PPengguna TetamuGreeted by the most wonderfully friendly staff, Mary. Upon request, she moved our room to have a view of the mountains. Everything is new and modern. The hallways have a new building smell. A few minutes after getting to our room Mary knocked with an extra set of sheets and pillows to make our stay with 3 guests more comfortable :) The location was great!!! We didn't have to go far to enjoy the lovely mountains. Parking was convenient with a lower level entrance that had an elevator to each floor. Breakfast was hot and ready. Properly maintained by happy, spirited staff.

MMichele WoodThere is a difference between a suite and a studio. The suite has a separate room. Studio is one room. Both have small kitchen and pull out sofa. In our studio we could use the cushions from the sofa as another extra bed on the floor! There was no oven - just a stove top. There is full fridge, freezer, microwave, some dishes, some utensils and a pot and pan. Indoor pool was nice and warm maybe about 88?. Hot tub was adjustable heat and beautiful with jets. Great view of Pikes Peak. Not noisy. There was a full shower in the pool area (no walls and in the pool area). Lots of choices for breakfast buffet - eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, juice, sausage, waffles.

CCrystal BrewerThis property is worthy of a return though I will be asking for a little softer mattress. The staff was very customer friendly, check in& out were very quick with a information packet received at check in. I did not partake in the breakfast, I chose to make the less than a mile walk to Red Dog coffee shop, it did not disappoint! The location isn't right in the middle of anything though you have amazing dining, shopping and experiences in both directions as well as a park& bus services right across the street! The rooms are spacious with microwave, fridge& Keurig in room. The hot water and water pressure were great also.

PPengguna TetamuWe had a nice stay. The property was well kept and I enjoyed the fresh water in the lobby. The receptionist was very nice and informative upon check in. Our room was a good size and clean. The hotel was also surprisingly quiet, I’m used to hotels having some noise especially with our room situated close to the elevator but it was very peaceful. We slept through the complimentary breakfast because the beds were so comfortable! Definitely would recommend and would stay again!

PPengguna TetamuFound this place on trip.com, and what a pleasant surprise! The building is probably a mix of 60s and 80s constitution but the rooms have been updated a time or two it appears.
The big surprise was the large atrium w excellent in house dining. We had a party of 9 which was no problem for dinner or breakfast the following morning in the large dining areas w/ in the atrium. Both the meals were excellent and the wait staff was a pleasure at both (rare these days). Stop ngly advise for families looking for all in one convenience, room to spread out, and lots of amenities.
Fyi, there’s even a pool and a large central fire place in the atrium, neither of which were we able to take advantage of (this time).

So we check in. The “balcony” looked out into the 2nd floor entry doors. No view at all. The bathroom had a dim light circling the mirror and that was the only light. The bathroom had only one towel. We called for an extra and when delivered there were 3 others on a shelf in the closet. The small extra sink outside the bathroom had no light over it. I was told that lots of things were that way (towels in closet ) because it was an “accessible” room. Seriously? We also received breakfast tickets at check in. However we found out we had to make breakfast reservations . And then we got to our dining room in the evening “they were ready to close “ We’d made on line reservations yesterday and apparently today was the first day of new hours which had not been transferred t on line yet. The staff left did seat and serve us and were very nice . There are golf carts that can take you from one building to another for dinner etc because everything is so spread out There was never one readily available. The people who drove us were staff from other departments, not transportation. Where were they? No “ manager was on duty that evening when we requested to speak to one. All in all a stay that gave me a headache. Found out as we were checking out that ownership is in the process of transferring to the Hyatt in a day or two and everything is “changing”. One can only hope so. To be fair, it according to some staff “ It didn’t used to be like this”

HHiromiThe front entry was under construction, so that we had to figure out how to go into the hotel. It was not very obvious. We stayed in room 221 which was 5 rooms away from I-25. We can hear the traffic a little. One of us was a light sleeper but was able to sleep through the night. The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice and clean. The bathroom fan was a bit loud. There was no body lotion in the room. We asked at the front desk, but they didn't have any either. The breakfast was OK. It was a walking distance to the Broadmoor Ice Arena, so the location was perfect for us.

PPengguna TetamuLoved the vibe of this place and their mission! The staff were all super helpful and friendly, there are tons of spots for us digital nomads to work (some private rooms as well), a large yoga room and lots of spaces to hang out. Would definitely stay here again.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is filthy inside and out. The photos say it all. Do not believe the photos on their site. This hotel is Jekyll and Hyde. There is no comparison between what they show on their site and what they say about their site and what you will actually experience. Staff is argumentative and unresponsive. I arrived about 9:15 in the evening and it took her 20 minutes to check me in. This is a big complex. I was told how to get to the room but asked for a map. No maps. Going to the elevator was like descending into a black pit. No lighting. Found the room. No towels, no plastic cups; none of the simple amenities you get from the cheapest of independent motels/hotels. Holes in the wall from doorknobs. Baseboard separating from the wall. Lamp by the bedside had no plug on the end of the wire. Bare wire exposed. Overall grungy appearance. Microwave missing the turntable. Asked for another room. Two people now on duty but told that they could not leave the office to show me another room and would not give me a key so I could check out another room myself. Insisted I remove all my things from the room I'd been given before they would even show me another room. Removed my things. By then it was 11pm and she could show me a room. She selected two rooms. The first one smelled so bad she even commented on it but no towels, but it did have a turntable in the microwave. Not the right size but it was there. Went to the next room, the inside door handle came off in her hand when she went to close the door. Had towels but no cups. Given the lateness of the hour and my lack of knowledge of the area, I decided to take it. She gave me plastic cups. Next morning, I wanted to take a shower. Tried to use the phone in the room to call the front desk and report that I did not have any hot water. Phone did not work. I had to use my cell phone. Called the front desk to report no hot water and was told it was unavailable. No hot water--none, anywhere in the complex. At that point, I decided to leave. Went to the office to turn my key in and check out. The front office person screamed at me to get out of the lobby because only one person could be in the lobby at one time and she was working with someone. I left my key in the receptacle and left. There was a line of people outside the office waiting to conduct their business. One man had been in line for an hour. Checkout for any hotel I've ever stayed in is a matter of leaving the key either in the room or at the lobby. I've been a long time Red Roof Inn Rewards customer and this facility is the worst I've ever experienced by any hotel. The General Manager called me a few days later and was totally unapologetic. I subsequently received an email from him without any acknowledgement of the deplorable conditions I experienced. This facility does not reflect the quality I've come to expect from Red Roof Inn. The only reason I selected this property is because it was identified as
