The receptionist was really nice and friendly and helped us with whatever we needed. The hotel itself is very unique with the entire hotel decorated as a old Spanish manor. We really enjoyed our stay 😊

酒店新開，房間設施挺全，電磁爐大的微波爐、冰箱還有很多餐具配好！前台的小哥服務非常得好。邊上就是市政廳，但這個區域好像不是很好，邊上有很多國人看了會害怕的人。早餐的品類相對來說算是豐盛的。但是這個區域好像不是太好，很多的小黑。

Saya mempunyai masa yang baik di hotel ini. Penjaga rumah sangat baik hati. Walau bagaimanapun, Stesen snek adalah terlalu mahal. Jus epal dan air berharga $9. Dapur itu sangat comel!

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles LAX/Hawthorne for a business trip, and I must say, it was a rather pleasant experience overall. First and foremost, the hotel's proximity to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is a major advantage. It's a mere 10-minute drive away, which made it incredibly convenient for someone like me who had to catch an early morning flight. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a nice touch. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff at the front desk were courteous and welcoming. The lobby area is clean, modern, and well-designed, creating a favorable first impression. I stayed in a standard room, and it was clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the extra pillows provided. The room had a decent view and was adequately spacious for a solo traveler. The bathroom was also clean and stocked with the necessary amenities. One of the highlights of my stay was the on-site restaurant, The Bistro. The food was surprisingly good, and they offered a variety of options for breakfast and dinner. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and provided excellent service. However, I found the prices a bit on the higher side. The fitness center was well-equipped, and I was able to maintain my workout routine during my stay. The hotel also has a small outdoor pool, although I didn't have the chance to use it during my stay. The only downside to my experience was the noise level in the hallways and adjacent rooms. Thin walls seemed to allow sound to carry, which made it a bit difficult to sleep when there were noisy neighbors. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow at times, which could be frustrating if you're trying to get work done. Overall, the Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles LAX/Hawthorne is a solid choice for travelers looking for convenience near the airport. The friendly staff, clean rooms, and excellent dining options make it a comfortable place to stay. However, improvements in soundproofing and Wi-Fi speed would enhance the overall experience.

Lo positivo: La atención del recepcionista. En la recepción tienen maquinas con bebidas y comida, también hay un pequeño Pizza a unos 5 minutos andando y a 2 minutos un supermercado Wallgreens donde poder adquirir toda clase de productos. Lo negativo: Según abrimos la puerta el olor de la habitación era insoportable, tuvimos que dejar un rato la puerta abierta para ventilar, pero no sirvió de mucho. El suelo se sentía raro, era como si hubieran puesto uno pegado sobre el original. La cafetera tenia muchisimo polvo como para usarla. Pero lo peor llegó cuando vimos una araña de tamaño considerable bajar desde el techo al suelo. Por favor, fumiguen! Definitivamente no volvería a alojarme aquí.

The first day was credited to my credit card even before I arrived. My credit card statement showed the entire amount was charged at the start of the visit, not at checkout (as usual), At check-in, the manager had me sign a slip for a $50 deposit on my credit card. The charge on the first day (rather than the last) and the just in case $50 deposit were firsts for me me when traveling. Outside of this it's in a fairly good location with a variety of restaurants nearby.

Really good for the solo traveller. I'm from Australia and this is my first time to the US and I found the hotel to be good value, very clean and friendly. A+

Nice property. A bit noisy from the street. Staff is friendly. Room was clean. Shower is very good. Coffee is good Traffic around there can be a bit crazy at times
