I was in the area looking at universities with my son. Having stayed in a couple of hotels that were expensive on the way to Boston (but were hugely disappointing) I couldn't spend hundreds on another night and feel the room wasn't clean, was tired/dated and yucky. So coming into Boston, I struggled to find a hotel that was really nice for less than $500 per night. The Encore was one of the best value places I could find and so reluctantly, I booked. I am so thrilled I did. It felt like incredible value for what we got and a real treat after being on the road for a few days in very average places. It was clean, large, well considered and was a fun place for us to lay our heads for the night. We didn't take part in the ****** (I didn't realise it was a ******) but we had a fun dinner and enjoyed the property the next day too. Highly recommended!

I'm going to start with the positives, because I want to like this hotel and my experience at it. First, the people are great. You won't find nicer, more polite people working at a hotel anywhere in Boston. Second, the rooms themselves are great looking, and this is a very attractive property with a really nice meeting area and a lot of amenities, including a large bar and breakfast area. The beds themselves are comfortable, as are the furniture in the rooms. I'm finding this to be increasingly rare across Hilton brands. Showers are absolutely comfortable for persons of height and size. The location itself is really very good, whether you need to be near Logan or to do business around downtown and, relatively speaking the rates themselves are pretty good. Constructively speaking...hot water for the shower is hit or miss. There are two key deferred maintenance items in our room, and the shower water handle is one of them. Air conditioning, in general, is problematic, and this was the other. The compressor on the bedroom air conditioner was extremely loud, and the general room fan was also loud. Which was a good thing because this hotel offers zero sound insulation from the outside, and if your had an odd numbered room facing Route One you had no buffer from the constant road noise. If you're someone who needs relative quiet to sleep, you're out of luck. Were the towels and wash rags clean? Well, probably, but the fewer questions you ask on what you're handed, the better. Parking is...an adventure. There are probably enough spaces but that lot is poorly designed and prone to flooding in spots. Also, people requesting a digital key do so for a reason; and that reason is because they don't want to have to stop at the front desk. Give people the digital key and stop asking for ID.

Maintaining the service level of Double Tree Hotel, clean & comfortable but too noisy due to near to the railway.

Convenient to the airport, clean and spacious room. We found it a bit hot and airless at night and right by a main highway and railroad, so we couldn’t open the window without it being noisy and fumey. Despite this, the bed was really comfortable and breakfast was exceptional - a full range of options which were fresh and tasty and staff constantly checking and restocking. There is a shuttle but it only runs in the morning. An Uber there in the evening cost about $17. Overall very good option for a stop over in Boston.

The hotel and room were nice. The hotel felt very new as if it had recently opened or was renovated. There was plenty of space inside the room and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was also nice and clean. We did have to call and ask for soap since there was none in our room upon arrival (which is odd during CoVid times) but soap was very quickly delivered to us. The hotel had a breakfast in the lobby and it was a pretty standard selection of breads, fruit, and yogurt. I was disappointed to see that there were not a lot of tongs and people were using this hands and some food was just left out in the open. People were not required to sanitize their hands or wear masks in the area where the food was. Our checkin experience was not great. We did arrive earlier than the check in time and the staff didn’t seem thrilled about it. They pretty much told us we could sit in the lobby and wait an hour or so before checkin started. We asked if there was anywhere in the area to go to walk/eat/shop and they told us there was a home goods and Starbucks nearby. They didn’t give us directions and we ended up googling them. We ended up going there to just wait it out until we could come back and check in. We were going into Boston that night for a show and it was easy enough to get in/out of Boston. It was a good place to stay for the night.

The reception staff are sooooooo nice! The room’s quiet, clean and well-decorated! Free, delicious breakfast is served from 6-10am. Love this place! I would totally come again!!!

I stayed for a total of two nights at the AC Hotel and I have to say, the whole experience was beyond my expectations. Not only did I feel extremely comfortable in my clean room, but I felt extremely welcomed by the hotel staff. Every time I visited the concierge, I felt like I was visiting a family I could trust. I was able to use the gym one night (around 1am!) and the staff was readily available for the assistance I requested. All the room amenities were also perfectly adequate to my needs. The bed sheets were spot clean and the bed was extremely comfy. I want to specially dedicate this review to Vinny, the manager of the hotel. I felt that he genuinely cared about my well-being and that he took my trip seriously. Throughout my stay, Vinny shared his recommendations for where I should explore in the city and what I should consider. Would highly recommend getting some key insights from him! Finally, the location was great. The hotel was a ten minute walk from the Wellington train station and I was able to run to downtown Boston in a matter of 30 minutes. The area was also really safe and I almost took for granted how nice of a location the hotel was in. Would highly consider this hotel if you are someone who values a stay backed by integrity, comfort, and respect. You won't regret it!

호텔에서 약 5일정도 머물렀는데 조용하고 좋았습니다 특히 조식도 좋았고, 레스토랑 휴게실을 항상 개방하고 있어서 편했습니다. 프론트 직원분들도 친절했으며 요청사항도 잘 들어줬습니다 주변이 너무 예뻐서 다음에도 이용하고 싶은 곳입니다 교통편도 웰링턴역에서 육교같은걸로 이어져 있어서 생각보다 편하게 왔다갔다 할 수 있었습니다.
