Hotel terbaik di Hawthorne

Saya mempunyai masa yang baik di hotel ini. Penjaga rumah sangat baik hati. Walau bagaimanapun, Stesen snek adalah terlalu mahal. Jus epal dan air berharga $9. Dapur itu sangat comel!

Hotel ini sebenarnya agak jauh dari lapangan terbang. Apabila saya membuat tempahan, nampaknya dia agak baru. Ia tidak disyorkan untuk memilih ini untuk penerbangan yang tiba pada waktu malam, ia tidak terlalu mudah untuk dicari. Terdapat bayaran untuk parking di hotel. Sudah tentu, anda juga boleh memberitahu meja depan bahawa anda tidak memandu kerana ia adalah tempat letak kereta awam yang besar dengan kedai 4S dan agensi lain berdekatan. Dengan cara ini anda tidak perlu membayar bayaran letak kereta. Tetapi tiada tiket letak kereta di dalam kereta anda. Anda akan didenda jika anda menangkapnya, dan ia tidak selamat. Perkara yang paling penting ialah orang Cina mesti jujur!

The receptionist was really nice and friendly and helped us with whatever we needed. The hotel itself is very unique with the entire hotel decorated as a old Spanish manor. We really enjoyed our stay 😊

酒店新開，房間設施挺全，電磁爐大的微波爐、冰箱還有很多餐具配好！前台的小哥服務非常得好。邊上就是市政廳，但這個區域好像不是很好，邊上有很多國人看了會害怕的人。早餐的品類相對來說算是豐盛的。但是這個區域好像不是太好，很多的小黑。

This hotel is not convenient from the airport. There is no shuttle bus from the airport. We saw a fake review that said there is a shuttle bus. it's so bad! Ctrip should not allow such a review!! When we realised that there is no shuttle bus from the airport, we called an Uber from the airport to go to the hotel. Each way the Uber cost 46 dollars (without tip). Even though the hotel is not very far from the airport. We don't know why it's so expensive. So we paid 100 dollars just to from and to the airport. We are not happy about it :( So don't stay at this hotel if you are going from the airport. Don't make the same mistake we did and waste your money.

Booked a 4 night stay; upon booking there was nothing written about late arrivals. We had a bit of delayed arrived a little over midnight expecting someone to be there that can help us check in. Upon our arrival the lobby was pitch black no one was in there. There’s a bell on the door and a number that we can reach out but after half an hour of standing in front of a completely dark space we decided to leave. We were basically left stranded not knowing where we can stay. After a long travel the least I would want is to be crept by the thought of having to be homeless for the night. The next morning I requested a refund on the internet platform I have used to book the hotel. We were contacted and was told that the hotel is willing to have the rest of the days refunded but not the first night. Of course we were outraged. I tried to contact the hotel. It was great that someone picked up immediately but after explaining that there was nobody to check us in that time, they questioned us and stated it was “impossible” after mentioning that I took a picture of the pitch black lobby she told us to wait as she grabs the manager but then ended up hanging up on us instead. I immediately called back but I was sent directly to voicemail. After a few trials for the next 2 hours I decided to use a different phone number to call. I was sent to voicemail but I got a call back within 2 minutes. Overall I am very disappointed with the service. The least you can do is apologize for the inconvenience it has caused us rather than just hanging up and denying the fact that there was actually no one there in the lobby. There is also cameras on the premise in front of the lobby. I hope they do check the cameras and see how lost we felt instead of claiming that there was definitely someone there on duty.

The first day was credited to my credit card even before I arrived. My credit card statement showed the entire amount was charged at the start of the visit, not at checkout (as usual), At check-in, the manager had me sign a slip for a $50 deposit on my credit card. The charge on the first day (rather than the last) and the just in case $50 deposit were firsts for me me when traveling. Outside of this it's in a fairly good location with a variety of restaurants nearby.

Really good for the solo traveller. I'm from Australia and this is my first time to the US and I found the hotel to be good value, very clean and friendly. A+
