Kami mempunyai pengalaman Airbnb yang teruk dan memerlukan tempat yang boleh dipercayai dan selesa untuk bermalam. Hotel ini terletak di Padang Golf dan ia sangat cantik!! Kami mendapat harga yang hebat tetapi saya memilih 1 Raja berbanding 2 Ratu secara tidak sengaja. Mereka kami sangat gembira dan sila menukar bilik tanpa kos kepada kami.
Apabila kami sampai di bilik kami, pelekat terpasang di pintu kami menunjukkan bilik itu telah dibersihkan dan tiada sesiapa pun yang masuk. Katilnya besar, mewah dan sangat bersih. Saya tidur seperti bayi. Bilik itu juga sangat bersih dan A/C mengepam keluar udara sejuk. Bilik itu bersih, tenang dan sejuk. Kami sangat menikmatinya!

Stayed for two nights in March. Apparently it was soccer tournament weekend and kids were everywhere. Luckily I got a room on the fourth floor. Some noise from kids running up and down the hall, but I heard other guests on the first floor being irate with hotel staff about noise. I give this hotel an average rating. Does the job over a quick two night stay close to Richmond. Nothing fancy, everything is middle of the road. Lighting in rooms are a bit dark, but again, has bare minimum amenities to make this an average hotel. I can see why soccer teams would like the hotel. It has a nice gathering area in the lobby. Computer games for kids, a smallish conference room for gatherings, a pool and small snack bar area. Would I stay here again, yes, if I was there for a soccer tournament of sorts. For all other travelers, call ahead and make sure there aren’t any group bookings or you may not get good sleep.

It is an older property, and it's dated. They do a good job of keeping it clean. Restrooms near the pool were out of order. Rooms need more lighting. I found my room to be darker than I liked it to be. My door to my room the safety latch, could use some maintenance

This was my first travel experience in the Short Pump area of Richmond. However, I found the hotel overall to be very comfortable. Broad Street offered numerous shops and restaurants. The Town Center down the street was an added bonus. Ms. Kim at the front desk gave excellent customer service and was a pleasure to speak to. The restaurant served tasteful food and was served promptly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will return. We had the 1 bedroom 2 room king suite. A couple additional observations: 1) The king mattress needs an upgrade. In the suite, I would expect a more plush mattress. 2) The lighting in the shower area needs to be brighter. 3) Also in the shower area, there was a continuous fan/vent running constantly. I understand the need for ventilation to ensure no moisture build-up to avoid moldy situations. Have the fan/vent on a separate switch to be used when needed and not hearing that noise is a workable solution. I did close the sliding door to reduce the noise. 4) The sliding door for the toilet/shower area had to be moved gently. It was easy to move it too far and get it off the little track. These items weren't show stoppers but items that if addressed would certainly enhance the Marriott experience that all guest, especially those of us who are rewards members expect from this brand.

This is a normal stop in my travels and I just felt inclined to write a quick review because Yvette was incredibly wonderful during the entire check in process and was just a great personality to have in front of your guests. I always enjoy staying at this Hampton Inn but her smile made it even better. Additionally, this location still has cookies which is a nice treat when you get off the road for 5 hours! Even though they are currently undergoing renovations they keep it confined neat and still quiet, don’t let that deter you from staying!

My stay was very good. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would like. Overall a very good stay.

where to begin?? DO NOT book here unless you have no where else to go. however if you must spend a night you will be welcomed by a warm musty aroma and a dim depressing lobby. Only one elevator is working and has been that way, according to other reviews for as many as 3 months. The carpet on the third floor was completely soaked through as went sloshing to our room. apparently its because the guests have the audacity to use the AC in the summer. our pillows were 12x12- certainly not standard sized. our television did not work, our room phone did not work. the sheets appeared to be clean so that is a plus. the breakfast area was full of gnats and flies. LOTS of gnats and flies- there also seemed to be non paying members of society that are known to come in and just get their breakfast and coffee for free. from a safety standpoint that worried me with my children. the pool is less than stellar, and im not quite sure it is even up to safe water levels. one of our rooms smelled like dog/animal urine. absolutely disgusting. one of our rooms had two holes that looked like they had been drilled from the wall to the outside which could let in flies and bees. one room had a a leaking toilet but the only alternative was another room with a urine stench. the front desk clerk referred to this place as ” a jankety-ass hotel” and I couldn't agree more. our group spent one night here and checked out as fast as we could the next day, moving to another hotel.

PPengguna TetamuI am a business traveler looking for a place to stay long term when in Richmond, so I decided to give the Extended Stay America in Short Pump, VA a try for one night. The first room I was assigned was # 212. I always check the sheets, blankets and overall bed for cleanliness and bugs. The bed linens looked clean until I pulled back the mattress to check for bedbugs (none seen) and saw dirt and a used hair bow on the box spring cover next to the base of the headboard. I then checked the bathroom and saw what appeared to be dried sparkly nail polish on the toilet seat and inside of the toilet. As I continued to check out the rest of the room I noticed it was getting unbearably cold, and found that I was not able to adjust the settings on the ac unit. I went back to the front desk and asked to be given a different room. The nice young man working the desk moved me to room #110. This room was much cleaner, although I don't believe guests are able to adjust the heat/ac units in any of the rooms because as the evening went on I was freezing in this room too, and had no choice but to unplug the unit from the wall to turn off the air. To summarize: Pros: - Price is right if you are looking for basic lodging in a nice part of town - Comfortable mattress. I slept well. - Full kitchen area with refrigerator, stove, sink and granite counter tops - Big screen tv with a variety of cable channels - Close to a good variety of restaurants - Close to shopping - I felt safe. My room was in the same building as the check-in desk. You couldn't access the hallway where the rooms are located without a key card - It was quiet at night Cons: - No dishes, pot & pans or utensils of any kind are kept in the room. Go to the front desk and ask for them if needed. - Very thin blankets and towels. - Shampoo and soap are provided, but the shampoo bottle is the smallest I have ever seen and definitely not enough for more than one person. Not even enough for one person if you have a lot of hair . - No hair dryer. I had to go to the store and purchase one. - No ability to adjust the room temperature (that I could find). - Ice machine is located on the 1st floor, but if you need ice there isn't an ice bucket in the room or at the machine. Perhaps they expect you to take the ice tray from the freezer in your room with you to ”catch” the ice? - At 7:10 am there were no signs of the free ”grab and go” breakfast advertised. Not even a cup of coffee. I had to drive to the 7-11 down the street for coffee. Will I stay there again? Probably not. I think it is fine for someone who just wants the basics. I can put up with a lot, but having to drive somewhere for my morning coffee isn't one of them.
