Kicked off a long awaited family trip on a miserable note thanks to the Centennial. Stayed here for one night & it was truly a nightmare. Drove to Concord NH from Philly-- my family had been up since 4am & checked into the hotel at 4pm totally exhausted, hoping to take a nap. Entered our room, which was over the restaurant, & the music below us was bumping so loud that it sounded like we were above a packed bar. (Meanwhile it was a Monday & the restaurant was closed & totally unoccupied...) We called the front desk & requested the music to be lowered & they said they would try. Nothing changed, so we asked front desk staff face to face on the way to dinner if they could turn the music off by 9pm, they said ”we can make that happen.” Walked back in after dinner & they made a point to comment that they were were turning it off soon! (Again, the restaurant was lights off & totally unoccupied with music blasting.) 9, 10, then 11pm came & went & the music was still blaring. To the point where neither ear plugs nor headphones playing white noise could block out the drum beats. At this point, we're almost 24 hours without sleep. Between phone calls & face to face requests over a span of 7 hours, we asked for the music to be lowered 6x in total. Shortly after 11pm the music was finally turned off. We were told that maintenance had to come onsite to do it which still doesn't make sense to me-- as a professional hotel, you would think that there would be a way to control the volume of the music from a remote area such as the front desk, but it did not appear that this was the case. As a side note, when we were approaching hour 7 with no resolve, we tried commenting on the hotels Instagram. They deleted the comment within less than 2 minutes. Googled the manager of the hotel & his contact was no where to be found.

Glad I didn't read the negative reviews -- this was an excellent choice for staying in Concord twice on business. The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was safe and convenient. A Thursday night brought a large wedding party which was noisy and rather annoying, so I would recommend requesting a room away from large groups if possible. Enjoyed being able to walk out the front door and stroll to a coffee shop in the morning and a nice variety of restaurants for dinner.

Lovely staff, nice lobby, good food and nice sized rooms. My only complaint was in the bathroom. The lights are dim and the shower curtain liner was more discolored than I was comfortable with. I appreciated the shower gel and shampoo and conditioner available in pumps for our use. There was only one small towel rack and a slightly askew hook on the back of the door. Room had plenty of workspace, a fridge, got nice and cold at night and had a comfy bed. There is an outside area with tables and chairs to relax in nice weather. Every single staff member I met was friendly and helpful. There is a small bistro on site for the morning and evening crowds. I had a little food and drink there, but also ordered food delivery because I wanted some local, less expensive food.

Our experience was great the service great the staff was friendly Breakfast was delicious a wide variety something for everyone in the family The room was very clean smelled just as clean ! we loved the fact the room had extra seating in the room there was plenty of desk space for my laptop and paper work My daughter enjoyed the pool and hot I have to admit most hotel pools and hot tubs aren't the most clean and the smell of chlorine will choak you but There pool area was clean the smell of pool chlorine was light it wasn't humidit fresh clean pool towels access to the bathroom for the kids The gym area was just a great very spacious Down in lobby the have a nice little store area where you can purchase snacks small meals drinks a microwave to make your food prices were reasonable The televisions have great quality and get selection of apps internet TV local channels and more

I had a nice experience at this hotel the receptionist super nice, the place cleaned and cute, location 4 minutes driving from the Downtown, the hotel pool was nice and they have also hot tub plus sauna with is a plus for the guests. I’m totally happy with my staying at this hotel. I also brought my two dogs to the hotel they are pet friendly and my check in was super smooth…

We arrived to find two police cars in the parking lot. Additionally, a small group of homeless persons were digging through the dump bin and then heading into the hotel. Another elderly gentleman seemed to be accompanied by a case manager in the parking lot awaiting transport of him and all of his belongings. The hotel staff said that there was not a contract for housing groups here but it is clear that as a lower priced hotel, this was being used as the place for folks to stay and invite their friends in. It felt very unsafe and I lost my money but that 's okay because I didn't have to spend all night worrying about my safety. As someone who was born in Concord, it saddens me to think that the city is struggling with these issues. I never had safety concerns growing up. I would avoid any hotel on Hall St. Given the other 1 star reviews, it seems that others have had concerns that this is not a Best Western that lives up to the brand image. I felt bad for the staff as they seemed genuinely nice but were not prepared to deal with these issues.

Trendy budget hotel brand, lacking standard amenities, at a premium price. I travel frequently and generally like Hilton properties, so I tried Tru branded hotel while traveling through Concord, NH - for the first, and now last time. First, it's seriously overpriced, even compared to much nicer and roomier Hilton brands. Our room was tiny, probably the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. There was not enough room for two people to pass side by side. The furniture looked like it came from a DIY big box store. There was no closet, just a few hooks protruding from the already narrow corridor (that I caught my arm on 3 times) between the bed and the bathroom, and a hanger rod attached to the wall and ceiling. There was no microwave and one basic office-style chair at a small desk. The soap dispensers are about the size of a tube of caulking, and you need to squeeze them. We were generally pleased with the overall cleanliness and physical condition of the room, but otherwise we were very disappointed. Finally, the breakfast bar was attractive, but again, options were quite limited. So, if the hip minimalist dorm room vibe at a premium price is your thing, you may like this brand, otherwise stay with the tried-and-true brands and enjoy more space, more amenities, and save a little money.

the hotel is very nice the people that work there are very good nice they will help you anyway they can.
