The property is so convenient! It's located next to everything. Rooms are really nice, beds are so comfy, plush amenities and the bar is amazing! I haven’t experienced any noise levels during my four times staying here. The staff is so awesome and attentive. I feel very comfortable all around. I've only had one complaint, which wasn’t a huge deal. I arrived extremely early, around 10 am due to my plane schedule being changed, and I was given a room that wasn’t as clean as I'd grown accustomed to on the property. They switched me to something fabulous when it was ready and I had no issues. It was perfect in every way. The Manager called me the next day addressed the situation and made it right. I was already completely satisfied but him taking time to check on me has made me a loyalist to this property! The only thing that would need to be adjusted, service-wise, is the approach to breakfast. My Mother and friend let me know that they asked about accessing a Microwave to warm their leftovers and both times were told that ”it's not our brand to do microwaves”. They both felt shunned and that makes me sad because I've only had exceptional experiences here but this is my Mom, so I must mention it. We went to the JW Marriott the next day and microwaves were brought and installed into her room, so I'm not sure why AC would position it like that. For me, the Microwave isn’t an issue but if you need one when traveling, call ahead for clarity. Overall, I'd still recommend this property without a doubt! They told me this after I'd spoken to the hotel manager and I'm absolutely sure he would have addressed this had he known. I'll be back next month!

I would like to start off by saying the whole entire staff was amazing from the Shuttle crew front desk housekeeping kitchen staff the bar crew even the guest was really nice the day I arrived was 9/6/24 - 9/9/24 Now the experience I had at the airport was terrible but when I arrived at your place of business turned my entire BIRTHDAY celebration from a frown to a smile the first friendly face I saw was Dion he was patient kind and very friendly as well as Margie Stevie and Treka these guys made sure that me and my family as guest was taking care of they did and Amazing job so whenever I return to Atlanta I will be looking forward to staying at your place off business and did spread the word about yall Again thanks for having us and making my Birthday a blast in Atlanta THANK YOU From Sharon Jackson

Apabila kami pergi keesokan harinya, seorang pembantu rumah berkata mereka menjumpai paip di dalam bilik dan mengenakan kad saya tambahan $300! Saya tidak melakukan apa-apa jenis paip di dalam bilik atau dengan saya tempoh untuk perkara itu jadi saya katakan perkhidmatan yang teruk!

I love the rooms. There is actually room to move around. I also appreciate the friendliness of the staff! They were all very helpful! Especially Meski when I went to eat breakfast. It was really nice to see her face again! She goes out of her way to make everyone feel at ease, and make sure they have everything they need. There were a couple of guys, I wish I had gotten their names. One worked the desk at night, and the other one supplied the breakfast food and kept it filled. He was there last year as well.

We enjoyed a two-night stay. The front desk staff were nice. Breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay at this hotel next time when we are visiting this area.

The room was spotless and the lobby was beautiful. The coffee/lounge bar had great drinks. I especially enjoyed the outdoor bar by the pool.
