PPengguna TetamuFabulous as always! We always enjoy our stay. Zoey Duplichain is a fantastic concierge and very attentive to the details. Our special order chocolate cake was fantastic. The water was perfect and the food is delicious. We absolutely loved it and we are going back next week! Can’t say enough about it! We love bills on the beach and Austin is a great server. The beach is great for walking at night and the atmosphere is great. Plenty of things to do and lots to see for everyone. We love golden nugget. The black jack is wonderful and they keep the drinks coming. We are going to celebrate my twins 21st birthday on Monday. I can’t wait it’s going to be absolutely perfect. We’ve ordered a cheesecake from Vic and Anthony’s. I’m sure it will be nothing short of amazing.

This hotel is very close to the refineries so it made going to work easy. The location makes it convenient to access the highway and get to work. The kitchenettes come with dishes fork knives pots pan coffeemakers etc. so I did not have to worry about buying those essentials. The hotel has a good gym compared to most hotels also. Gilbert at the front desk was very helpful and Sandy kept the breakfast stocked all morning. This hotel is also very new so the looks and cleanliness are there. I will be back soon.

PPengguna TetamuWas all good as I expected really no complaints other than I didn’t win anything. I’m not a gambler but I had to try right. Stayed there on business and would have preferred more food choices in house as we preferred not to have to go out. Will stay there in the future.

PPengguna TetamuBooked this in short notice. Easy to book. Live horse racing was fun and you are very close to the action. The ****** was great the room was big very comfy and clean!! The staff is was friendly and very helpful. Can’t go wrong giving this downs a try!!!

PPengguna TetamuThey charged me for a room even though the booking was prepaid with Trip. They would not remove the extra charge and kept telling me they needed to confirm the booking with Trip as if that was relevant after they admitted it was a mistake. I now have to dispute the charge with my CC company. Beware!

PPengguna TetamuEnjoyed my stay. Nice, clean room. Witness a guest stumble past 2 staff members with a beer in his hand. The guest eventually fell at the elevator. I informed the staff members present. ID staff informed me that he called someone but did not leave his post. A third staff member arrived as we entered the elevator. I can understand the member checking ID could not leave his post, but the other guy standing closer to elevators could have made some type of effort to assist.

PPengguna TetamuLAST RESORT HOTEL!! I was in town last minute due to a death in the family. I had no other choice but to afford this hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again for ANY reason. The “manager” parks his massive truck right infront of the front door at all times. So pulling up close to unload is not always available. The lobby had a strong air freshener smell that was obviously covering up another smell. The hallway carpets are horribly stained. The hotel room smelled musty. There was a roach motel in the room, and I saw at least one roach while I was there. The sheets on the bed had some sort of brown stain all over it. Can’t believe they even put it on the bed!! There was no soap for the shower. I guess we are expected to use shampoo or the bar of hand soap by the sink. There was no teas offered with the coffee in the room (as the ad for the room states). There is also no pool, which is stated the hotel does have. The “free breakfast” was coffee, juice, and plastic packaged waffles/ muffins. I wouldn’t feed that to myself or my child. The employees were short and seemed like I bothered them by being there. What a waste. I knew not to expect much from a $60 room. At least the bed was comfortable. That is the ONE redeeming quality.

PPengguna TetamuThe property was decent but the real Rockstar was Jupiter and the other front desk staff. I have never had staff work so hard to make sure I was accommodated. There was an issue with cleanliness and she fix it and then some. The staff the next morning was equally friendly and accommodating.
