Hotel terbaik di Hapeville

Anak lelaki itu pulang ke rumah dan terbang dari Atlanta ke Amsterdam dan perlu bermalam di Atlanta. Dalam jarak 10 minit pemanduan dari lapangan terbang, keluarga ini kebetulan menghadapi rusuhan anti-kaum diskriminasi di seluruh Amerika Syarikat dan perintah berkurung di seluruh bandar. Bas antara hotel dan lapangan terbang juga berhenti, restoran tidak dibuka, sarapan pun tidak! Terdapat tabung kopi yang menjual beberapa sandwic atau sesuatu. Nasib baik, hanya satu malam, hampir tidak mengisi perut anda, cepat dan pergi!

It was so clean and quiet! The breakfast was wonderful everyday! Cereal, omelets made to order, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, fruit, yogurt, and pastries. The beds were comfy and the pillows were so soft. I could not hear any of my neighbors. The suite was spacious and super clean.

My friend and I had a horrific day of traveling from Orlando to Atlanta. After getting stuck in Atlanta overnight, we arrived to StayBridge Suites. The hotel is under renovation. They are adding a brand new bar! They also have included breakfast buffet, free laundry services and a mini golf area in the back! MeMe checked us in late at night and welcomed us with open arms and made us feel like family. MeMe listened to our concerns and did her best to make us smile and make our stay in Atlanta a positive one. Thank you for your hospitality, MeMe! If you find yourselves near the Atlanta Airport, definitely check this hotel out and ask for MeMe!!

Hotel ini tidak jauh dari lapangan terbang. Selepas tiba di tempat menunggu bas hotel di lapangan terbang, saya menelefon hotel dan menunggu lebih kurang 20 minit untuk bas tiba. Kereta itu dikongsi dengan hotel lain. Bilik-bilik hotel agak luas dan kemudahannya sudah ketinggalan zaman. Terdapat balkoni kecil. Terdapat banyak air panas dan bilik mandi adalah selesa. Kedua-dua katil bersaiz qween, jadi mereka boleh tidur lena. Bunyi pesawat berlepas dan mendarat agak kuat, dan terdapat penyumbat telinga di kepala katil. Semasa wabak itu, sarapan pagi hotel telah dibawa pergi, kek kecil, sebotol jus oren, kotak kecil buah tin dan gula-gula kacang. Bas hotel ditempah pada waktu pagi. Pemandu itu berkata bahawa dia biasanya hanya pergi ke tempat ketibaan domestik. Jika dia ingin pergi ke tempat ketibaan antarabangsa, dia perlu membayar 5 dolar. Kami memberi 5 dolar, dan pemandu itu dengan gembira membawa kami ke pejabat antarabangsa. Terdapat McDonald's di sebelah hotel. Semasa tempoh wabak, anda tidak boleh masuk ke kedai untuk memesan makanan, dan hanya boleh memesan bawa pulang di tingkap memandu. Terdapat juga sebuah restoran di sebelah di mana anda boleh memesan makanan.

As a IHG member I’ve stayed at many IHG brands over the years and have been a satisfied customer-until I arrived at this hotel, As I walked into the lobby and looked around it didn’t have the warm feel like most of the Holiday Inn Express hotels do. The lady who checked me in said she unfortunately didn’t have the room I reserved on—line well in advance available and appeared to be surprised herself as she looked at her screen. Not exactly what you want to hear after traveling for 10 hours Although she did offer me another room type I requested to see it to make sure it was to my liking and she denied me that request even though my credit card and ID and being a IHG member just really didn’t matter. Next she tells I would need to pay for my entire 2 day stop upfront and my card would be charged in total immediately which is not a typical practice in the hotel business as hotels authorize the funds from your card upon check in and then settle on checkout. That’s simply wrong. I was told that’s the way their system works which is absolutely unheard especially for a chain like IHG. The entire feel of this check in was if I was checking into a mom and pop motel and they were concerned I would steal the towels. This hotel property did not meet the IHG standards in my opinion. After this experience I decided to not stay at this hotel and I was leaving the GM Oliver called me from a remote location and seemed to get defensive with me as I explained my displeasure with my awful experience. After that conversation It became apparent to me this this hotel property is very mis-managed and I recommend other travelers to consider staying somewhere else until they get their act together.

Front desk agent was very nasty and rude at the mouth. Upon returning to the property after eating dinner I was stopped and asked numerous questions and held up from going to my room. I was basically interrogated by the employee before I could go up to my room which was very unprofessional.

The stay was great everyone was friendly they greeted up gave us are Keys and I had a Great birthday trip pool cool could have been clearer and the security guard was very helpful Parking could have been better on the hotels end but other then that it was perfect great good near by and not to far from downtown Atlanta

this is a really really really good hotel. great room, ambiance,cleanliness,facilities,service,foods and it is near from the airport. you can see aircraft outside of the hotel because it’s beside of delta airlines hub office. all in all it was a great experience. i love the structure of the hotel specially the interior designs! kuddos to the employees they are very helpful,accommodating and friendly. Good Job!!! i’ll be definitely come back. thank you for the great experience.
