SScandiScotOver the course of nearly two weeks, fluctuating numbers of my immediate family stayed here while my mother was hospitalized at Sanford Medical Center. While the proximity to the hospital made it the logical choice, it was the flexibility of the staff that, in retrospect, made it a wise choice as well. Front desk staff were so kind to help us consolidate rooms, cancel reservations WITHOUT PENALTY for nights that we no longer needed, and just generally get to know us and let us know that they were thinking about us. In particular, Misty Blue gets a huge shout out for being such a kind, caring front desk staff member. She sort of adopted us and asked how things were going, let us know that she was thinking about us, and just generally was a wonderful human being. On a lighter note, the hotel bistro/bar was great for a quick breakfast before heading to the hospital or a nightcap after a stressful day AT the hospital. The beds were comfortable too-including the rollaway cot that I slept on one night.

I have been a Hilton Diamond Member for a long time and I cannot remember being treated this well in recent memory. When I arrived at 12am due to a bad delay in my flight, the night auditor greeted me, gave me my room keys and offered me a couple drinks to take up to the room. He even identified an issue with my reservation where my account didn’t get linked to it. It was corrected, however, I had a room where they had snacks in room. It was replenished regularly and I was very appreciative. They did do housekeeping one night - I did not ask them to (in COVID times that may be a negative to some) but it was a nice touch on an already wonderful stay. Believe me when I say don’t go anywhere else - these people take care of you.

PPengguna TetamuExcellent hotel with an excellent location near the Shopping Center, restaurants, and Scheels. The fantastic pool area is family-friendly, rooms are extremely clean & comfortable. Lovely lounge (the lounge had a couple hours of live music, which was an unexpected surprise.) Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. The housekeeping staff was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

This hotel has really gone downhill since the last time we stayed here over a year ago. First, the pros: The beds were comfy. The rooms are spacious. The front desk staff were pleasant. Now the cons: The room was dirty. There were fresh stains on the nightstand next to the bed. The shower had a bunch of brown chunks and hair rinse off the floor when we first used it (so we showered in our flip flops). The sink in the bathroom had not been cleaned (or had been “cleaned” very poorly) as there were hand soap/water stains on the counter around the sink bowl and hairs all over in the sink. There were patch jobs and repair jobs noticeable all over the room and bathroom on the walls, which looked terrible. The refrigerator didn’t work. The closet was beat up and the doors bounced against themselves anytime someone walked in the room or put their feet on the floor. We would have tried to switch rooms but arrived very late and were so tired after driving 4 hours we wanted to just sleep as knew we had an early morning the next day. This hotel considers themself a premium place to stay as evidenced by their premium price, but provides you with far-below premium experience. We will likely never stay here again because that is too much money to waste on a poor experience.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel a few years back and really enjoyed our stay. So we tried it again. This time was a disappointment. The hallways (at least on our floor) are in desperate need of some love. I am not sure how walls can get so marked up like that. The TV channels were absolutely horrible. I am not sure if there was an issue but we sure were limited. We got a good rate at this hotel this trip, normally we stay at another. The bed was comfortable. Had a bit of an issue getting the temp right in room. There was a small dog down the hall who was barking at night so I had to turn the fan on all night so I didn't have to listen to the noise. Breakfast was nothing special.

BBeth Forkner MoeThis was a trip for a family funeral. It served our needs well. I had stayed there 4 years ago. It doesn’t seem like it has been kept up very well - definitely sighs of aging.
There was an advertised “dinner” in the lobby in the early evening; it was chicken nuggets, iceberg lettuce with dressing, and potato chips. I think a “happy hour” with things like chips/salsa, cheese/crackers, veggies/dip might be more appealing.
The breakfast was better than expected - the best we’ve seen since our limited travels the past pandemic years. Wasn’t fancy, but it was ok.
Front desk staff was very helpful.
A serviceable hotel, at a reasonable cost.

PPengguna TetamuDO NOT BOOK HERE! IT IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! The mattresses were blood stained and full of bugs. There was no shower curtain, clock, phone, coffee maker, fridge or microwave (even though we paid for a ”deluxe room”. The entire hotel stunk like stale smoke. There were not enough blankets or pillows. When we asked for more, we were told no.

PPengguna TetamuAt first glance it appears dark and dingy and outside of the hotel could do with the grounds tidying up. It appears like this on the inside due to it having internal hallways with room windows not facing the outside. Once in the rooms it is quite large and comfortable with plenty of desk and cupboard space. Some rooms have access to the outside (at extra cost) with a balcony. It is an older style interior but it is well maintained and reasonably clean. It has a garden in the middle of the hotel with tables and chairs which is quite nice. Don't expect any breakfast the only option is a go bag with some protein bars and a piece of fruit, the breakfast room is blocked from all but staff. It has a bar on the premises which accessible to people outside of the hotel.
