PPengguna TetamuI had a girl's weekend planned with family . I booked a suite so we would have plenty of room. When I arrived, I was told that they didn't have my reservation. I had received an email confirmation the day before so I showed that to the desk clerk. She said she still didn't have a reservation for me. I gave her the confirmation number again and she said, ”I told you we DON'T have a reservation for you!” I stated that you do and again gave her all the information. She then said my reservation had been canceled because my credit card didn't go through. When I asked what credit card, I then realized that the card had been compromised a few months ago and reissued. The compromised card was the card on file with my HIG rewards. Didn't even think about changing it on my profile.) I then asked why I wasn't contacted and she said she wasn't on duty and had no idea. I again stated that I couldn't believe my room was canceled without notifying me. She got an attitude at that time and said she told me that it wasn't her. I then asked if the suite I booked was available. She said no. I asked what was available. She said a double. I asked how much. It was $80 more than the suite I had booked. I stated that that didn't seem fair. She then got an attitude and let's just say that she definitely needs a course on how to provide ”good customer service.” If her attitude represented the attitude of others that worked there, I'm happy that my reservation was canceled. After that encounter, I left and went to a Hilton property, which I should have done in the beginning. They were extremely nice. Gave me a discounted rate because of everything that had happened. Shame on you Holiday Inn for not being more customer friendly. Shame on you for not contacting me before you canceled my room. I would have happily supplied you the new card #. Instead I was treated horribly by a desk clerk.

AAmenaliaI stayed at this hotel with my daughter last weekend 7/29. We were really tired when we arrived and went straight to bed. The next morning I realized some major issues and talked to the front office about it. I even sent videos and pictures to the Custodial manager that was on duty. She was very apologetic & so was the lady working the front desk. But when the manager, I think his name was Corey, came out…. HIS ATTITUDE WAS HORRIBLE. As a matter of fact, I didn’t know he was the manager earlier when I saw him walked in, but when I said “Good Morning” he just kept walking. So maybe he was having a bad day.. REGARDLESS, that’s not my fault. He offered to give me some points, but for the issue I had, that just didn’t suffice at all!! He made no efforts to do anything else even after I expressed the fact that I wasn’t pleased. And I said it in a nice way, but I received Nothing but a BAD ATTITUDE in return!! I’m not sharing the video on here, only because the Breakfast Lady was outstanding.. and the front desk worker was a sweetheart….. But that manager was the WORST 👎🏾

We reserved this hotel to host a small seminar. We also booked a couple guest rooms. The event space we reserved was presented as having a capacity of 60 people. We asked to have catering for 55 people. When we arrived to set up, the sales event manager was not onsite. We then discovered this room they had us in had a maximum capacity of 40 (there was a sign on the wall). It was TINY. They had about 50 chairs CRAMMED into this room. There was barely space to turn around (let alone social distance). Next we discovered that while we had paid for them to provide a paper flip chart, they did not provide it and no one was around to address that issue. We worked around it. Then we turn on the projector (because we were going to show a PowerPoint and some videos, etc.) and the projector bulb is not working properly. It colored everything we put on the screen in a bright neon yellow tint. At this point, suffice to say, we were mortified and having our seminar attendees see that state of all of this. Then comes the loud 21st birthday party in the room next door to ours. Our event was scheduled to end at 5:30. The party started at 5:00 sharp and the club music was so loud our guests could barely hear us over the music. Basically everything this venue could have done to screw up our event, they did. If you have something important going on, do not rent space from this place!

Worst hotel experience ever and I’m still dealing with it. Steven, the night manager, is a liar. The elevator is broken and has been for some time now and I was told it will be for awhile. They put us on the 3rd floor. We decided it was fine and would deal with lugging all our luggage up three flights of stairs as a family of 5. The hallway outside our room was 88 degrees per the thermostat on the wall. Again, we would deal with that since it wasn’t our room. We drop our luggage and go eat. When we get back it’s after 9:00 and getting ready for bed. We notice the A/C in the room is not getting any cooler. Our floor is sticky. Even the carpet is sticky. I go down to the front desk and talk to Steven. He was apologetic and another worker told us they’d move us to a room down the hall and wanted us to go check to make sure the A/C was working. 🚩 red flag. I ask if there was the same amount of beds and I was told yes. My husband goes down to check and there were not enough beds. So I go back down to the front desk and tell them. Steven looked very surprised by this. He then says he can move us to the first floor. I ask if there’s the same amount of beds. He tells me no. They don’t have any more suites available. I send a text to my husband and he says no he doesn’t want to lug all the luggage and kids down and still have to squeeze into the beds. I tell Steven that my husband said no he didn’t want to move. Steven then tells me he’s giving us 3,000 points and he got the price down to $75. I said okay. Never did I say we were leaving the hotel or wanted to check out. At 7:30 the following morning we were awoken by someone trying to come in our room. The door opened and hit the lock bar. Scared all of us. My husband goes out to see what it’s about and a man is standing there saying he was told we were checked out and he needed to fix the A/C. This was news to me because me and Steven never had that conversation. 30 minutes later, the same guy and a front desk clerk both come up and told my husband we were checked out. So after getting all the kids up and around we load up in the car and I go to check out. Cherita at the front desk was extremely rude and said she had called Steven at home and woke him up and he told her we were checked out and now to charge us the full price of the room. I said no, he said it would be $75. She was very rude so I asked for her name. She grabbed her name tag and basically pushed it in my face. I grabbed the business card for the district manager. I called and left a message for Katrina the DM. Two days later Katrina calls me and apologizes and says that’s not the way she does things. She asked for my email and said if I gave her a couple days she would send me a receipt for $0.00 balance. I thought okay. That’s great. We get home from vacation and check our credit card statement. We have been charged the full price of the room. I call the hotel and Steven answers. I explain to him w

PPengguna TetamuWhen we first went to the room, the wife wanted to leave because of the room smell, but I talked her into 1 night and find someplace else for 2nd night. They gave us a Handicap Room (not our request but fine). The light in the room was very low wattage. The comforter had a Smokey smell. The bathroom shower head faced sideways and even with the shower curtain it still sprayed water all over the floor. Breakfast was a tight fit in a small area. Only one waffle maker with 8-10 people waiting. No fresh fruit. The coffee is good. I would only stay 1 night if your to tired from driving.

CCulture64756297282As a business traveler traveling with my wife there are key aspects that are critical and key aspects I want to dispense with 1: Clean rooms - excellent 2: good beds - excellent 3: fresh towels, hot water, quality soap - excellent 4: Hot breakfast - excellent 5: Self parking - lighted - excellent 6: workout area - bright, roomy 7: coffee in room - excellent 8: Business center for printing : efficient This hotel excelled at all of the above. As a bonus these rooms and common areas where all recently renovated with fresh paint, clean carpets and no “carpet fresh” smells I also don’t want to be upsold or feel like every service event is a tip or high priced extras I would recommend this hotel to friends family and business associates. PPengguna TetamuThey shouldn't even bother to be claiming they have a breakfast because it was nothing but a joke, as you can see in the photos I took when we went have the breakfast we had been told was from 6am - 9am. All the food that was present when we got there at 7am were 3 small packaged muffins (I took the photo showing the one that was left after we took 2 of them) and a few granola bars. That was it. No sign of even containers of the other items they deceptively show in their photos (e.g. no cereal containers, no fruit, no pastries). There was coffee but 2 of the 4 dispensers on the juice machine were labelled with signs reading ”No Work”, and the ones that did work contained watered down juice. There was a small refrigerator on the counter which I opened only to find it completely empty. It was obvious that they never intended anyone to really eat breakfast because the chairs in the dining area were upside down on top of the tables. The the price we paid to stay there, we expected more, much more. The only reason I gave this review 2 stars instead of 1 is that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

PPengguna TetamuFirst, I drive a box truck. They were not showing truck parking on the website. I called, and Misha looked, and assured me I could fit the truck. She was courteous, and helpful when asked. I have called other places, that behaved like I was wasting their time calling, but she was stellar. Next there was the cheerful help Kaylnn provided, when I thought the refrigerator wasn't working. Turns out the refrigerator was on low, and was so quiet, you couldn't hear it running. The owner made special arrangements for me when I needed to stay another night. All the king nonsmoking rooms were already booked for the night, but he found a way to let me stay in room I was in. The room was clean and comfortable and bathroom looked fantastic. She in the area, I would certainly stay here again. Last note - the staff are wonderful, and to me, that's a very high point on the review.
