Hotel terbaik di Geneva

Had a GREAT time spending a weekend with friends in the cottages at Geneva National Resort and Club. The accommodations included a spacious living room, dining room and rec room, a complete kitchen and four individual private bedrooms with full baths. It was St. Patrick’s Day weekend and the Turf Smokehouse had an Irish Buffet and an Irish band. The food and service were fantastic and the band was enjoyable. Would consider coming back during the summer to take advantage of the 3 golf courses. I would recommend it to friends.

The employee that work here are one of the friendliest. From the room to the pool to the lobby are very clean. We went during the week ( Tuesday- Friday) and received a great rate. We will definitely stay here again. The front desk person Samantha was really helpful. All her recommendations from what to see in the area to where to eat were top notch. She is very knowledgeable about the area. Thank you for a great stay.

The stay at the hotel was good and I have no complaints there. However, after I checked out and left the hotel, I noticed the amount of my bills was different from that on my reservation email by about $26 more. It's not a big amount and I thought it was probably some honest mistake made by the hotel staff when I checked in because she had to change our room type due to the room type we reserved not being cleaned yet. So for the next two days, I tried to reach out to the hotel, left voice messages to the hotel manager twice, and got NO responses whatsoever. I then reached out to Marriott's customer service and filed a case there. After waiting for almost a month and talking to three different customer specialists (who were actually very helpful), the case was still NOT solved! At one point, the hotel told the specialist that they have refunded me , which was a lie. As of today which is about almost a month after my stay, I reached out to Marriott's customer service again and the specialist reached to the hotel. Guess what, the hotel told her it was just some temporary incidental hold on my credit card and I should wait longer for it to drop. Well, it has been a month and I really do not think incidental hold will hold up that long on my credit card!! At this point, I feel like the hotel just does not want to deal with this situation so they make up whatever reasons to keep me wait and wait till I am tired of following things up. SO...if you decide to stay in this hotel, please be careful with the bill when you check out while you are still there. Once you leave and if you catch a problem, good luck (:

這是一個比較有年代的酒店，但和許多美國小鎮的酒店一樣，乾淨整齊，我們是定了有廚房的，附近不遠有沃爾瑪，可以買東西自己煮，酒店也有美式早餐，酒店出門走幾步就是日內瓦湖的碼頭，落日寧靜而美好。可以坐船看湖，和湖邊形狀各異漂亮的別墅，看那些人操作遊艇，看長者釣了半天魚，和每個路過的人嘮嗑，完了把釣到的魚放回湖裡，這樣也可以是美好的一天啊

Tidak mengapa di sini di Tasik Geneva, hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang baik, anda boleh berjalan kaki ke tasik atau pelbagai restoran di pusat bandar! Kolam renang dalaman dan jakuzi juga sangat sesuai untuk membawa bayi! Kebersihan bilik hanya boleh dikatakan sederhana 😳 bergantung pada pemahaman peribadi

Very beautiful lake view from our balcony. It’s worth the higher room charge (as opposed to the hillview). Very friendly staff, got a machine in the lobby where you can brew coffee, chocolate or tea for free. Love that! We also ordered pizza at the Italian restaurant inside the hotel & got 10% off being hotel guests, Food was so so but it’s good to take the food we ordered & enjoyed them in the balcony!
