FFlorence LyeLa Quinta’s location was perfect for weekend trip. Staff were friendly and helpful on both days and evening shifts.
I loved the free shuttle service provided that allowed us to go to and from the airport and also to the Septa train services right at the airport station. The train service was comfortable which allowed us to visit down town PHL with ease. We just called the hotel again for pick up when we were back at the airport station again. The Downtown visit was a great experience indeed.
Word of advice - though the hotel works hard to maintain cleaniless in the main foyer and dining area, the room was spacious and tidy - though not fully equipped with personal items like hand soap so do bring your own - that will save you a lot of grief with no expectations of having a fully stocked bathroom. I do believe these may be available at the front desk. We had our own supply so it’s no big deal.
They do serve a good hearty hot breakfast of waffles, scrambled eggs and sausages along with choices of cereals, bagels, bread, juices, & yogurts. Coffee tea and hot water are available at the foyer anytime.

CCarolyn DOne of the most terrible hotel experiences I've had in a long time. The tub was scratched and dirty, looking and didn't drain, the refrigerator didn't work, and wasn't in the best area of town. It says airport, but it's a good 5 miles away. The bed was comfortable so thatis the only reason I gave it two stars rather than one. Definitely would not recommend unless you're desperate. Rooms are rundown and old. Definitely need remodeling. The breakfast was only edible.

Don’t stay here. Hotel is the dirtiest hotel I ever seen. Bedding was fithy. Bathroom was fithy. Smelled like trash soon as you walk in the room. Front door didn’t work. Couldn’t close it to leave. I was there for ten minutes and just left and booked another hotel. Didn’t even bother stopping by the desk to tell them I wasn’t staying. I just got outta there that’s how bad this hotel is. It needs to be shut down by the health department.
