all was a great experience in life to might with different folks.
