Hotel terbaik di Brigantine

I would not stay here again. Though it was clean enough and the view from the roof deck is amazing, the rooms are incredibly depressing and smelly. The room smelled incredibly moldy and felt damp, even the carpet. The whole floor even did not smell good. Disgusting. The decor of the room we were in was a complete vacation buzzkill. The colors are all old depressing browns and the lighting was dark. It is a beach vacation! Why not brighten the place up for people to actually feel like they are at the beach and not in a dingy cave. It kills the beach vibe, and the moldy smell seals the deal. They need to wash the carpets and do more to protect against the wetness from being near the ocean. Ridiculous they have been allowed to continue this way, especially as one of the only hotels in Brigantine. Make an effort! Oh and they need to at least provide some real cream and milk for the coffee they provide in the mornings. Powdered creamer is a complete deal breaker. Time for an update La Sammana!

One of my favorite places to be! I love it here. Only thing that would or could make it better would be so sort of ****** action. Actually I just thought about a way to make them stand out from all the other hotels but I don't think printing it here would be a good idea...wonder who I should talk to??🤔🤔

I only stood for one night, because I was there for a social gathering and didn’t really get a chance to sleep in the room, but there was shaved hair in the shower, I had no garbage can, the sheets had some spots on them, also the chair that was big enough to be a bed by the window, had some wet looking stains on them.

Have always had a great experience at the Golden Nugget…always met with a smile at check in, food, drinks and entertainment are second to none and the gaming is always a fun time - will be back for more in the future!

Beautiful and LARGE hotel. Reminds me of Vegas! A bit of a confusing layout but after 2 days you will figure it out. Would stay again.

My wife and I researched most of the hotels in the area finally deciding on the Borgato. The visit started off by trying to valet my car at the Water Club; was told that because my car was a Tesla I should go to the other side. Cool, no problem. Check in was simple, used the app. Stopped at the desk anyway, asked about getting a suite for the weekend. The person called her supervisor who directed her to tell us that our visit was too long. My guess is that charging me $50 more for three nights wasn’t enough money when compared to what they could charge someone for one night. Whatever, I should’ve booked a suite in the first place. They were able to “upgrade” the room - but the hotel didn’t seem too busy so it I’m sure it wasn’t too big of an issue. The food selection was okay, the first night we ate at the food court which was hidden. Average cheesesteak, nothing to write home about. The next morning we are at Bread and Butter. We stood at the line entrance and weren’t greeted, so we moved to the other end where three associates were conversing. Two of which retreated to the back and the third moved to were originally stood.I ordered French Toast, it was okay. Clearly microwaved, which I wouldn’t have expected. My wife ordered egg sandwich that was also frozen and served on a burnt bagel. The tables were crowded and limited. The dealers had no personality, rarely interacted with the guests. A moved an empty bottle to the side of one of the tables - a pit boss asked if why I couldn’t put it in the garbage. That night we ate a Oldholme Stead Steakhouse. The only special was an A5 Waygu Steak, I was told it was the best steak they had. The steak had no sear and not cooked to my liking; I ate it because I had a hard time sending back a $200 steak. Again, we were met with service that was inattentive.We returned to the tables but due to the lack of additional staff to accommodate, the few extra tables were slammed. I waited on the sidelines for about 45 minutes to eventual open.The next morning we ate at the Metropolitan. Walked in and was met with a, “Two!?”. We sat and ordered after about 10 minutes. The food eventually arrived 35-40 minutes later, the quality was about the same as the morning before. However, this time part of my order was missing. When I asked where it was, I was met with “you still want it?”. Granted it was just sausage, but I ordered it. Instead of offering an apology at any point, I was given two cold *****s of bacon.

The actual resort fee charged was more than what was quoted on trip.com they also do not take reward cards if booked through 3rd party which is ridiculous.

Saya dapati semasa mendaftar masuk terdapat deposit keselamatan $100! Dana akan dikeluarkan 3-5 hari perniagaan. Ini memberi kesan yang ketara kepada kewangan saya yang sudah sangat sp****. Bilik yang saya tempah itu bukan bilik yang saya terima. Ia berada di bahagian bertentangan hotel, jauh dari kumpulan kami mewujudkan keadaan yang sangat sukar untuk kami. Pada sebelah malamnya kami mendapati longkang tab mandi akan mendapat manfaat daripada perkhidmatan tukang paip. Bahagian tepi hotel bilik kami sedang diubah suai. Bilik itu sendiri bersih. Memandangkan ia bukan soal hidup dan mati, kami berani menghadapi situasi itu. Kami berjalan lebih banyak di dalam hotel menavigasi antara bilik kami dan sumber makanan atau kumpulan kami daripada berjalan di laluan laluan. Berhati-hati bahawa banyak vendor menerima wang tunai sahaja dan ramai yang tidak mempunyai harga yang disiarkan. Jangkakan daripada $9/keping piza biasa atau kek corong biasa, burger keju $18 dan ke atas dan rancang sewajarnya untuk penginapan anda di Atlantic City. Kolam renang adalah di luar, kira-kira 4 kaki dalam dan bahagian bawahnya terasa seperti plastik. Saya hampir jatuh apabila saya masuk kerana kaki saya tidur. Saya tidak pernah tidur di kolam sebelum ini! Kanak-kanak menikmatinya juga.
