PPengguna TetamuThis was way better then my stay i October 2022. Rooms have been renovated. Room service has improved greatly over last stay. This time bathroom was cleaned,dirty towels removed and replaced with clean. Trash emptied. This hotel was greatly improved over last stay. Still could improve in some areas. Breakfast area and needs to add snack and drink machines

PPengguna TetamuWould never recommend this property. Take your hard earned money elsewhere! The bathroom was not clean, urine still on the toilet from previous guests. Outlets and wires are lying on the floor. Employee parked in Hilton honors spots reserved guest, so close we could barely have access to our car. We were not informed that the pool was closed. Hotel not Hilton quality nor was staff available at any time during our stay at the front desk. Poorly managed property. One time, there was a person at the desk, and she was unfriendly and rude. Wallpaper stapled to the walls. Baseboards are extremely dirty. Left letter for management, and there was no follow-up what so ever. They clearly do not care about their customers nor the property. Surprised Hilton allows such a property to carry their name! Hilton just lost their credibility with our stay at this property. Unfortunately, we had several family members staying, and not one of our rooms were even satisfactory.

PPengguna TetamuMy son and I were heading down to Atlanta, but since it was getting late, and we were tired, we just needed a place to crash... This motel was literally the first one we saw....I checked a few other places online for prices, and I didn't feel like spending a ton just for a crash pad.... However, I shoulda drove off when I pulled up and saw the night clerk get up from the lounge chair with a serious case of plumber but on full display thru the window... I figured this could be a bad sign, but I checked in anyway. We got to the room and it was definitely old and tired. The bathroom was rough--someone thought it was a good idea to paint the tiles along with the towel rods, plumbing fixtures etc...SMH. The bathroom fan didn't work, and it took forever for hot water to come to the tub faucet...it took so long, I thought the hot water wasn't working, but it eventually came... There was a live bug on the bathroom floor. It looked like it coulda been a roach, but I'm not positive....I quickly picked it up an flushed it down the toilet... Surprisingly, the vanity top was granite and in decent shape. The entry door (rooms are accessible from the outside, like an old-school motel) was pretty beat up, and the paint was peeling around the window frame and sill.... The few good things about this room were the beds and pillows were very comfortable and clean, and it had a microwave and decent sized fridge.... Also, the wi-fi seemed to work OK. Breakfast was pretty basic, but it got us to Atlanta. It did have a waffle maker, which is always nice...but not much else. The coral dispensers were broken. The dining room actually looked pretty nice, till you get up close and see the peeling paint around the windows etc.... The morning clerk (owner?) seemed like a nice guy and was friendly.... So, in conclusion, I would've given this motel a 2.5, but TA doesn't allow half points, so I dropped it to a 2.... It appears to me, the owners bought this place thinking they could get away with doing the bare minimum... Well, if the owners are reading this, you need to re-think how to properly operate and maintain a motel...starting with desk clerks that are presentable to the general public. I'm surprised Choice Hotels don't demand properties like this aren't held to a higher standard... We paid around 80 bucks for a double queen (AAA discounted)....for what we got, it should've been around $50 or $60. That all said, if you absolutely need a place to crash, and are on a budget, this place will do the job, but don't expect much....

THIS PLACE HAS BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was working at bonnaroo all 4 days and slept in my car for two of those nights and did not have any bites at all. I was fortunate to obtain a room for the last night. I went to my last day at bonnaroo to work and started getting large red painful/itchy bumps slowly showing up on my body through out the day. I thought they were spider bites or bug bits from sitting on the ground. They only showed up the last day I was there, which I had slept at the Scottish inn in Manchest, TN. My coworkers informed me they had experienced it before and it definitely looked like bed bugs... the room ”looked” clean when you walked in and the smell wasn't horrible. Though I did lay a towel down on the bed and pillow, it moved around while I slept. After I finished working, I went straight to the hotel. It is owned by an indian couple and the wife came out and was initially polite and so was I. I said that I had slept in 213 and got bed bugs. She immediately got defensive and said she just finished cleaning the room (12 hours later) and that I didn't get them there. I then told her I had been sleeping in my car and didn't get the bites until immediately after sleeping at The Scottish inn in Manchester, TN. She continued to get defensive and rude so I started talking loudly so the people outside could hear. She kept looking outside hoping they weren't listening. I initially was not going to ask for my money back until the husband came out....mind you, this is during bonaroo 2 minutes from staff parking and he's charging $300 for 1 night in a horribly disgusting hotel. But he has a monopoly, so he can do that. The owner immediately got defensive and will not give me his information and keeps yelling at me and telling me to call the health department and maybe he'll give me my money back. I asked why they were being rude and they called me an a**hole and fat a**. I swear on everything in my life this is true. We then proceeded to argue and yell. They knew they were protected behind glass and a locked door so they could say whatever they like. They will most definitely continue to deny this and probably will switch out the mattress and clean the room before the health department gets there, but they are being called today.
